Inner Peace

I recognize that the Divine Presence is perfect peace itself, the eternal stillness that underlies all existence. This Universal Spirit is pure harmony, the tranquility that remains constant beneath every surface activity. The Divine Presence is infinite calm, the essence that permeates every moment, every breath, every heartbeat of life. This Universal Spirit is the quiet that exists in the center of all being, the awareness that witnesses all experiences with equanimity. The Divine Presence is serenity, the peace that needs nothing, lacks nothing, and remains forever complete in its gentle, loving presence.

This same Divine Presence that is peace expresses itself as my nature. The stillness that characterizes Universal Spirit flows through my consciousness as my natural state of being. The tranquility that is the essence of the Divine Presence lives and breathes within me. I am one with this calm. The peace that defines Universal Spirit is my true identity, my deepest self, my authentic way of being in this world.

I realize that inner peace is the spiritual reality of my being and I tap into it now. My mind rests in clarity, free from the turbulence of worry or anxiety. My heart beats with the rhythm of divine serenity, and my entire being radiates the calm confidence that comes from knowing my oneness with Universal Spirit. This peace permeates every cell, every thought, every interaction, creating a sanctuary of stillness wherever I go.

My heart is filled with gratitude for this recognition. I feel deep appreciation for the gift of awareness, for the ability to know and experience my spiritual nature. This thankfulness fills me completely, a warm and radiant feeling of joy that celebrates the beauty of divine understanding.

With complete trust, I release this treatment into the loving action of Universal Spirit, knowing that what is true in the spiritual realm is already manifesting in my experience. I rest in the certainty that all is well, and so it is.

Perfect Healing

There is only one life; one power and presence that is in and through all people, places and situations, and this is what I call Spirit – the creator of all. Spirit is good and only good; it is peace, joy, harmony and balance. Spirit is health and wisdom, clarity and comfort. Every moment is filled with the all-ness of Spirit, and Spirit gives freely of itself to one and all, never judging, never holding back, just freely giving.

Because I exist, then I, too, must be a part of the creative essence of Spirit. The love that Spirit is surrounds me; the peace that Spirit is fills me; the health that Spirit is, is mine to accept in every moment, for Spirit is in every moment, just waiting to give to me my heart’s desire – all I need do is open and say YES! And as this is true for me, I know that it is also the truth about anyone reading this prayer because we are all surrounded and imbued with the health, comfort, and goodness that Life has to offer.

And so as I speak my word in the first person, I invite all who are reading this to join with me as I consciously affirm and claim perfect healing. I declare that anything I need to bring my body into perfect harmony and comfort is provided for easily and effortlessly. Perfect healing is starting even as I write this prayer, and continues up to, during, and through any medical appointment, procedures, or surgeries I may have. I claim anything standing in the way of my complete healing is easily and completely removed. And any discomfort or unease that I may have been feeling melts away into an experience of peaceful calm throughout my body. I’m also accepting an experience of peaceful assurance that I am in good hands and all will work out for my highest and greatest good.

With a heart overflowing with gratitude for knowing this truth, I release this, my word, into the creative essence known as the Law, to be made manifest in form and action.

And so it is!

Feeling Safe

I recognize that there is One Power, One Presence, One Infinite Intelligence that governs all life. It is Love. It is Peace. It is Divine Protection. It is Sublime Calm no matter what is happening. This Presence is everywhere, in all things, and expresses fully within me now. I am one with this Infinite Source. It is the very essence of my being.

Because I am one with the presence of the Divine, I am surrounded, guided, and protected by perfect Intelligence. Right here, right now, I affirm that I dwell in the safety of Divine Love. I am held in the arms of peace, supported by an unshakable foundation of Spirit. Wherever I go, whatever I do, the Presence goes before me, making the way clear, safe, and aligned with good. I listen with my whole being for Its guidance.

I choose to trust this truth. I allow my mind and body to relax into the deep knowing that all is well. I release the need to control, and instead surrender into the flow of Divine Wisdom. My intuition is sharp. I am alert, centered, and calm. Every cell of my body is infused with the energy of peace and security.

