All Things New

Spirit is everywhere, all around, in each and every aspect of life. Spirit is gentle loving guidance. Spirit is ever expanding, all knowing, all wise. Spirit is the power for good, ever creating anew. Spirit is everlasting peace.

I am an expression of Spirit’s love and wisdom. I have within me a wellspring of these attributes of Spirit. Each one of us has an equal share of that power for good. Spirit is always walking with me; closer than my breath or the beat of my heart.

As I align with Spirit, I affirm that I can create a new beginning for this new year. As I renew my belief that Spirit is everywhere present all of the time, I can feel the power of Spirit right here within me. I claim that my life is made easy with my renewed belief. I affirm that my life unfolds perfectly with the strength of my belief. As I stay focused on the good, I feel more good unfolding in my life now.

With great gratitude for the strength that comes with my beliefs, I am humble and grateful.

I now release my word into the law of mind knowing that it returns as it has been spoken. And so it is. Amen.

Affirmative Prayer regarding Food

 
In this moment, I recognize the One Presence, the Infinite Intelligence that expresses through all of life. It is the source of nourishment, wisdom, balance, and love. This Presence moves through every cell of my being, guiding me gently and clearly into harmony with myself.

I know that this same Divine Wisdom expresses through me now as clarity, compassion, and alignment. Because I am one with this Presence, I am one with its perfect guidance. There is no separation between me and the Love that created me. I know this is true for anyone reading this prayer. That same Divine Wisdom that expresses through me, is available to anyone.

From this truth, I affirm that Food is my ally. I release any old stories, patterns, or guilt around how I have interacted with food in the past. Those experiences dissolve into the Light now, leaving only learning, gentleness, and spaciousness. I honor my body as a sacred vessel and allow food to become a source of nourishment, not a place of conflict. I choose wisely and lovingly. I recognize true hunger cues, and I understand that sometimes the signal within me is not hunger for food, but a call for hydration, rest, or deeper care. I listen with patience. I hydrate my body with gratitude, knowing that water restores and balances me. I feed the being within—my inner Light, my inner wisdom, my sacred self—with choices that support my highest wellness. Every bite I take becomes an act of love. Every sip of water becomes a blessing. I align with the deep knowing that I am worthy of care, nourishment, and balance. I place this entire intention—this renewed relationship with food, hydration, and my own body—on the altar of Love within. I allow Divine Intelligence to guide me to the best outcome, the healthiest wellness, and the most peaceful relationship with nourishment.

I give thanks for the shift already unfolding, for the healing already present, and for the grace that leads me forward with ease. I release this prayer into the action of Law, knowing it is done, it is complete, and it unfolds perfectly now.

And so it is. Amen.

Holiday Peace

There is a loving, wise Intelligence that permeates all of life—within me and all around me. This Presence is the source of harmony, clarity, and peace. It is always active, always supportive, and it desires only my highest good and the highest good of all. I recognize this Intelligence as the steady calm beneath every moment, untroubled and whole.

I know that this same loving Intelligence lives within me now. I am not separate from peace; I am an expression of it. As I pause, I take a slow, deep breath in… and gently release it. With each exhale, any sense of holiday pressure, urgency, or overwhelm dissolves. I remember that I am guided, supported, and held in a field of love.

I affirm that during this holiday season, I move through my days with ease and grace. I choose peace over pressure, presence over perfection. Love flows through my thoughts, my words, and my actions. Harmony is restored in my body, my mind, and my relationships. I allow joy to arise naturally, without effort.

I am grateful for this awareness of peace that is always available to me. I am thankful that love is the true spirit of the season and that it expresses itself through me freely and beautifully. I appreciate each moment of calm, each breath of relief, and each reminder that all is well.

I release this word into the creative law of life, trusting it to unfold perfectly. I let go, knowing that peace, love, and harmony are already established. And so it is.

Sacred Partnership, Deep Listening, and Divine Kindness

 
Recognition
There is One Life, One Love, One radiant Intelligence that breathes through all existence. It is the Eternal Presence—unbreaking, unshakable, all-knowing, all-loving. This Presence is the pulse of compassion, the vibration of harmony, the very essence of Truth. Its nature is unity. Its language is love. Its movement is peace. This Infinite Spirit is not distant; It is immediate, intimate, closer than breath, the heartbeat of creation itself.

Unification
And right now, with full awareness, I recognize that this Divine Presence lives in me and through me. I am the expression of Its love, Its wisdom, Its clarity. My spouse, too, is an emanation of this same sacred Source. We are both individualized expressions of the One Life — not two separate beings struggling to connect, but two divine sparks of the same Infinite Flame. In this Truth, our relationship is holy ground. The Spirit within me honors the Spirit within them.

