Peace and Ease

 
Spirit is everywhere, all around this life. Spirit is all-knowing and wise. Spirit is the source of all things and continues to create anew. Spirit is peace, love and the power for Good.

And if Spirit is truly everywhere then it must be right here within me. All that Spirit is, lives within me. When I allow myself to imagine that, it all becomes clear. I am one with Spirit. I am peace, I am love. I have within me a power for good to create my life anew. Again and again, I can come back to this knowing and regain my power.

I claim peace and ease in my day-to-day life. The peace of Spirit can’t be shaken or disturbed in any way. I affirm that the power of Spirit within me helps me create peace. I am open to the flow of peace in my life. I am open to the ease of life unfolding perfectly. With my mind at ease, I can make good choices and sustain peace and ease in my life each day.

I am grateful for this prayer that leads me to peace and ease. I can rest knowing this prayer is done.

And so it is. Amen.

Surrender

 
There is only one life. One power and presence that is in and through all people, places and situations, and this is what I call Spirit, and which is good and only good. Spirit is peace, joy, harmony and balance. Spirit is abundance and prosperity, health and wisdom. Every moment is filled with the all-ness of Spirit, and Spirit gives freely of itself to one and all, never judging, never holding back, just freely giving to all of its creation.

Because I exist, then I, too, must be a part of the creative essence of Spirit. The love, peace, and joy that Spirit is surrounds me and fills me, and it is mine to accept in every moment, for Spirit is in every moment, just waiting to give to me my heart’s desire – all I need do is open and say YES! And as this is true for me, I know that it is also the truth about anyone reading this prayer, for no one can exist outside of Spirit. Each of us is surrounded and imbued with all the goodness and all-ness that Life has to offer.

And so as I speak my word in the first person, I invite all who are reading this to join with me in accepting a deep surrender into the ease, peace, and comfort of Spirit. I declare that my faith is growing greater than ever before, and that my spiritual practice is deep and consistent - feeding my body, mind, and spirit. As I allow myself to be immersed in Spirit, I can easily recognize guidance as to what is mine to do - as well as what is mine to let go of. I allow myself to feel a deep sense of gratitude for the shifts and openings taking place. I joyously recognize the power of gratitude, and that it comes easily and naturally to me in my daily life.

I’m so excited and grateful for this awareness and it’s manifestation in my life,

And it is with this gratitude that I release this, my word, into the creative essence known as the Law, to be made manifest in form and action for the highest and greatest good of all, and the harm to none.

And so it is, amen.

Prayer for Overworked Parents

Recognizing the Infinite Presence as the Source of all life, love, and renewal. This Presence is boundless, compassionate, and ever-supportive. It flows through all places, and things, within us and around us. Generously it shares its peace, patience, and unconditional love, connecting all in a unity, harmony and love.

Every parent and child is one with Spirit’s love, compassion, harmony and creativity. Spirit as the Source of strength, resilience, and wisdom, is available to every parent in every moment; no matter what is going on at home or around them. It brings balance, joy, and clarity, so each parent feels supported, restored, and uplifted, even in the busiest of times.

I affirm that each parent is embraced in the calm and loving support of the Universe. I declare that peace fills their hearts, that patience flows with ease, and that their minds are open to moments of rest and renewal. Even in times of weariness or stress, a boundless strength within is there to guide them, sustain them, and remind them of the power they hold. For each parent Spirit is gently organizing, uplifting and energizing every aspect of their lives. As they navigate their day clarity, peace, and love percolate through every cell of their body and throughout their lives and in their homes. 
As each parent shares compassion and care with their children they know they are not alone. They are seen, and cherished by Spirit with comfort, calm, and courage. A deep reservoir of grace and ease revitalizes them each morning and replenishes them each night.

In deep gratitude for the consciousness and Truth that makes this so I release this Word into the Law knowing it is now made real.

And so it is.

Prayer for Physical Healing

There is only One Infinite and Eternal Sacred presence. It created everything from Itself and expresses Itself throughout all of creation. It is present everywhere and within everyone sharing its love, wisdom, wholeness, healing and more.

This Sacred presence expresses Itself in, through and as me. I am the human expression of its Wholeness. My life unfolds within It and It is always there at the heart center of my being as a constant guide and loving companion.

I turn within and declare that I am ready, willing and able to accept a complete revelation of Wholeness and healing. As Spirit hears my thoughts every aspect of my body, echoes and reflects its healing power. All of Spirit works in perfect harmony and that same divine harmony moves through me. I am now vibrant, strong and healthy. I am comfortable, at ease and pain free. I can now rest easily and breathe freely. Every organ system and tissue in my body is healing in an easy and effortless way. Anything I may need for this is also revealed to me.
I celebrate the new sense of well-being and my heart is grateful for this permanent new reality.

I release this Word to the Law which makes it so. And so it is.

Prayer for Easy Travel

 

One power for Good exists in the universe. Known as that one creative substance and intelligence that formed the cosmos and everything in it. It is the motivating power of love and connection, balance, and harmony with perfect timing.

As this one creative force is present everywhere, in, through, and around everything, I know it’s here within me and each one reading this prayer now.