I give thanks for this truth, for the protection and guidance that is always mine. I am grateful to know and feel this safety now. I release this vision of peace and safety into the Law, knowing it is already done as spoken or something even better.

And so it is.

A prayer for peace in unsettling times

One dynamic power, the source of all creation is present here in this very moment. Its power and presence are unmistakable as we witness the change of seasons, the plants that sprout and grow, the cycles of the moon, and the growth of children. All of these things are expressions of this intelligent source of life.

Spirit lives itself through all of its unique creations, which includes me and each one of us. Each one of us is a part of a greater fabric of all of humanity. And not only humanity we are all one with every creature, every drop of water, every wave coming onto the shore. That’s a part of us too on this beautiful planet.

I say a word of blessing that in these uncertain times we are individually anchored in peace, love, faith, and the anticipation of good to come. I hold that mental equivalent of a peaceful, loving world. I cultivate that by feeling love and peace in my own heart. And I practice the tools to be centered, grounded, anchored in spirit, leaning into that power and presence that wants to serve us good and more good. And so when the world seems overwhelming or beyond our control with conflicts on every side, I claim peace in my heart, tranquility in my mind, calm in my attitude as we face the world and share this vibration of peace and love. We may look different, just like the variety of flowers. Even from the same Zinnia seeds, a whole garden of different colored and shaped flowers is amazing. This is Spirit’s life living itself for me to behold.

With great thanksgiving, I know that this is my moment to receive the gift of this amazing life. This light, that lights my way through the darkness, sometimes too allows me to be the light for others. And with gratitude in my heart, knowing that this eternal life goes on, I can let go of old habits and ways of thinking. Anchoring myself over and over again in Spirit’s loving assignment for us - to live life fully and find joy, peace and love. I’m grateful that there’s a higher power that’s helping me do this especially during challenging times.

With a heart filled with appreciation, I release this prayer knowing it’s already accomplished. And so it is, amen.

Prayer to Relieve Stress

Spirit is all there is. Spirit is love, peace, beauty, and harmony. Spirit is the creative force that powers all life. All knowing and everywhere present, Spirit is available to everyone all of the time. It crosses time and space and is the source of oneness. This thread of life connects everything everywhere.

If Spirit is everywhere, then it must be right here within me. Deep at the center of my being, I have an unlimited supply of love and peace, beauty and harmony. As I align with the Spirit within me I feel the love moving through me and expressing as me in the form of smiles, kindness and conscious giving. Spirit expresses as peace within me giving me moments of calm and gratitude. The more I align with this essence of Spirit within, the more grateful I feel.

Feeling this unification with Spirit, I now declare that I release any sense of anxiety or stress as I align with that Spiritual essence within me. I move past the upheaval in my life and direct my mind toward the oneness of life. I put my mind back on the path toward my good. I feel the power within me to open to love and peace and I take charge of my mind and my thoughts. I follow the love and the thread of oneness that ties us all together. I find peace right here within me.

I’m so grateful for this time of remembering the truth, that Spirit is all there is.

I release my word into the Law and let it be. And so it is. Amen.

Pray for Sanity in Turbulent Times

There is only one – one infinite and powerful presence of Spirit. All knowing, all wise, this presence of Spirit is the creative force behind all of life and it encompasses all of life in its entirety. Spirit is joy and peace; Spirit is love and beauty. Spirit is everywhere present all the time. There is no part of life where Spirit is absent.

Spirit is right here within me. Spirit’s love guides me. Spirit’s creative power lives through me. Spirit’s light shines bright and makes perfect my way every day. I only have to pause and go within to feel that powerful presence of Spirit within me. It is closer than my breath and always available to me, always.

Today I declare that I stay grounded and present in Spirit’s love. Today I align with that power for Good that is Spirit expressing. I lean into this force of love and take one step, and then another, and then another all the time knowing that the love of Spirit is stronger than anything I encounter during my day. I go back to feel that presence of Spirit as many times each day as I need to, to remind myself of this connection to Spirit. It is my personal touchstone of love. I remain in a state of calm and peace as I remember to connect with Spirit who is always within me.

