I’d Like to Pass Away

There is One Life. One Divine Presence, infinite and whole, that lives through all creation. This Life is living itself through me, and through every person who reads these words. It is the Life beneath every breath, every heartbeat, every thought, every moment of love. Its nature is peace, serenity, comfort, and relief from suffering.

I know that I am never separate from this Presence. I am one with this Divine Life. There is no place where I can be outside of It, and no moment in which I am abandoned by It. Even when I am tired, in pain, frightened, uncertain, or simply ready to rest, the Divine Presence is here. I can surrender into its embrace. I know there are many little ways of passing from one state of consciousness into another. I can close my eyes and enter the gentle world of sleep. I can take a nap and let the concerns of the day fall away. I can sit quietly in meditation and allow myself to become still.

And in this very room, I can create a sanctuary of peace. I imagine myself resting here, surrounded by comfort and ease. The room is quiet and welcoming. The light is soft. My body is supported. My breathing becomes gentle. There is nothing I need to accomplish. Nothing I need to prove. Nothing I need to hold onto for this moment. I feel warmth around me. I feel tenderness. I feel the quiet joy of simply being held by Life. And as I rest here, I know that death itself is not something I need to force or fear. The timing of my passing belongs to the Divine. I do not need to know when that moment will come. I only need to trust that when my life’s journey is complete, I will be received into that same Infinite Presence that has accompanied me all along. Until then, I can rest. I can breathe. I can take one more nap, one more quiet morning, one more beautiful day, one more moment of laughter or music or love. And when I am weary, I can remember that I am allowed to surrender into rest without needing to surrender my life.

With a lightness of heart, I give thanks. I am grateful that I do not have to control the great mystery of life and death. I am grateful that I can rest in Divine Love. I am grateful for the comfort that is available to me now, in this breath, in this room, in this moment. I give thanks for every experience that has brought me here. I give thanks for the peace that is already within me.
And I give thanks for the certainty that when my time truly comes, I will not be alone. I am held by the One Life. And for now, I breathe, I rest, I receive, and I live.

And so I release this prayer into the Infinite. I let go of my need to know when or how. I trust the Divine Wisdom that knows the perfect unfolding of my life. I am at peace. And so it is.

Creative Power of Life

 RECOGNITION

There is one Creative Power of Life. This Creative Power of Life is joy in its pure state, the well of health that sustains all living things. It is the happiness that underlies every moment of existence. It is vitality itself, the surge of aliveness that moves through all creation. The Creative Power of Life is wholeness, radiance, the ever-present source of wellness. It is the laughter at the heart of the universe, the ease that is the nature of being.

UNIFICATION

I am one with this Creative Power of Life. Its joy is my joy. Its health is my nature. This same Creative Power of Life lives fully as The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community. The joy that is the essence of this Power is the essence of The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community. The health and vitality that define this Creative Power define The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community. equally and completely.

REALIZATION

Joy is alive in The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community. now. Health is The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community.'s nature. Happiness rises up through every gathering, every voice, every shared intention. Loving-kindness flows through The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community. as a current that touches all who enter. Patience is the ground on which The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community. stands, steady and open. Creativity moves through The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community. as fresh vision, new expression, the living art of community.

GRATITUDE

Thankfulness fills this moment completely. Appreciation itself is the feeling present here, deep and spacious and still.

RELEASE

This treatment is complete. It is released into the Creative Power of Life, already active, already unfolding. And so it is.

Harmony, Balance, and the Recognition of All Life

There is One Life, One Infinite Presence, One Divine Intelligence expressing Itself as all creation. It is the Life that breathes through every person, every creature, every forest, every river, every mountain, and every star. It is the sacred essence within all beings, forever connected, forever whole, forever united in Love.

I recognize this Divine Presence now as the very heart of our world. Though life brings seasons of challenge and seasons of celebration, I know there is a deeper Truth that remains unchanged. Beneath every appearance, beyond every fear, beyond every conflict, there is an eternal current of Goodness moving through all things.

