I Learn Easily and Peacefully

There is one Power, one Presence that is all encompassing, ever evolving and eternal. It is the Infinite within the finite. It is the one source that animates all life and is the breath we breathe. It is in the seen and the unseen, the formed and the unformed, the discovered and yet to be discovered. It is past, present and future, yet it is timeless and has no beginning and no end.

There is nothing outside of it, including me, for it is that from which I come and that to which I will return. It is the core of my existence and it is the vital living force that permeates every cell of my being, and animates my every thought and every action.

I am an open and willing vessel to learn new things. Everyone I work with is a patient and willing teacher. There is more than enough time to learn everything I need to know. I retain and easily assimilate what I have learned in my daily work with confidence and ease. My mind and Spirit's mind are one. Any places of doubt and fear are released into the nothingness from which they came. There is no circumstance greater than that innate Power that lies within me, always available and always sufficient to any need. I am calm, confident and at peace with the changes in my life, knowing that there is greater Truth always working for my highest good and the good of all.

It is with a grateful heart and joy filled expectancy that I give thanks for that shift in consciousness that I know has taken in me, and the One, for we are united and inseparable.

I release my word, knowing that it never returns to me void, and I just let Spirit do it's work and so it is.

Healing Power Flows Through Me

 

Recognition
In and through all things, behind and beneath all things, is the One Life. Spirit is the source of all that is. Spirit is constantly creating, and constantly giving of itself to everyone. It is the splendid healing energy at the center of any pain.

Unification
I acknowledge my unity with Spirit, realizing there is no separation, no distance between Spirit and me. There is only One Life, present in every cell of my body and in every aspect of my being.

Realization
The tender sweetness of Spirit fills me and heals me now as I claim and accept release from pain. Spirit is all goodness, all blessed healing power, flowing through me right now. I am blessed to be whole and healthy and pain free. I walk hand in hand in the presence of Spirit.

Thanksgiving
I am so grateful to know this truth, to experience the joy and power and the healing of Spirit. My heart overflows with gratitude.

Release
Knowing all this to be truth in action, I humbly let it go, turning it over to that aspect of Spirit we call the Law, knowing it is already done, now and forever. And so it is.

Energy and Vitality

 

Recognition
There is only one Life. It shows itself as many things and in many ways but all there is is the energy and essence which I call Spirit. All of creation started as a thought and through Spirit became form. And all forms are here, whether big, small, two legged or four legged. It is all created and filled with Spirit.

Unification
This means Spirit must be present in me as me. The simple fact that I am means that I have Spirit supporting me with all that Spirit is. Within me is perfect health, joy, love, wisdom, beauty and so much more is mine now and always.

Realization
I claim for myself now a greater conscious awareness of my Oneness with Spirit. I consciously allow myself to listen to and heed Divine Guidance in all areas of my life. I accept full, vibrant health as my natural state of being, and I claim its manifestation in my life now. My entire being is vibrating with energy and vitality. My lungs are clear and I easily breathe in life. I treat my body with gentle care and loving respect.

Thanksgiving
I am filled with gratitude for remembering who and what I am. All I have to do is let go and allow Spirit to do what it does.

Release
I release this, my word, into the law, knowing it is already done. And so it is. Amen.