I give thanks now for the truth in this prayer and the reminder that I am one with Spirit all the time.

And so I can release my word as I turn it over to the law that makes it so. And so it is.

Prayer for Travel

There is only one force and power in the universe, and it is God, the creative force, intelligence and substance of all Life. It is the seen and unseen, everywhere present source and  sustainer of all that is  always acting on behalf of Its creation.

It follows that It is the source and substance of my being, in around, through and as me. I exist within it as a part of it, inseparable from this one life, connected to all that is.

In this awareness I claim a peace and calm as I travel. I welcome each day; I accept and savor however life unfolds. I trust the one intelligence that is at work on behalf of myself and all of life. I notice how I am irrevocably connected to all that is. I am a center of comfort, reverence, comradery and connection as I move through my day. All is well.

In gratitude and joy I recognize this spiritual truth of my being.

It is known and done in the heart and mind of God.

And so it is.

Peaceful Clarity in Life Direction

 There is one creative power that is forever creating life out of Its own generous, loving nature. It is perfect peace, clarity and calmness. This power is the Spirit in expression and It is all-inclusive, eternal and infinite.

I am one with this creative power. One with Its peace and calm. One with Its clarity.

I accept that peaceful clarity is the atmosphere from which I live. My life direction is clear. I enjoy and I embrace calmness. I relax and enjoy my relationship with others. I have a quiet confidence. I am peaceful and clear regarding my life direction.

Affirmative Prayer for Freedom from Unhealthy Habits

Recognition: there is one vital creative power in the universe. It is filled with life giving energy. It lovingly shares this energy with its creation. There is nothing in life that does not receive this loving attention.

Unification: there is nothing outside of this divine creativity. All and all alike receive the bounty of creation. I know that my entire life is a miracle. As I know that is true for me, I know it is true for all. And so I remember this right now for everyone.

Realization: and so I accept for everyone reading this prayer despite whatever appearances are in life right now, that all is well. On the unseen and the seen side of life, all is well. Tiny miracles are happening everywhere. I accept that as we remain in each present moment that the miracles are visible, tangible and palpable. And so on behalf of everyone I remain centered calm with my attention focused only the present moment. I accept that the divine intelligence co creates with each one vitality, health and highest and greatest good.

Thanksgiving: and so there is nothing left to do but rest. I rest in great gratitude for getting to remember the way it works.

Release: and so I simply surrender this spiritual mind treatment to the movement and activity of the law which is already transforming energy on its behalf. And I just let it be. And so it is.

I Am Poised and Calm

In the fullness of life there is a presence of Absolute Peace, a deep abiding Peace that cannot be disrupted or disturbed. Peace without end.
I am one with this Peace Its calm lives at the very center of my being. Peace is my essential nature.
I am poised and calm as life presents itself to me in all its myriad of forms and guises. I see through to the truth, I see through to the heart of the matter. Peace is the one constant reality. I am poised and calm as life does its living in, though and around me.
I give thanks for the Peace that lives in me and expresses as me.

A Prayer for Loving Patience by Pamela Heck, RScP

Spirit, the Center and Circumference of All That Is, is Infinite Love, Infinite Truth, Infinite Assurance and Infinite Peace. This profound peace permeates all of creation. It is a Center of Calm that moves and has its being in all life.

This peace is my peace now.

No matter what challenges rise up before me, I choose peace. I choose the loving way. Today, I choose to be patient. Recognizing that Spirit is always patient with me, I honor Spirit by being patient with others and myself. Regardless of appearances, I accept the possibility of patience in this and every moment, in this and every situation,in this and every condition, and in me and every person.

With a grateful heart, I give great thanks that Spirit is right where I am assisting me in the fulfillment of this, my heart’s desire… I am loving, peaceful and patient.

AND SO IT IS!