Today I affirm harmony. I affirm balance. I affirm a growing awareness of our sacred connection to one another and to all life. I know that compassion is awakening in human hearts. I know that kindness is stronger than division. I know that wisdom is emerging in ways seen and unseen. Even amid uncertainty, solutions are forming. Even amid sorrow, healing is taking place. Even amid struggle, the light of Spirit continues to shine.

I celebrate the goodness that is present right now—the neighbor helping a neighbor, the hands that heal, the voices that encourage, the communities that come together, the beauty of nature that continually renews itself. I recognize that every act of love contributes to the healing of our world. Every expression of generosity strengthens the fabric of humanity. Every prayer, every blessing, every moment of understanding expands the possibility of peace.

I know that we are not separate from Life; we are Life expressing Itself. Therefore, I claim a world increasingly guided by cooperation, respect, and reverence for all beings. I envision people remembering their shared humanity. I envision nations choosing understanding over fear. I envision humanity awakening to its responsibility as a steward of this magnificent planet.

With great joy and confidence, I affirm that the Divine Presence is active everywhere. Goodness is unfolding. Love is revealing itself. Harmony is finding expression. Balance is being restored. Hope is alive and growing stronger each day.

I give thanks for this Truth. I give thanks for the resilience of the human spirit, for the beauty of our world, and for the infinite possibilities that are emerging even now. Trusting completely in the power of Spirit to guide, heal, and uplift all life, I release this prayer into the Law of Good, knowing it is already accomplished.

And so it is. Amen.

Love is the Healing Power

There is only one thing going on and it is Love. Every moment Spirit’s Love is always present. It is the creative power in, through and behind all creation. It is the constant support and the healing presence in all of life. Spirit’s love is everywhere present.

I know that I am a perfect expression of this love. I have within me everything I need to use this love in my life. Love is who I am at the Center of my being. Love is always powering my way forward in life and I am align with that love now. 

I declare that love is right here where I am and I use it in my life. I now declare that I lead with love in all things. I rest in this presence of love as a healing power in my life. I claim that this energy of love is who I am at the center of my being and I now replace any thoughts unlike love with loving thoughts. I move forward under the constant banner of love in everything I do. The love within me heals anything I might need and makes my way easy. 

With a heart full of gratitude for remembering the truth of my being, I am filled with joy.

I now release my word knowing it is done. And so it is.

Energy and Aliveness

Creative Power of Life is the pulse at the center of all existence. It is the animating force that moves through every living thing. It is energy in its purest form, inexhaustible and ever-renewing. It is clarity, the light by which all things are known. It is strength, the ground that holds and sustains without effort. It is aliveness itself, expressing as movement, as breath, as the joy of being present. This is its nature, now and always.

I am an expression of this Creative Power of Life. Its energy moves through me. Its clarity is my clarity. Its strength is my ground. And Our spiritual community is equally this expression. The vitality that is the essence of Creative Power of Life lives in Our spiritual community as its own nature. The aliveness that pulses through all existence pulses through Our spiritual community now.

Genuine vitality and aliveness are active in Our spiritual community now. Energy is the substance of every gathering, every conversation, every act of care. Clarity rises in Our spiritual community as understanding deepens. Strength is the foundation Our spiritual community stands upon. Life pours through this community in full measure. Aliveness is not something Our spiritual community waits for. It is what Our spiritual community is.

Thankfulness fills this awareness completely. Gratitude is the natural response to truth recognized. This community rests in appreciation, deep and abiding, knowing what is real.

This treatment is complete. It is released now into the Creative Power of Life, fully, freely, and with ease. It is done.

