Prayer for Normal Heart Rhythm
Recognition
Everywhere I look, life sings the song of Spirit. The divine heartbeat pulses through galaxies, whispers in the ocean tides, and blossoms in every flower. This creative force is balance, harmony, rhythm, and love, expressing perfectly in all of creation.
Unification
This same sacred rhythm moves in me. Spirit’s life is my life. Its breath fills my lungs, its strength flows in my blood, and its divine blueprint of health is imprinted in every cell of my body. I am inseparable from this great harmony.
Realization
I now affirm that my heart beats in tune with the music of the universe. Just as planets keep their courses and waves meet the shore, my heartbeat follows its natural rhythm—steady, strong, and serene. My heart is whole, healthy, and at peace, perfectly synchronized with the divine order of life itself.
Thanksgiving
With a grateful heart, I celebrate this truth. I give thanks for the healing already unfolding, for the gift of life flowing through me with such grace, and for the steady pulse of Spirit reminding me that all is well.
Release
I release this prayer into the infinite law of good, knowing it is already done, already made manifest in perfection. And so it is.

Gratitude
There is one Life Divine, one infinite presence and power for good. The power for good is creating and renewing itself all the time. This Life Divine is love and peace and harmony and beauty.
The creative force of life expresses as me and as each person reading this prayer. We are each divinely guided by this life force as it moves with us all the time. It guides me and supports me each step of the way.
In the middle of my day, in the midst of all that is going on around me, I am grateful. I allow this feeling of gratitude to bubble up in my life. I clear out anything that is not in line with this feeling of gratitude and let it go now. My focus is on the things I am thankful for right here and now. I gratefully move through my day and let go of anything that prevents me from seeing my good and my gratitude for all the good I have in my life. When I count them, I have many gifts.
With a heart so full of thanks, I see how much I am blessed. I am grateful.
I release my word now and let it be. And so it is. Amen.
