Oneness with Spirit

 

There is one Life, one source for all that is, one energy & essence that is in all people, places and situations. I call this all-ness Spirit. It is the beauty of a sunset, the power of a storm, the joy of a child, and the gentleness of a spring rain. Spirit is the creator of all that is, and Spirit has totally unconditional love for all it’s creation. There is nothing outside of or beyond Spirit, for Spirit is all there is.

Which means that all that Spirit is, is right where I am – in me, as me, surrounding me and supporting me in every moment. There is no circumstance or situation that is beyond the loving heart of Spirit, no place that is without the strength and peace of Spirit. Whether I recognize it or not, Spirit is always present, just waiting for me to let go and trust. As this is true for me, it is true for anyone reading this prayer, for Spirit’s heart is within each one of us, the common thread connecting us with each other.

As I speak this prayer in the first person, I invite all who read this to do the same. I claim for myself a greater awareness of my oneness with Spirit. I allow myself to fully participate in this thing called life, co-creating with love and a conscious awareness of the present moment. I accept for myself a greater opening to experiencing love and joy, and I allow the peace of Spirit to fully fill me to overflowing every moment of every day.

With a heart overflowing with gratitude for answered prayer, I just say thank you Spirit.

And release this, my word, into the immutable law, and I let it be. And so it is.

All Needs Met

Spirit is everywhere present. All-knowing and supreme in its presence and power, Spirit is unconditional love and sweet grace. Spirit is vast wisdom and everlasting peace. Spirit is all that is.

This powerful presence of Spirit expresses as me. I am infused with Spirit’s love that is always present within me. I am guided by Spirit’s wisdom, which is greater than any problem I create in my life. And I have within me all the peace and grace that I need. As I know that this is true for me, it is true for all sentient beings.

I know that Spirit guides me every step of the way. I am focused on Spirit to guide me and provide me with everything I need. I claim my power and I release any fear or worry that blocks my good. I claim peace of mind with steady action. As I joyously remember that I am infused with Spirit’s love, I affirm that anything I need is generously provided.

With a heart full of gratitude for this prayer, I release my word into the law. I let it go and let it be. And so it is. Amen.

My Generous Heart is Awakened

 Life takes place as a constant flow of goodness. There is a natural rhythm of give and take, a natural outpouring of love and unity. Balance and harmony are the original state from which all of life emerges.

I am a channel for this flow of goodness. Balance and harmony emerge through me. I participate in the giving and receiving of love. I experience the unity of life.

I accept for myself a greater realization of my original nature. I align myself with the attributes of goodness, balance and harmony. I allow the natural generosity that has always been present in me to emerge and express fully. I participate in the giving and receiving of love whole-heartedly. I appreciate the opportunity to be a channel for the goodness of life in every relationship. My generous heart is fully awakened.

For all of this, I am truly grateful.

I entrust this word into the Law of Mind.

And So It Is.

Focus on Love

There is a power and presence of the Divine that is infinite in nature. This essence of Spirit is perfect love and perfect peace. This great healing power for good is always creating and loving its creation. It is beyond space and time and underlies all life.

If this power for good is everywhere present, then it must be right here within me. I am a beautiful expression of Spirit, and I know this is true for all. I am continually being made new by the healing power for good.

As I align with Spirit within me, I feel love and peace at the center of my being. I am infused with Spirit’s love. Therefore, I have within me a power greater than anything in my life. As I focus on love, more love shows up in my life. As I release anything that opposes Spirit’s love from expressing in my life, I experience more love in my life. I rise above anything that is opposite of love, like anger, sadness or fear. I affirm that this alignment with Spirit evolves into a pattern in my life. I declare that it becomes a daily habit to focus on love.

I give thanks now for the perfection of love in my life. I am grateful for this prayer empowering me to focus on love.

I now release this prayer into the law and let it be. And do it is. Amen.

Beyond all ideas

Beyond all ideas, all thoughts, all words, all deeds, there is the Beloved. The indescribable source of all creation. It is that which moves, and that which holds. That which is incomprehensible, and that which is closer than my jugular vein.

It is that unity I sense in myself now. Within me, always, is the Beloved, holding me close in its compassion, its courage, its creativity. The unconditional love of the Divine One flows through every aspect of my being.

I choose to surrender to the Beloved within. In so doing, I know that I open myself to a love so grand it cannot be spoken of. As I surrender, I know my life is guided and sustained by this love. I know there is nothing I need to figure out about this love. All that is mine to do is simply to accept it in its fullness. As I accept this love, I allow myself to be a channel for this love to flow freely throughout the Earth, knowing that as I am sustained by this love, so too does this love sustain all who I share it with.

Feeling this love within me fills me with gratitude for the boundless generosity of the Beloved within.

I release my word into that aspect of the Beloved that joyfully creates all it is given, and I surrender.

And so it is.

Peace is possible

There is One Life, One Intelligence, One Infinite Presence expressing Itself as all creation. That Life is wise. It is whole. It is not divided against Itself.

I recognize that this same Divine Intelligence lives within every nation, every leader, every citizen. Beneath fear, beneath reaction, beneath history and hurt, there is a deeper current of wisdom seeking expression.

I affirm that Peace is not fragile. It is fundamental. It is woven into the fabric of reality itself. Where there has been retaliation, I know there can be reflection. Where there has been aggression, I know there can be awakening. Where decisions have been made in haste, I affirm clarity, accountability, and alignment with higher wisdom.

I declare that leadership guided by conscience, courage, and compassion rises now. Voices of reason strengthen. Paths of diplomacy open. Hearts soften without losing strength. The Infinite Mind knows how to harmonize what seems fractured. The Divine Order is not lost. It is unfolding. I claim hope as a living force. Not naive hope, but grounded hope. Hope that steadies hands. Hope that inspires wise action. Hope that reminds humanity of its shared destiny.

Peace is possible. Peace is practical. Peace is present as a potential in this very moment.

I trust the deeper current of Good moving through our world, even now. And I align my own heart, thoughts, and actions with that Peace.

And so it is.

Release the past and live now

One Life in and through each and every moment. One Infinite Presence enveloping all, including everything and everyone – excluding nothing and no one. A Presence that is Love, Wisdom, Connection, Joy – the very Source of all. This One Life is eternal and is always present in all circumstances and life adventures. It is the flow of Good that creates and blesses all creation. 

And I share in that Life. The One Life includes me. As the realization of God’s Life flows through me, and as I open to It, the love, wisdom, joy and reality of connection with all things become evident to me. It is what I am.

I am open to the guidance that Love inspires in me. I open to wisdom to guide me through this release and forgiveness. I open to the realization of the essential connection that I have with all that has ever occurred in my life and all that has not. Each and every experience of life has shown up at exactly the right time to be the unfolding of my spiritual evolution. I am grateful for being exactly where I am right NOW.

I am deeply appreciative of all who share this Now with me. I am grateful for any and every event, conversation or circumstance that has brought me to a deeper understanding of God as my life. This love, wisdom and connection is God acting through me. I cherish the understanding that I have the power to choose the fullness of being and with that comes Joy. Willing to release any ideas of past hurts or judgment, I claim my freedom from any thoughts or memories that may obstruct my view and experience of my Good right NOW. I choose to be right here, right now in the very heart of my heart’s desire.

The breath I breathe right now feels like a blessing of gratitude. So I give great thanks for that which brings me back to realizing my connection with All That Is.

Going forward now, I release this Word, letting the Infinite Presence as the Law manifest that which is spoken in faith and intention.