I speak a word of prayer about perfect travel. Understanding that the many complex details of travel are all held in the Mind of this one intelligence. With confidence now there is a knowing that travel plans are already orchestrated perfectly. In this mind of intelligence, I declare that all connections, even the changes in the schedules are the perfect outcome of a blessed journey. I affirm there is a courage that emerges within each heart that is planning, researching trip information, and dealing with changes along the way, knowing that travel is divinely blessed before the first step is taken. Anxiety is released, and in its place excitement about the journey emerges. Releasing any concern about safety, confidence arises instead. Everyone along the way of this journey is kind and helpful.

With gratitude in a heart that now feels confident and ready and excited about the journey ahead, I release this prayer to those spiritual laws that are already acting upon this Word.

Letting it all go now, and letting it be, I rest in the comfort that all is truly well and a great journey is assured. And so it is. Amen.

I Embrace Understanding

There is only one life. That life is God's life. It is perfect, whole and complete. It is right here, right now expressing as life, infilling all with its loving presence, the source and sustainer of all that is. This one is always acting on behalf of its creation for the highest good.

It is my life right now. I am an individual expression of God, an instrument of the Divine. I am made of this one substance of being, here on purpose through the will and love of God. There is no place I end and the rest of Life begins.

From this awareness I affirm the divine intelligence, love and power that abides in, around and through me. I embrace this understanding in the midst of life's unfolding. I trust that I am in the right place at the right time and everything I need is right where I am. I remember  I am created anew in each moment, that  balance, ease and harmony are alive in me  as my divine nature. I am kind and forgiving with myself. I rest in this idea that Life is conspiring for my greatest good and continued spiritual growth.I abide in the strength and tenderness of God's embrace. I surrender to this understanding as it informs and guides my thoughts, words and actions.

With gratitude and joy I celebrate this spiritual truth about myself and all of life.

This prayer is known and done in the mind of God. And so it is.

Freedom from the Effects of Arthritis

There is one divine, creative power that is always active, continuously revealing perfect wholeness. This power is ever-present in all of life. It gives its intelligence and wisdom to all of existence. There is a natural flow to life. The power of life to renew itself is unlimited. Freedom is absolute.

This creative power, this renewal, this freedom is active in my body, forever revealing a greater wholeness. My body is the substance and creation of the divine one, made in the perfect pattern that is continuously creating and informing all of life.

I accept complete freedom from the effects of arthritis in my body. I open to a greater experience of wholeness and flexibility. I release any ideas of discomfort and embrace the complete renewal of my body.  The easy flow of movement is my natural state and I am filled with ease and confidence as I realize the activity of the one healing power at work on my behalf.

I give thanks for this realization of wholeness and I release this word into the subjective mind of the one.

Affirmative Prayer Ease, Relief and Wholeness

Ease, Relief and Wholeness

There is only one God, one infinite Presence. It is the Presence of the perfect loving Spirit that is everywhere present, all of the time. It is all that is known and also the mystery yet to be known. This Presence is the giver and sustainer of all life. It is wholeness, strength, truth and acceptance of all Good. 

I am connected to this Presence that infills all life. It infills me. This powerful and loving Presence resides at the core of my being and radiates outward. It beats my heart and pulses in my veins. As the Universe is all that is, I too, embody the all-in-all where everything is possible. Spirit’s nature is my nature. Spirit’s love is my love. 

I claim for myself the truth that the wholeness of Life has always been right where I am.  I accept for myself who I really am as an embodiment of the Divine right now in this present moment. I declare that vibrant health, gratitude and peace well up from me. Peaceful sleep free from discomfort is my truth. Every cell, muscle and organ in my body is of Spirit and knows how to have restful sleep. I know for myself that the source of comfort, ease and perfect body is this loving Presence unfolding at this very minute. In a Universe that is always for me wanting only my good, I consciously identify with wholeness, strength and vitality. I claim the truth of my ease and comfort as I move through my daily activities with mindful grace. I claim now for myself freedom from pain and interrupted sleep. 

I celebrate this treatment. In calm confidence and abiding faith I rest in deep appreciation. With love in my heart of knowing that truth demonstrated, I rejoice. 

I speak this Word as the Word of Spirit and release it to the Law. The Law always responds in the affirmative. I believe this truth and accept its manifestation. 

And So It Is. Amen

Affirmative Prayer to experience life peacefully, harmoniously, and totally at ease

Great Spirit is everything.  Great Spirit flows through the entire universe.   The Universe always works in effortless harmony, the natural outcome being peace.   

Great Spirit flows through me now and always and my nature reflects Great Spirit, and my natural state of being is effortless harmony and deep inner peace. I am infinite life expressing my true spiritual self in all that I do. 

Today I experience life peacefully, harmoniously, and totally at ease knowing that I am embraced by Great Spirit.  No conflict can disturb my inner serenity; no outer challenge can depose it. I root myself solidly in the understanding that wherever creative conflict arises, it's a choice to grow and move forward with new eyes, honest communication, and an open heart. Whenever I find myself conflicted, all I need do is find the seed of growth and change in that moment, and welcome it with all my heart. I let go of every relationship, habit and activity that generates difficulty in my life; I'm not willing to invest my time or attention in what causes suffering. I find creative ways that move me forward and reveal my true nature in all that I do, and while I'm doing this, my nature is restored to its rightful balance, harmony, and joy.

I give deep and joyful thanks for this and with gratitude in my heart I release my word into the Law of Great Spirit knowing it is done. 

And so it is.
