Uncertainty

There is one life divine and it is infinite in nature. All that there is, is a part of this container of life, ever expanding, growing, changing. Everywhere life is, Spirit is an active part. This oneness of life connects every sentient being and provides the container for ongoing life as it evolves and continues no matter what. Spirit is love and Spirit is peace. And Spirit is the power for good behind all life.

I am one with this ever-changing life. What is true for Spirit is true for me. I am love and peace. I hold within me a power for good so strong that nothing in this material world can oppose it. I am a part of this container of life guided by Spirit.

I am supported by love. I am supported by Spirit. I am supported right where I am right now. I know that whatever is going on around me, I am still supported by Spirit. No matter what shows up in my life, whatever challenge confronts me, and whatever change awaits me, I am supported by Spirit. As I tune in to the power of Spirit, I feel it’s blessing. As I align with the power of Spirit, I know I can face whatever shows up in my life. As I hear that still small voice of Spirit, I feel the support and move boldly into the day with renewed confidence. I know that I am guided through every movement and circumstance in my life. I affirm that I am able to ride out any storm that comes my way as I listen for Spirit’s guidance.

I give thanks now for this time of remembering the truth that Spirit hears every prayer. I can let go of this prayer, as I release it into the law. I can let go and trust that it is made manifest in form.

And so it is. Amen.

Adapting to Change

The one divine essence of life flows through everything, seen and unseen. Its nature is creativity, brilliant expressions of life, beauty, and abundant good all the time, available to each one of us.

We are each a one of a kind expression of God; fully equipped to experience love, peace of mind, and connection with this one source, journeying to the greater yet to be.

Just as everything in the universe is made of this brilliant intelligence, I too am of this same substance. It automatically and amazingly lives and breathes me. And as that’s true for me it is true for us all; each one of us a unique expression of this same life. And this planet is continually evolving for the greatest expression of all its inhabitants.

So, I affirm that we are in the flow of life, awakening each day to the amazing changes that are the natural expression of life evolving. Everywhere we look is the evidence of growth and the change of seasons reminds us that change is all there is, all the time.

So, navigating change with grace and ease, I declare comfort adapting to change, and delight when we discover that the new reality is even better than expected.

Grateful discovering that living with change can be challenging and rewarding at the same time, I relax and let life reveal itself to me. Pushing us to use our spiritual tools, we open to the new and changing reality surrendering and letting go of the past.

Thankful then that the spiritual laws are doing the work in this prayer, I let go and release this Word to the power of life, knowing all is truly well.



And so it is.

Change

Change

There is one life, that life is God's life, whole perfect and complete. It is in and through and as all being. It is love and transformation, Life ever unfolding and rearranging Itself into the highest good. This one Source and Sustainer forever gives to creation. It's infinite, boundless nature is everywhere present. Unlimited Intelligence and Potential are 100% available in every moment.

I am made of this God stuff. It is the substance and foundation of my being. It creates, acts and unfolds in around and through me. I am made anew by it in each moment. I am an expression and instrument of God, inseparable from divine activity. I live and have my being within the One.

From this understanding I speak for and about myself and all life. Boundless potential is right where I am. I welcome a reconfiguring of my life with deeper trust in the unlimited expression of good in ways known and unknown, seen and unseen. Infinite intelligence and creativity live as me. I claim a growing awareness of my intuition as it informs and guides me through change and transformation, internal and external. I recognize a willingness to make friends with the unknown. I allow myself to abide in a place with the familiar and the unknown. I let go of the past, and trust in God's wisdom and unfolding action that creates my life anew in each moment, perfectly.

With a grateful heart I rest in this spiritual truth. It is already known and done in the mind of God. 

And so it is.

Peace in Times of Change

The Divine is so much more than words can capture.  Its nature is seen in the changing seasons, the storms, the rainbows, flowers, leaves and daylight returning year after year and it is evident in the consciousness of its reality.  It resides within each one of us.  Its nature is our true nature as we are made of it too.

This Divine mystery that is living as my life understands the shifting sands of time much better than I. Its wisdom orchestrates the universe with grace and power.  Every cell of my body resonates with its wisdom, doing just what it needs to do to keep my body working at its best. Each breath comes and goes automatically, and with trust in this breath I begin to see the bigger picture that the Divine is expressing in me and all around me.

Like the ocean with turbulent waves on the surface, below the surface is calm, deep, and peaceful.  Our mind is immersed in this divine flow of energy only obstructed by our focus on human circumstances which sometimes create imbalance.  So I focus on releasing any obstructions to allowing this divine flow to have its way with me.  I listen to its intuition as I go about my day trusting it to guide me to calmer waters.

Grateful knowing that this Living Spirit abides within me and all those around me, allows me to feel serene and confident regardless of what appears in my experience.

And with this gratitude I release this prayer to the workings of those spiritual laws that have already made it so.

And so it is.  Amen

Affirmative Prayer for Navigating Change

Affirmative Prayer for Navigating Change

The Universe is absolutely rich with blessings. Life itself is eternal and infinite and its essence never changes. This essence of life is love and peace, order and balance. There is a harmony that guides all of life into its most perfect expression and grace abounds.

I am one with life, one with its love and peace. Life expresses perfect harmony through me. Live expresses peace and love through me.

I accept for myself a powerful connection to the natural harmony that lives in me. I allow myself to be guided by this inner harmony and wisdom during times of change. The peace and love of God light my way as I navigate the changes in my life. My essential nature always brings me back to perfect balance. I flow into life as life flows into me. I know that I am safe, guided and protected. I allow the best of me to come forward.

I give thanks for this realization of my true nature and its expression in times of change.

I release this prayer and I let it be.

And So It Is

Navigating Change at Work

A prayer for navigating change at work

There is one changeless Reality. It is the reality of the one loving Presence that is in and through all things. It is the perfect Intelligence that guides life into its full expression. It is the nurturing support of the universe. And it is all-powerful and eternal. It is the beacon of light that calls all of life home to itself. Divine, sacred Reality. 

And it is this Reality, this loving presence, that has its life as each and everyone of us. We are each an emanation of the perfect Intelligence that has created all of life. I am, we are, each guided by the light of the Divine. 

I accept for each one reading this prayer a greater faith in the perfect changeless reality that stands behind all changes. I accept a deeper awareness and faith in the one loving Presence that has created life itself. I remember that I am , we each are fully supported by this nurturing universe and that the power that has created life itself is fully active in our lives. I claim that I listen deeply and see clearly the guidance of the Divine that is always available to me calling me home to the sacred Reality of a life that is filled with love and peace. 

As I remember this truth about my life, about our lives, I am fully confident that I can navigate any change at work with ease and grace. I realize that the power and light of the divine One is leading me into ever greater expressions. I am, we are, allowing ourselves to be  filled with awe and wonder at the understanding of this truth.

Giving thanks now for the powerful realization of the truth: that it is completely within each of us to navigate the changes at work with ease and grace, I rest in gratitude.

I release this Word into that receptive nature of the Divine One that responds fully to its highest intent. And I let it be.
