Perfect Healing

There is only one life; one power and presence that is in and through all people, places and situations, and this is what I call Spirit – the creator of all. Spirit is good and only good; it is peace, joy, harmony and balance. Spirit is health and wisdom, clarity and comfort. Every moment is filled with the all-ness of Spirit, and Spirit gives freely of itself to one and all, never judging, never holding back, just freely giving.

Because I exist, then I, too, must be a part of the creative essence of Spirit. The love that Spirit is surrounds me; the peace that Spirit is fills me; the health that Spirit is, is mine to accept in every moment, for Spirit is in every moment, just waiting to give to me my heart’s desire – all I need do is open and say YES! And as this is true for me, I know that it is also the truth about anyone reading this prayer because we are all surrounded and imbued with the health, comfort, and goodness that Life has to offer.

And so as I speak my word in the first person, I invite all who are reading this to join with me as I consciously affirm and claim perfect healing. I declare that anything I need to bring my body into perfect harmony and comfort is provided for easily and effortlessly. Perfect healing is starting even as I write this prayer, and continues up to, during, and through any medical appointment, procedures, or surgeries I may have. I claim anything standing in the way of my complete healing is easily and completely removed. And any discomfort or unease that I may have been feeling melts away into an experience of peaceful calm throughout my body. I’m also accepting an experience of peaceful assurance that I am in good hands and all will work out for my highest and greatest good.

With a heart overflowing with gratitude for knowing this truth, I release this, my word, into the creative essence known as the Law, to be made manifest in form and action.

And so it is!

Right Thinking

 
Spirit is everywhere present. Spirit is the source of all creation and is behind all things. Spirit is love and peace. Spirit is beauty and harmony. Spirit is the power for good. This power and presence of Spirit continues to guide us each day. It is always available and ready with spiritual support.

If Spirit is everywhere present, all of the time, then I know Spirit expresses as me in this world. I am one with Spirit as is every sentient being on this planet. We are all made up of Spirit’s attributes of love, peace, beauty and harmony. We all have enough of Spirit’s power for good that sustains us each day.

As I align with Spirit, I feel empowered to use this wisdom I possess wisely. As I lean into Spirit’s love, I now control my thinking so that my mind is always moving in the right direction for more good in my life. I claim right use of my mind now for my good. I affirm that I keep my mind moving in the direction of good mental thoughts and practices. I keep my mind uplifted with motivating words and thoughts. I pay attention to my mind and my thoughts and easily release anything that can harm my mental health. I claim my power now and use it to my advantage.

I am so grateful for aligning with Spirit’s love for me. I am grateful for the power I have within me that guides my way forward.

With glorious grace and gratitude, I release my word now into the law of mind and let it go. And let it be. Amen.

Peace in financial affairs

Spirit is abundant and flows in all directions in perfect harmony. Spirit is unlimited and all encompassing. It is the source of all good, ever expanding through life itself. Spirit is wisdom which is constantly creating balance. Spirit knows no lack or limitation and flows freely bringing peace to every aspect of existence.

I am one with this creative power and presence of Spirit. This same wisdom and goodness flows though me now. This supply of good is infinite and now guides my thoughts and actions. I am expression of Spirit and this peaceful outpouring of good is my true expression.

From this place of unification, I claim peace with my finances now. My relationship with money shows the harmony of the creative power in my life. I experience financial peace as I align with Spirit. I am free from financial anxiety because I am connected to unlimited supply from Spirit. Love guides my financial decisions and Spirit’s intelligence creates perfect order and flow in my financial affairs.

I am so grateful for this time of remembering that Spirit guides me all the time. As I understand my connection to Spirit, I can feel the flow of peace within me.

I release this prayer into the Law and let it be. And so it is.

Respond Lovingly

I recognize the One Life, the One Presence, the One Divine Intelligence that is Love itself—alive in all things, expressing as wisdom, compassion, clarity, and grace. This Presence is not distant; it is the very breath of my being, the quiet knowing within my heart, the steady light that has always guided me.

I know that this same Divine Intelligence lives as me, thinks as me, loves as me. There is nothing lacking in me, nothing to defend, nothing to prove. I am already whole, already worthy, already enough—just as I am in this sacred moment.

