Growing Awareness

There is only one life. That life is God’s life. That life is perfect. And that life is this life right now.

It is in, around, and through, and as my life. It is at the center of however life is showing up, Within all situations, conditions, and circumstances As this is true for me, this is true for each of us.

Therein lies my awakening, my spiritual growth with opportunities to notice when my ego steps in and I notice I am caught up in some attachment, separating myself from the wholeness of this one life. I breathe and I am grateful for this growing awareness. I am kind and compassionate with myself in this growing process. My ego is very sneaky and is the source of mirth as I learn to recognize its activity. As I know this for myself, I know it for all sentient beings. I cherish my connection to all life.

I rest in these truths and the Divine’s enfolding presence, love, and intelligence…however life is showing up, all are blessed and inseparable from one another, interconnected to all that is.

With gratitude, I let go and let God. And so it is.

I Affirm Fearlessness

At the center and circumference of all, is the formed and the formless, the boundless Source and Sustainer of all that is. The movement and stillness, eternally acting on behalf of Its creation for the highest and greatest good , here is the great I Am.

And so I am created from and dwell within this one creative, loving power and presence, connected to all that is, inseparable from this one Life. As this is true for me, this is true for all. I am irrevocably part of this one Spirit, Power, and Loving Presence. This is the undeniable nature of my being.

From this understanding I lean into however life is showing up and however it is not, especially when it is confusing, challenging, and mysterious.  I affirm fearlessness while awakening a compassionate heart. I make friends with myself. I start where I am. I recognize and embrace the painful aspects of life as I develop genuine compassion for others. This daily inner work shifts my consciousness as it informs and guides me.

In gratitude I rest in this practice and uncaused joy, which is always available.

This prayer is known and done in the mind of God.

And so it is. Amen.

Waking Up

All is within this one consciousness of the Divine. This Allness of Being enfolds all, is All. Nothing is outside of Its infinite, everywhere-present intelligence, love, creative power, and potential. It abides in all life, the Great I Am, Mother-Father God.

And it follows that I am here, on purpose, through the will of the Divine. It beats my heart and breathes my breath as a child of God. Its nature connects me to all that is. I am inseparable from this one life. I have no edges, I am connected to all of life through the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown of Life.

From this understanding, I remember that what happens to one person, one community, one part of our planet’s eco system, affects the spiritual and physical wellbeing of all life. This interconnectedness is our nature and strength. I deepen this awareness in my daily spiritual practice that I may be kinder and more compassionate as I navigate life, however life is showing up for myself and others. I do this inner work, looking beyond appearances, especially when I am frustrated, challenged, or triggered, aware that all beings and forms of life are instruments, vessels, and agents of the Divine. Life offers me infinite opportunities to awaken from unconsciousness!

I rest in this spiritual truth with gratitude and joy.

I am assured that my prayer is known and done through the one heart and mind of the One.

And so it is. Amen

I Lean in to the Divine Embrace

There is only one life, one breath, one heartbeat. It is that of the Divine, in, through, around, and as the ground of all being, the One Source and Sustainer of all life. No thing is outside of it. It is at the center and circumference of this one Life, the great I Am. Its creative power, intelligence, and compassion are boundless and everywhere present.

It follows that I am here on purpose through the will of this one Mother-Father God, however I name it. I am inseparable from this divine consciousness. I live, move, and have my being within It. As this is true for me, this is true of all life and therefore each of us.

With this understanding, I declare a growing awareness of these truths, waking up to the divine nature of being within each breath and heartbeat that flows through me. I meet each moment with a willingness to let go of unhelpful thoughts of lack, limitation, separation, and fear. However life is showing up, God is present and 100 % available, just as life is and just as it is not. I lean into this divine embrace that always enfolds me. I welcome Life’s ability to wake me up with opportunities to melt away that which does not serve me. I know this for all of life.

I gratefully rest in these spiritual truths, confident that this prayer is known and done in the mind of God.

And so it is. Amen

The Joy of Community

The Divine—ever-present, ever-giving, ever-loving—is unendingly, ubiquitously available. Vast, mysterious, unending, it is yet warm and personal and responsive. It shows Itself in the interconnectedness between all things, seen and unseen. The limitless web of Life connects and embraces all the infinitely various parts of Itself, casting off into reality unlimited creative expressions of Itself and receiving back into its web of life that which is ready to be repurposed. 

My life is in the web, joined everywhere: to people in my family, my neighborhood, my relatives, my spiritual community, my sphere of influence. The joy of the Divine radiates from me, reveling in this infinite community to which I belong. Community—the web of life visible and invisible. It embraces me and gifts me with warm, creative, joyous connections that enlighten and enliven me in this dark, fallow time of year. 

I celebrate this life, this communal connection, this dark and restorative time in the cycle of the year. And in that celebration, I align with the Divine and Its unlimited adoration of Itself.

I say it is so.

And so it is.

I Am an Expression of Love

One creative, all inclusive, loving consciousness, the Source and Sustainer of all, is 100 percent present with and as Life in all its seen and unseen forms. It is the foundation and flow of life, right here, right now, as this word.

I am an expression of this One. This loving Presence flows in, around, through, and as me. I am connected to all of life through It, inseparable from It—the formed and the formless—an integral part of this One Life, here on purpose through the will of the Divine.

With this understanding, I claim and affirm this connection of body, mind, and spirit within and as this One Life. I rest in this awareness as life unfolds and flows around and through me. I allow this divine nature to guide my thoughts, words, and actions that I might be an expression of love in the midst of however life is showing up.  I easily laugh at my foibles, recognize and champion kindness in others, and expect goodness to unfold in surprising ways.

With a grateful heart, I release this prayer into that Creative Power that has already acted upon it.

I let go and let God. And so it is. Amen

Our Lives are Blessed

This amazing life is the expression of this One Power, ever present and here in this moment as love, effervescent joy, peace, and wholeness.

As everything is made up of this essence of life, it infills me with its intelligence and wisdom. And this is true for all beings and all matter; every atom is filled with this dynamic intelligence, that same power that holds the planets in their place. Each one of us is a unique expression of this life and one in the source from which all life comes.

This prayer then is for an easy flow of this Life Force through all of existence. Every circumstance, every relationship, every experience is infilled with the mystery and aliveness of this Presence. So, I assert that in our lives we are each blessed in and by this Creative Power. It brings intuition, ideas, and guidance that we can tap into simply by resting in Its presence.

Gladly knowing that this powerful Presence, Life itself, is a force for good in our lives that we can use, I rest in the gratitude of this understanding.

Acknowledging that all is truly well, I release this prayer to the Divine Power that is already working on making it so. So, I let it be now knowing it is done. And so it is.
