Affirmative Prayer for Wisdom, Kindness and Connection

Within, around and as all being there is only One, everywhere present and boundless--- light, love, power and intelligence. It creates all from its divine substance. The Compassionate Mother,  Father, God enfolds all within Itself. No thing is outside of it.

And it follows that I am made of this divine stuff. It is the nature of my being. I am a place where God shows up, through divine will. I am inseparable from this truth.

From this realization I affirm this prayer for and about myself and all life. I remember the Divine in me is everywhere present poised for my recognition. 

I affirm that within the present world health situation---  people, communities, agencies and nations work together for the highest good of all concerned. The needs of vulnerable individuals,  groups and world regions are met with abundant wisdom, kindness and resources. I accept that health strategies and connections are strengthened and continue to grow and adapt beyond the current need. It is a framework for expanding communication and a deepening understanding of our common humanity. I declare that the Divine within  recognizes the Divine as all life, there is no other. I act from this understanding as I navigate my daily activities  within my local community. I choose trust in the infinite resource of the Divine.

I gratefully acknowledge and accept this spiritual truth for and about myself and the world.

It is known and done in the heart and mind of the One.

And so it is.

Aligning with My Good

Aligning with My Good

While breathing into this loving presence  there is only one thing happening. It is all God, in through and as all being. It is the source and sustainer of all life, always acting on behalf of Its creation. It is everywhere present, that which moves the invisible into form, creating anew from itself, as itself, in each moment. It is this force of love everywhere present, this infinite intelligence and  potential, 100% available to Its creation, gathering all unto Itself. There is no other, no thing outside of It.

And so I am made of this divine stuff. It is the source and sustainer of my being, my existence, creating me as an individual expression of Itself. I am here on purpose through the will of the Divine, an instrument and vessel of the One. I am inseparable from this one life, connected to all that is. The one breath and heartbeat of all that is expresses through me. There is no place where I end and the rest of God, the rest of  life begins. The infinite presence is the source and substance of my body mind and spirit. All of this one boundless presence is right where I am.

From this awareness I speak  for myself. I recognize that all I need in any moment is within me and around me. As I joyfully receive I remember that I am also a conduit of the divine. I open to this inward and outward flow of love and understanding in the midst of however life is showing up. I trust my intuition more and  look beyond situation, condition and circumstance.  As I generously forgive myself I am kinder to people, critters and things. I look for the joy, goodness and beauty that presents itself throughout each moment. I slow down to honor and cherish the gifts and unique qualities with which I and the rest of life have been imbued. I celebrate and nurture the expression of those gifts in myself and others. I recognize and am grateful for the Good that is happening in the world. I notice what I am for and share that perspective, as it informs my words and choices. 

I rest in this understanding, accepting this spiritual truth for myself and others. With a grateful heart I let go and let God, absolutely assured that it is already known and done. And so it is.

I Embrace Understanding

There is only one life. That life is God's life. It is perfect, whole and complete. It is right here, right now expressing as life, infilling all with its loving presence, the source and sustainer of all that is. This one is always acting on behalf of its creation for the highest good.

It is my life right now. I am an individual expression of God, an instrument of the Divine. I am made of this one substance of being, here on purpose through the will and love of God. There is no place I end and the rest of Life begins.

From this awareness I affirm the divine intelligence, love and power that abides in, around and through me. I embrace this understanding in the midst of life's unfolding. I trust that I am in the right place at the right time and everything I need is right where I am. I remember  I am created anew in each moment, that  balance, ease and harmony are alive in me  as my divine nature. I am kind and forgiving with myself. I rest in this idea that Life is conspiring for my greatest good and continued spiritual growth.I abide in the strength and tenderness of God's embrace. I surrender to this understanding as it informs and guides my thoughts, words and actions.

With gratitude and joy I celebrate this spiritual truth about myself and all of life.

This prayer is known and done in the mind of God. And so it is.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness

There is a Power and Presence in the Universe that is a Force for Good. It is the Unconditional Essence of Pure Awareness, Pure Consciousness, the Ground of Being. Everywhere present, It is the Source and Substance from which all Life arises. It is in and through all things as Its Self. It is all-loving and ever-forgiving, creating all of Life and accepting all of Life back into Itself unconditionally. All that It creates is Good.

It is everywhere and I know that It is in me. It has formulated all the atoms and cells in my body and holds them together in Divine Right Order. All that I am is One with this Ground of Being. Not only is It in all of me but it is in all of the world.

Knowing this, I speak my word for and about this world. I accept deep understanding and forgiveness in the hearts of all people. This understanding allows forgiveness to flow naturally as an accepted norm for all people and in all cultures. I claim the letting go of all resentment, guilt, blame and victimhood. I claim that the hearts and minds of the world's people are washed in the healing balm of forgiveness—self-forgiveness and forgiveness of others. I claim this freedom for humankind now. I claim the establishment of forgiveness as a power that is so well integrated in the hearts of all the people, that it is the norm. I accept this freedom and this Grace now manifest on earth in the people.

In gratitude for this, I surrender this prayer, and the power and intention of it, to the Divine Law for this good and so much more.

And so it is.

I Am One with God

I Am One with God

There is one Power and Presence in the Universe that is the Source of all life. It is the all abundant creative energy that forms and sustains everything in existence. This one I call God. God is Love, and Beauty, and the Giver of all good, and is present in every person, every moment, every condition and every need.

I am created from this One--this God. All that is true of God is true of me, in this moment and always.

Therefore, I know that the Intelligence of God quickens my mind and guides me into right pathways. The boundless Love of God blossoms in my heart and moves me to compassion and love and understanding. The Power of God sustains me and allows me to express the Divine Principle that lives within me. I am one with God, and my life is blessed in this greatness.

Knowing this to be true at every level of my consciousness and being, I am filled with great gratitude, thanksgiving and peace.

I release this word, my prayer, into Divine Law--knowing with complete trust that is it done in Divine Mind right here and now and forever. And so it is. Amen.

Affirmative Prayer for the Journey of Self Discovery

     RECOGNITION

There is one God, one Spirit, one eternal, ever present, Life that is ALL.  

     UNIFICATION

This Life flows through me, is revealed to me in exact proportion that I am willing for it to be revealed.  This Life flows through, in and around everything and everyone, everywhere.

    REALIZATION

This Life that flows through me is revealing to me everything that I am willing to know.  I am on a journey of SELF discovery and I am listening to the revelations that I need to know about myself in order to further journey.  I am mindful of my journey; ever open to newly revealed truths, patterns, beliefs, values and habits.  As these truths appear for me, I am patient and understanding with myself in relation to these discoveries.  I am calm and loving to myself on my journey of SELF discovery.  I peacefully let go of old, unwanted beliefs, truths and habits and I rest in the loving arms of GOD.

     THANKSGIVING

I am grateful for the desire to journey, the assistance that I have from books, teachers, meditation, study and self inquiry.  I am grateful for the uncovering of hidden and unhidden truths.  I am grateful for my mindfulness and my patience and understanding for myself as I journey though to my highest SELF.

RELEASE

And with these truths I hold them up and simply let them go, go into the Law.  I release these truths knowing that they will be reflected back to me in a way that is best for all involved.  Thine will not my will be done.

And so It Is.  Amen
