Prayer for a Redwood Tree

 Recognizing the power of Spirit is the creator of all things. Spirit is everlasting love and deep peace. Spirit is all encompassing, all knowing, all wise and always present and available. Spirit’s life is seen in every part of nature, in all the people that walk on this planet, and all the stars, the moon and the sun. Spirit creates flowers from seeds, and trees from tiny acorns. Spirit is in the rushing waters and the power of the ocean.

I know that I have within me a wellspring of Spirit’s love and peace. I know within me, Spirit’s wisdom and power for good are present and available to me all of the time. It is that creative expression within me that is closer than my breath and it always creating more good in my life. I know this is true for all sentient beings on this planet as well as every rock, tree, and flowing waters. Spirit is everywhere present in all things and right here within me.

So, I speak my word now on behalf of the redwood tree I see outside my window. The brown discolored top of the tree may have the appearance of disease. I declare that this tree is perfect, and it is steady and strong. With a peaceful heart, I affirm only good for this tree regardless of the appearance. I know that this tree is the perfect expression of Spirit, and its beauty and strength are magnificent. I release any judgment or concern, and I do my part to hold this tree with perfect love. I send blessings through this prayer, and realize the rest is up to Spirit.

With great gratitude and thanksgiving, I feel the connection with that tree and the blessings that tree gives to me.

And now I can release this prayer into the law and just let go and let it be. And so it is. Amen.

Affirmative Prayer for Mother Earth

The one Source of all there is expresses itself as this world we know as “Mother Earth.”  Just as we witness mothers giving birth to new life, so too our Mother Earth creates environments that support a diverse wealth of life.  There is a balance and harmony in life forms, each divine in nature, all a part of this one Source.

Connected to everything, all is a part of this tree of life.  I have evolved from an eternity before me settled here at home on Mother Earth in this present moment.  The beauty and mystery of nature is evident everywhere especially as the seasons change. 

The love of this Mother Earth informs my choices; even small actions can have big impacts on my health and the well-being of our planet.  I see the expression of this divine creativity everywhere.  My love grows as I see the beauty, grace, and harmony of nature all around me. 

Grateful for the abundant life on Mother Earth, I celebrate the beauty, the connection, the inclusion, the resilience of all life.  I let this prayer go, confident our planet evolves for the highest good. 

And so it is.

Affirmative Prayer for the Amazon Rainforest

There is one all-powerful loving Presence, one loving Spirit. It is the creator and sustainer of all of life. It is the healing presence that is continuously restoring wholeness to all of creation. Its nature is peace and harmony. This one source of life is generous, giving itself fully to all of its creation. It is alive and active in every circumstance and situation and in all beings everywhere. Nature is its beautiful expression.

We are each an expression of this powerful loving presence. Its healing power lives in us. We each have the capacity to bring greater wholeness, peace and harmony to the world by use of this creative power that lives in us. Our consciousness is a channel for the perfect intelligence of the divine Spirit to restore well-being to our planet. So, too, are the rainforests a perfect expression of Spirit.

I therefore declare that the healing power of the loving Presence is fully active in the rainforests of South America. The harmony that governs all of life is right now restoring harmony and peace. Mother Nature is returning to its perfect order through the creative intelligence. All people who live in the reach of the fires are protected and safe through the love of the Creator. Every person involved in making decisions that affect the rainforest is divinely guided by the perfect intelligence.

I release all fear and enter into a state of healing consciousness. I envision a circle of perfect love revealing and restoring wholeness to every part of the rainforest. I place my faith and trust in the action of the loving Spirit. I take action that supports the highest good for the rainforest and for anyone affected. Beauty abounds.

I celebrate this opening in my awareness to realize the truth about the essential nature of the Spirit as it is right now bringing wholeness and healing to the rainforests. I rejoice in the Spirit that is active right now.

I trust in the Law of Mind to respond to this my Word.

Creativity and Appreciation

Love, peace, beauty, joy, creativity: these are but a few of the qualities of Divine Intelligence, the One Mind back of all there is, which is everywhere present. This limitless Divine Source transcends time and space, is the Creator of all, and is ever available in support of the highest and best good of all creation. Spirit is the great weaver, continuously creating the tapestry of Life in perfect harmony with Its nature.

I am an extension and an embodiment of this Divine Intelligence. Love, peace, beauty, joy and creativity are my birthright. I am a thread in the ongoing tapestry of Life, weaving my individual path as part of the whole. I am infused with the creative energy of Spirit in unlimited supply. As I realize this truth for myself I recognize it as true for all of life.

From this understanding, I open to a greater experience of the creative process. I relax into the flow of Infinite possibility. I let go of ideas of personal imperfection and embrace the unique ways Divine creativity flows through me. I allow myself to be informed and inspired by the perfection of nature. The gentle breezes remind me to be flexible and the ebb and flow of the tides remind me to breathe deeply and take in the beauty of this life experience. I affirm greater appreciation of all forms of art, music, and the creative ways others are inspired to express their Divine nature. I claim a renewed interest and emphasis on beauty, nature, creativity and art and affirm that this awakening is occurring in all people everywhere. I declare that, through this renewed interest, we are collectively creating a world that works for everyone, in harmony with all of Life.

I am deeply grateful for this conscious awareness and awakening.

Releasing my word into the infinite Yes, and I live from this truth knowing it is so.

And so it is.

