I Am Poised and Calm
In the fullness of life there is a presence of Absolute Peace, a deep abiding Peace that cannot be disrupted or disturbed. Peace without end.
I am one with this Peace Its calm lives at the very center of my being. Peace is my essential nature.
I am poised and calm as life presents itself to me in all its myriad of forms and guises. I see through to the truth, I see through to the heart of the matter. Peace is the one constant reality. I am poised and calm as life does its living in, though and around me.
I give thanks for the Peace that lives in me and expresses as me.
I release this my word into the creative medium that always responds.
And So It Is

Affirmative Prayer Ease, Relief and Wholeness
Ease, Relief and Wholeness
There is only one God, one infinite Presence. It is the
Presence of the perfect loving Spirit that is everywhere present, all of the
time. It is all that is known and also the mystery yet to be known. This
Presence is the giver and sustainer of all life. It is wholeness, strength,
truth and acceptance of all Good.
I am connected to this Presence that infills all life. It
infills me. This powerful and loving Presence resides at the core of my being
and radiates outward. It beats my heart and pulses in my veins. As the Universe
is all that is, I too, embody the all-in-all where everything is possible.
Spirit’s nature is my nature. Spirit’s love is my love.
I claim for myself the truth that the wholeness of Life has
always been right where I am. I accept for myself who I really am as an
embodiment of the Divine right now in this present moment. I declare that
vibrant health, gratitude and peace well up from me. Peaceful sleep free from
discomfort is my truth. Every cell, muscle and organ in my body is of Spirit
and knows how to have restful sleep. I know for myself that the source of
comfort, ease and perfect body is this loving Presence unfolding at this very
minute. In a Universe that is always for me wanting only my good, I consciously
identify with wholeness, strength and vitality. I claim the truth of my ease
and comfort as I move through my daily activities with mindful grace. I claim
now for myself freedom from pain and interrupted sleep.
I celebrate this treatment. In calm confidence and abiding
faith I rest in deep appreciation. With love in my heart of knowing that truth
demonstrated, I rejoice.
I speak this Word as the Word of Spirit and release it to
the Law. The Law always responds in the affirmative. I believe this truth and
accept its manifestation.
And So It Is. Amen

Affirmative Prayer for Gentle Persistence
Affirmative Prayer for Gentle Persistence
Life is in motion according to the natural flow and rhythm of the universe. There is a dynamic energy that flows through all of Life creating good in every moment without restriction. Infinite and eternal Life, perfect existence, supreme reality.
I am one with this rhythm and flow. One with the dynamic energy of Life. I open to this universal truth that is also the truth about myself and my life.
I am steady and I am steadfast in my actions. Where action is needed I apply gentle persistence. Where letting go is needed, I let go. I find my serenity in the clarity that I am guided to know when to let up and when to take a stand.
This gentle and profound truth about life, I accept for myself and I celebrate all the good that comes from it.
Thanks be to Life.

Affirmative Prayer for Self-Acceptance
Affirmative Prayer for Self-Acceptance
The great, all-loving, spiritual Presence, the great Giver of life, holds nothing back. There is a continuous flow of unconditional love and acceptance that flows freely from the Source of life itself.
And this love and acceptance finds its home in me. As Spirit's nature is, so my nature is. I am the manifestation of the Creator of Life.
I accept the never-ending flow of unconditional love to me and from me. This harmony, love and acceptance becomes more fully revealed in my day to day life as I release all tendencies toward self-judgement or judgement of others. I step into the full expression of my true nature.
I celebrate this deep and profound truth about myself. I am love.
I release this Word into the Spiritual Law that receives its impress and responds fully.

Affirmative Prayer for Well-being
Affirmative Prayer for Well-being
In the preciousness of this moment, remembering the source
from which all blessings flow, this prayer is for well-being.
In the stillness of this moment, the sensation of the Divine
Presence is real. This intelligent
energy, or this impulse for life to live itself according to the laws of
nature, is seen so clearly now in the colors of the change of the season into
autumn and winter.
As this Divine Intelligence expresses itself as everything
all around me, I know that it is at work within me, beating my heart, and
managing all the activities needed to maintain my body year after year. And
gratefully, I understand that this is true for all of us; we are that
expression of the Divine one, each of us so different, yet so much the
same. Thus I am a pure expression of the
radiant living spirit, perfect, whole and complete as I am.
In this Universal Consciousness, many know as God, I affirm
my safety in all activities. This Divine
Intelligence works resiliently through me now, showing me the way, nurturing me
unfolding as my authentic self. New and
exciting possibilities and people show up at just the right time to assist during
this transformative time. All my
relationships are guided by this same intelligence that keeps the universe and
planets in balance; there is a sense of peace and confidence knowing that all
is well despite appearances.
And welcoming all spiritual support in advance, I rest in
gratitude knowing that all is well, all family members are well cared for. God supports, nourishes, and sustains each of
us uniting us in this journey called life.
In thanks giving, I release this prayer into the laws of the
universe that are already expressing life perfectly. And letting it be, I relax in gratitude and
excited expectation of more good to come.
And so it is.

Affirmative Prayer to experience life peacefully, harmoniously, and totally at ease
Affirmative Prayer to experience life peacefully, harmoniously, and totally at ease
Great Spirit is everything. Great Spirit flows through the entire universe. The Universe always works in effortless harmony, the natural outcome being peace.
Great Spirit flows through me now and always and my nature reflects Great Spirit, and my natural state of being is effortless harmony and deep inner peace. I am infinite life expressing my true spiritual self in all that I do.
Today I experience life peacefully, harmoniously, and totally at ease knowing that I am embraced by Great Spirit. No conflict can disturb my inner serenity; no outer challenge can depose it. I root myself solidly in the understanding that wherever creative conflict arises, it's a choice to grow and move forward with new eyes, honest communication, and an open heart. Whenever I find myself conflicted, all I need do is find the seed of growth and change in that moment, and welcome it with all my heart. I let go of every relationship, habit and activity that generates difficulty in my life; I'm not willing to invest my time or attention in what causes suffering. I find creative ways that move me forward and reveal my true nature in all that I do, and while I'm doing this, my nature is restored to its rightful balance, harmony, and joy.
I give deep and joyful thanks for this and with gratitude in my heart I release my word into the Law of Great Spirit knowing it is done.
And so it is.

The Goodness of Life
The Goodness of Life is the great gift of the Creative Force of Life, always giving a greater abundance of Harmony, Love and Peace to all of creation.
I am one with this Goodness. The Harmony, Love and Peace of the Divine are present and active in my life.
So, as a perfect expression of the Divine, I take a stand for Good. I put my awareness to that which is in alignment with Love and Peace. I cooperate with the Harmony that is already present. I do not lose hope, but rather take up the bright light of faith so that I may be a way-shower for all I contact. Being a beacon for good, this is my joy. I stand for Good and I am the Celebration of Life in all of my days.
I give thanks for the gift of my life and this truth about it.
I let go into the great Law of Nature, knowing It responds to my highest intention.
And So It Is
