Recognition
There is One Life, One Divine Intelligence, expressing throughout all creation. There is one perfect, steady, harmonious heartbeat of the Universe, the rhythm of Life itself. This heartbeat is present in every living thing, sustaining, guiding, and renewing all that is. The same Life that moves through the Universe moves through me now.
Unification
I am one with this Divine Life. I am one with the heartbeat of the Universe, and I feel its peaceful, steady rhythm within my own chest now. I know that the Life flowing through me is whole, intelligent, loving, and perfectly ordered.
Realization
My heartbeat is steady, effective, and efficient. With ease and grace, it moves my blood throughout my body, carrying nourishment wherever it is needed. Every tissue receives what it requires. Every cell is nourished and renewed. Waste products are released naturally and effortlessly. My entire body responds to the intelligent rhythm of Life within me, creating an environment of healing, balance, and vitality.
Thanksgiving
I am deeply grateful that the heartbeat of the Universe is expressing through me now. I am grateful that this Divine Intelligence instructs and guides every cell and every fiber of my being, every electrical pathway and every function of my body. I am grateful for the perfect wisdom and order already present within me.
Release
And now I release this word into the Law of Life, knowing that it is received and acted upon perfectly.
I let go. I trust. I rest in the certainty that Life knows exactly what to do.
And so it is.
