Spiritual Mind Treatment for Peace, Justice, and Compassionate Action

Step 1 – Recognition
The Creative Power of Life expresses itself through all creation. It is the Source of Peace. Ever-present, it reveals itself through diversity, unity, the prospering flow of connection, and endless possibilities. This Life knows no division, no lack, no exclusion—only the seamless outpouring of its own nature, forever present and available.

 
Step 2 – Unification
I am one with this Infinite Source. Its qualities of unity, creativity, wisdom, and more are within my being. I am created from it. It’s life flows and moves through me, as me, and in all my actions, words, and intentions. I am an active participant in its expression, inseparably connected to the vast and loving Intelligence that animates all life.

 
Step 3 – Realization
I recognize today the spiritual reality that peace is unfolding even now from the seeds of loving kindness being planted everywhere.. Justice is rising through every voice lifted in truth. Unity holds us together even as we celebrate our wondrous diversity. I use the creative power of my mind to imagine and claim that abundance flows to every person, and compassionate care uplifts those in need. Safety and respect bloom together, replacing fear with understanding. Every child receives the education needed to thrive. Our well-being and the earth's well-being move hand in hand, nourishing future generations. I envision our leaders standing for the highest ideals, so our nation’s global presence may be one of hope, justice, and peace to the world. Love—the highest hope of humanity—shines through each one of us, weaving a rich and radiant community of possibility.

 
Step 4 – Thanksgiving
I celebrate the spirit of gratitude, a living current that lifts my heart. I bask in the feeling of thankfulness that naturally flows from recognizing Life’s ever-giving nature. Gratitude rises within me, simple and profound, an inner song of joy and appreciation for the Creative Power that animates all.

 
Step 5 – Release
With trust and surrender, I let this treatment be. I place it into the Law of Life, knowing it is already fulfilled, complete, and unfolding in perfect order. And so it is.

Physical Healing

 
There is one perfect, infinite, almighty Spirit. It is this Spirit which creates, nurtures and sustains life. It is the flow of the divine Spirit that animates all that is. Eternal Life, ever present as unconditional love, perfect peace and creative intelligence is guiding and informing all that is into its perfect expression. This beloved Presence includes all that is. It is the only source and the only power.

I am an emanation of this perfect life. I am one with all of the power and all of the intelligence of the beloved Spirit. The flow of life animates me in every moment.

I accept for myself that my physical body is an emanation of the perfection of the almighty Spirit. I am nurtured and sustained by the unconditional love and peace of the perfect One. My well-being is absolutely assured as I claim perfect circulation for myself. There is nothing that can block the flow of perfect life through me. I accept that I am open to the healing power of the medications as they do their perfect work in my body. I declare that every cell, tissue and fiber is right now finding its perfect way of being. I accept comfort, ease and grace for myself and for my family and for all those in service to my healing.

I now give great thanks for this perfect circulation expressing as my wholeness. I celebrate the gift of well-being and openness.

It is with faith and confidence in the highest and best manifestation that I now release this word of prayer into the receptive medium, knowing it is fulfilled.

And So It Is.

Turning Fear into Faith

There is one life, I call it Spirit. It is the one eternal presence and power for good. Spirit is all around, in all things. Spirit is everlasting love. Spirit is radiant peace. Spirit is the creative joy behind all actions and aspects of life.

If Spirit is everywhere, then it must be right here within me. I am an expression of Spirit’s love. I am an expression of the joy that Spirit is. And I am filled with the peace that Spirit is.

As I align my thinking with this ever-present flow of good, I am filled with confidence and faith. I affirm that faith in this power for good overcomes fear. I allow faith to flush out any fear that may be in my way. I now look past the fear of the unknown toward the constant loving presence of Spirit. I release anything that blocks my way to knowing more faith in my life. I know that I can live my life without fear if I keep aligned with Spirit’s love. So I call in the faith to sustain me in my darkest times. I feel my faith grow and bloom as I do my spiritual work to feel the constant love of Spirit in my life. Closer than my breath, Spirit is always present in my life.

With great gratitude for this realization of turning fear to faith, I can rest. I can let go of fear and negative thinking and open to a lightness of being.

I can now release my word into the law that makes it so. And so it is. Amen.

Blessing

There is one divine presence, all powerful, all knowing, infinitely wise. This one is everywhere present. It is unconditional love, it is amazing creativity, its unlimited intelligence. It is constant and dependable and forever expanding throughout its creation.

That includes me and that includes everyone reading this prayer and every aspect of our lives.

I claim vibrant health of every kind - physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, financially. I claim love, and respect, and joy, and enthusiasm for life. I claim that all are divinely guided for their greatest good. That their inner wisdom, their own intuition knows what is best for them. I claim peace and joy and health and wisdom for each individually and collectively in their own personal world and in the world at large. For I know that each and everyone is a blessing everywhere they go. And also that they are blessed right now, right where they are.

With a grateful heart, I simply let this be so and so it is. Amen.