Realization
From this knowing, I claim the profound harmony that is already ours in Spirit. I feel a deep and abiding peace wash over our relationship, dissolving old fears, softening defensiveness, and lifting away any barriers to love. We listen to one another not just with our ears, but with our hearts — hearts guided by Divine Intelligence, attuned to compassion, receptive to truth. Each word exchanged between us is infused with kindness, patience, and understanding because we are guided by the infinite kindness of Spirit Itself. I see us choosing love — even in difficult moments. I feel gentleness rising naturally, generously, from the depth of our true nature.
Where there was tension, there is now tenderness.
Where there was misunderstanding, there is now clarity.
Where there was fear, love stands tall, grounded, unshaken.
Our union is blessed, strengthened, and continually renewed by the universal Truth that Love is who we are. As we remember this, our relationship blossoms into deeper harmony, richer intimacy, and more radiant peace.

Thanksgiving
I am filled with gratitude — overflowing gratitude — for the Truth that is already unfolding. I give thanks for the Divine Presence guiding our words, our listening, our choices. I give thanks for the healing that happens effortlessly when love leads. My heart is expanded in appreciation for this relationship and the spiritual growth it invites.

Release
With trust and complete surrender, I release this word into the perfect, unfailing Law of Mind, knowing that it is already done in the invisible realm and now reveals itself in form. I let go. I allow. I rest in certainty. And so it is.

Prayer to Release the Past

In this moment, I remember that there is One Infinite Mystery, the Presence that is Love itself. It moves through all creation as harmony, wholeness, and freedom. This Divine Life is perfect and forever expressing Itself in peace and unity.

I am one with this Presence. The light and warmth of Spirit is my light and warmth. It glows in me. The same Love that created the stars and sustains all life breathes through me here and now. There is no separation between my being and the Divine Being that lives me and exists as me.

From this recognition, I release all attachment to the past. It no longer exists. I let go of old stories that no longer serve my highest good. I surrender any lingering objection or condemnation or bitterness, knowing they dissolve in the healing light of Love. Love and light replace every shadow with clarity and compassion. Freedom fills the space where pain once lived. My heart opens wide to connection—with myself, with others, and with the Divine essence in all. In this moment, I choose to see the face of God in every being. I meet the world with understanding and kindness, knowing that Love is the true nature of all life. The energy of mercy, compassion, and understanding flow easily through me, blessing all in my orbit.

Deep thanks for the healing power of Love arises in me and moves through my heart and mind. I am grateful for the freedom that comes from release and for the peace that naturally unfolds as I remember to live the truth of who I am.

I let this word go into the infinite Law of Mind, knowing it is already accomplished. The Divine makes it so, perfectly and completely.

And so it is.

Generosity

There is only one life. One source of all creation. It is everywhere, and it is everything. This infinite source creates through the self-givingness of its love.

I am a part of this infinite source of creation. That means that its infinite nature is my infinite nature, because nothing can limit that which is limitless. That power of creation resides within me, and that self-givingness of Spirit expresses through me, always.

Knowing that Spirit’s nature is generous, I open to that generosity now. I open to receive the love that is the essential nature of all things. I open my heart to hear and accept the call of the Divine one at the center of my being. I know that even though I sometimes encounter challenges in the world, nothing can diminish the voice of Spirit within. Nothing can close my heart so much that I am unable to receive the unconditional love that is the very foundation of this existence. My heart is open to receive, here and now, always.

Feeling my heart open, I am filled with gratitude.

I release my word into that Law of Mind that is always responding and reflecting the open nature of my heart. I let go and I let it be.

And so it is.

Financial Abundance

1. Recognition
There is One Life — One Infinite Presence that fills all space and sustains all creation. This Presence is pure abundance, unending supply, and infinite good. It expresses as harmony, generosity, and the perfect flow of Divine Substance. Everywhere, in everything, the Source of all prosperity is revealing Itself — full, radiant, and complete.

2. Unification
The same Infinite Presence that animates all of life lives through both the one offering this prayer and the one receiving it. There is no separation between the Divine Giver and Its beloved creation. The Life of God is our life; the abundance of God is our abundance; the creativity of God moves through each of us right now. Together, we live, move, and have our being within the infinite field of Divine Prosperity.

3. Realization
In this sacred awareness, we open our hearts and minds to the truth that abundance is here and now. Every channel of good is active and available. Divine Supply flows freely, blessing every area of life — finances, work, opportunities, and relationships. All sense of lack or limitation dissolves into the light of Truth. Money and resources appear in perfect ways, through expected and unexpected avenues. Every need is met before it even arises. Divine Order governs all financial affairs, bringing ease, balance, and joy. We stand together in the realization that prosperity is a divine birthright — not something earned, but something expressed through consciousness. Life supports us fully, and we are guided in wisdom to use every gift with gratitude and love.

4. Thanksgiving
Gratitude wells up in our hearts, for we know that this prayer is already answered. We give thanks for the overflowing good that surrounds us — for every dollar, every opportunity, every inspiration that leads to greater freedom and peace. We bless the unseen movement of Spirit that continues to unfold prosperity in ways beyond our imagining. With thankful hearts, we rest in divine assurance.

5. Release
We now release this Word into the perfect Law of Mind, knowing that it is done. The universe has heard and responded. All that needs to be set in motion is already underway. We let go, trust, and allow Divine Abundance to manifest in perfect form.
And so it is.