I now release the habit of defensiveness. I gently lay it down, knowing it was only ever a misunderstanding of my own strength. I forgive myself completely for moments when assumptions clouded my hearing or when I took offense where no harm was intended. I choose compassion over reaction, curiosity over protection, and understanding over fear. My heart softens, my mind clears, and my spirit remembers its natural state of openness and ease.

I affirm that I am guided—moment by moment—by Divine Intelligence. My words are thoughtful, my listening is deep, and my responses are rooted in love. I see others clearly, with generosity and goodwill, and I allow myself that same kindness. I move through conversations and collaborations with grace, trusting that clarity and harmony are always available to me.

As I step into upcoming projects, I do so with lightness, joy, and confidence. I support others with sincerity and encouragement, and I support myself with unwavering self-respect and love. What I bring matters. Who I am is enough. Love leads, and I follow.

I give thanks for this inner shift already in motion—for the healing, the awareness, and the freedom unfolding now. I trust this prayer is accepted, activated, and fulfilled in perfect ways.

And so it is.

Surgery and Healing

In the awareness that there is only One Divine Source of Life, One Infinite Essence of Wisdom, Health and Well-Being.

Knowing that Divine Spirit is available in every moment, as each is an expression of Spirit, and as a child of Divine Essence, this Spirit is alive in every cell and fiber of their being and affirming this life is expressing Itself in and through each individual. Spirit lives in every cell of the body temple providing for the nurturing substances for healing, comfort, and for perfect well-being in the body temple and throughout surgical procedures and treatment with ease.

I claim that this is the absolute truth for healing journey as the medical professionals lovingly care throughout surgery and all treatments thereafter and are divinely guided throughout the healing journey. I know that loving family and friends are in support through this time of health treatment journey, knowing Spirits loving peace surrounds each person in Divine Grace.

I am grateful for knowing this Truth as I affirm ease throughout this health journey and ease through this recovery.

In thanksgiving, I release this prayer into the loving activity of the law that this is now taking place in perfect timing and in its perfect way.

So I let it be and so it is. Amen

Love

Spirit is everywhere present, seen and unseen in each moment, all the time. Spirit is the power and presence of Love, here and now. Spirit is everlasting, all wise, and all knowing. Spirit’s love is unbreakable, and all encompassing.

Spirit’s love is the tie that binds us all together. Spirit’s love showers all of us with grace. Spirit’s love can never be lost or forgotten. It is always present within each one of us. As I align with Spirit’s Love, I find the love within me. It might be hidden by worries or sorrow, but it is always there, deep within me. This love of Spirit is right here within me.

I proclaim that I am the Love that Spirit is. I declare that I live a life expressing love all the time. I stay focused on Spirit’s Love and my life unfolds perfectly. Love breathes through me as I speak, love shines through my eyes, and love surrounds my heart at each moment. When I align with love, I am greeted with love in every corner of my life. Love is a constant in my life.

I am grateful for this realization that aligning with love produces more love. Thank you.

With this treatment said and done, I can let go. I can release this prayer and let it be. Amen.

Spiritual Mind Treatment to Embody Sincerity

Recognition
There is one Lifeforce, One Presence, One Powerful Energy—Infinite Love that is visible everywhere. This Lifeforce is the truth beneath all appearances, and all forms share in its qualities.

Unification
I know that I am one with this Truth. There is no separation between who I am and what Life is expressing through me. The sincerity of the Universe is my sincerity. The integrity of Spirit is the integrity of my own heart. I am one, cohesive expression of the Spirit within, aligned with what is real, what is true, and what is loving and caring.

Realization
I affirm that sincerity is embodied in me now. My words arise from the Spirit within, my true center. My actions are congruent with my values. My thoughts, feelings, and speech move together in cohesive harmony. There is no need to perform, prove, or protect—only to be present and honest. I trust myself to speak clearly, listen deeply, and act with genuine caring.

Thanksgiving
I am grateful for this natural state of sincerity, this embodiment of Spirit, unfolding effortlessly within me. I give thanks for the ease, freedom, and peace that come from living in alignment with truth. I rejoice in the quiet confidence that sincerity brings.

Release
I release this vision of a whole and sincere expression of Life into the Law of Mind, knowing it is done. I let go of all clinging to how it shows up, trusting that this truth is already active and complete and that all who come into my orbit are made fortunate.

And so it is.