Beauty and Creativity

There is one infinite creative Power, steadfast and sure, the Source of all life: the Spirit of God. It has no beginning and no end; It is eternal, limitless and everywhere present. It flows in, through, and as all things and all beings. It is the Infinite Intelligence that gives rise to all creation, and all creation is made of, from and by this Divine Presence. Within this creative Principle is the ever-expanding, ever-creating Love of Spirit. This Love is the source of all that is—all beauty, nature, creativity, art, and esthetics. This irrepressible force of Love both lifts up and provides the foundation for all being, beauty, and for the natural music of Creation.

I am completely one with the Creative Principle, deeply aware of my connection to Spirit. I am inseparable from the all-inclusive fabric of Its life. Spirit breathes through me in every aspect of my being as It expresses, loves, and creates through me. I am a unique instrument of the Divine, a vessel overflowing with unbounded good and potential. In the same way that I am birthed from this Creative Principle, all beings are also made of It, immersed in Its unlimited nature. There is no place where I, or anyone, ends and God begins.

From this place of unbounded Good and Oneness I claim an ever growing capacity for love, joy, and creativity. I declare an irrevocable partnering with my Good, remembering it is embedded in every fiber of my being, poised, ready and willing to express through me, however life shows up. When I walk in nature, I walk with the intention to enjoy all its beauty. I actually do see the blue of the sea and the pinkness of the flowers. My awareness of creativity reminds me to be present, and helps me to place ever increasing emphasis on beauty, nature, music, and art. I remember that as an expression of the Creative Principle, I am creative, and that there are no degrees of creativity. I begin to practice, experiment, view, and enjoy my life, actually engaging in play, and the wonder of all life.

I give thanks for the Creativity that lives in me and expresses as me.

I release my Word into the Law where it is already known and done.

And so it is.

Affirmative Prayer for Good Habits

There is a natural order to life. All things and all events unfold according to this natural pattern of the Divine Intelligence. This pattern is the pattern of Love and Goodness. It is completely reliable and steadfast. This Love and Goodness is always present and active, guiding all of Life into its highest expression.

This Love and Goodness is universal and includes everything and everyone, so I know that it includes me. I am one with the Divine Intelligence that lends Its natural order to my life.

I accept for myself therefore, that I live in agreement with this Divine Intelligence. I make good choices at every turn as Love and Goodness guide and support me. I easily develop good habits and I become reliable and steadfast. I care for myself, for others and for the planet from this understanding of my role in the natural pattern of life.

I am so grateful for this perfect unfolding of order and good habits in my life.

I trust Life to demonstrate this truth in my life completely for my own highest good and the good of all.

Amen.

All of life emanates from the one spark of divinity that continuously creates everything. The night sky, the rotation of the seasons, the flora and fauna worldwide, the living oceans and all of humankind is created from the same source. This Creator knows what it creates and loves its creation infinitely.

As I remember that all of life is a miracle, I think right now about the untamed life worldwide that lives in harmony with nature, keeping our planet balanced and healthy. I am aware of the magnificence of wild animals and the glory of sea life as it reveals the awe and wonder of all creation.

As I allow myself to focus on all the miracles of nature, I accept that these ambassadors of God itself are protected and nurtured by conditions and circumstances that are life enhancing and in balance with all of life. I accept harmony and accord with the order and beauty of the universe for these beings.

I swell with the joy of gratitude as I contemplate the magnificence of all existence.

I surrender this prayer to the activity of the law, which manifests heart’s desires into experience for the good of all and the harm of none.

And so it is.

Affirmative Prayer for our Parks

There is only One Life and that is the Life of God. It is the Source of all life on our planet, for indeed, It expresses Itself as everything: every plant, every animal, every human, every being on earth and beyond.

I am one with It, for I am of It, as is the reader of this prayer. Its very Life courses through our bodies and being – ever-nourishing, ever-revitalizing. And as I know that this is true for us, I know that this is true for all life forms associated with our parks – plant, animal, and human.

So I recognize that the harmony of God Itself is present in our parks systems; that everything that is needed to keep all systems in balance – including human resources, financial resources, and the well-being of the natural environment itself – is present and available.  I accept our collective growing awareness of how our parks are sourced with everything necessary to flourish, and to allow all who use the parks to experience the love, peace, and safety of the Divine One Itself.

I am grateful for the many ways that the well-being of our parks, and all who care for them and use them, shows up in our collective experience.

And with this sense of gratitude, I simply release this word to follow its natural, spiritual course and become apparent in our experience. 

And so it is.   

A Prayer for the Air in our Community

A prayer for the air in our community

There is one pure, loving Spirit that exists everywhere, all the time.  This Spirit is forever renewing Itself. It is the very breath of life. Its nature is balance and order. It is the intelligence of the Spirit that guides all of the natural resources into perfect expression.

The very air that we breathe is an essential aspect of this perfect Spirit.

I declare that the air in our community and the air everywhere is right now expressing its own natural perfection. I accept that the power of the divine Spirit renews and refreshes the air continuously. I accept divine guidance and new found awareness for each one who has an impact on the quality of the air around us. I affirm that new technologies are right now being formed that protect the precious air that we breathe and also protect the plants that purify the air. Our air is the breath of God, ever renewing itself and always nurturing all of life.

I am so grateful for this realization of the truth about our air. I give thanks for all that conspires to keep the air pure for the well being of all beings.

I release this word into the creative law of the Spirit, in faith and confidence that it is already so.

And So It Is