Inner Peace

I recognize that the Divine Presence is perfect peace itself, the eternal stillness that underlies all existence. This Universal Spirit is pure harmony, the tranquility that remains constant beneath every surface activity. The Divine Presence is infinite calm, the essence that permeates every moment, every breath, every heartbeat of life. This Universal Spirit is the quiet that exists in the center of all being, the awareness that witnesses all experiences with equanimity. The Divine Presence is serenity, the peace that needs nothing, lacks nothing, and remains forever complete in its gentle, loving presence.

This same Divine Presence that is peace expresses itself as my nature. The stillness that characterizes Universal Spirit flows through my consciousness as my natural state of being. The tranquility that is the essence of the Divine Presence lives and breathes within me. I am one with this calm. The peace that defines Universal Spirit is my true identity, my deepest self, my authentic way of being in this world.

I realize that inner peace is the spiritual reality of my being and I tap into it now. My mind rests in clarity, free from the turbulence of worry or anxiety. My heart beats with the rhythm of divine serenity, and my entire being radiates the calm confidence that comes from knowing my oneness with Universal Spirit. This peace permeates every cell, every thought, every interaction, creating a sanctuary of stillness wherever I go.

My heart is filled with gratitude for this recognition. I feel deep appreciation for the gift of awareness, for the ability to know and experience my spiritual nature. This thankfulness fills me completely, a warm and radiant feeling of joy that celebrates the beauty of divine understanding.

With complete trust, I release this treatment into the loving action of Universal Spirit, knowing that what is true in the spiritual realm is already manifesting in my experience. I rest in the certainty that all is well, and so it is.

Prayer for Upliftment, Hope and Lightness

I recognize that there is One Life, One Infinite Presence, One radiant field of Divine Intelligence that fills every corner of existence. This Presence is Love itself—alive, vibrant, ever-renewing. It is the laughter in the breeze, the dawn rising over a quiet horizon, the warmth that pulses through all creation. This Divine Life is wholeness, clarity, joy, and endless possibility.

And because this One Life is all there is, I know it expresses through every being, every heart, and every breath. Each one is a divine expression of Spirit’s perfection, a unique and beloved emanation of Love. The mind of God flows through each being. The joy of God flows through each being. The unshakeable goodness of God is the very essence of their being.

In this awareness, I speak my word for everyone reading this prayer. With passion, certainty, and deep spiritual authority, I know that right now, all heaviness, all depression, all physical burden dissolves into the limitless intelligence of Spirit. Divine Light moves through every corner of their consciousness, lifting, brightening, clearing, and restoring. The weight they have carried melts into the Infinite, replaced by clarity, hope, levity, and inner freedom.

I claim for all beings an uplifted heart—one that floats with ease, laughter, and the sweet music of life. I see them illuminated from within, filled with a renewed sense of purpose, feeling supported by the Universe itself. Hope rises in them like a radiant sunrise. Joy sparkles around them like sunlight on clear water. Their being becomes light as breath, light as love, light as Spirit.

I know they absolutely deserve goodness. They deserve happiness. They deserve love in all its pure and magnificent forms. The Universe delights in giving these things to them, and they open now to receive all of it fully. All channels of blessing are cleared, and Divine Love flows without obstruction.

With gratitude overflowing, I give thanks for the truth of this word spoken. I give thanks for the transformation already in motion, for the joy already awakening, for the divine upliftment already happening. I trust this prayer. I trust the Law. I trust Spirit’s perfect unfoldment.

And so, it is.
And so I let it be.

Oneness with Spirit

 

There is one Life, one source for all that is, one energy & essence that is in all people, places and situations. I call this all-ness Spirit. It is the beauty of a sunset, the power of a storm, the joy of a child, and the gentleness of a spring rain. Spirit is the creator of all that is, and Spirit has totally unconditional love for all it’s creation. There is nothing outside of or beyond Spirit, for Spirit is all there is.

Which means that all that Spirit is, is right where I am – in me, as me, surrounding me and supporting me in every moment. There is no circumstance or situation that is beyond the loving heart of Spirit, no place that is without the strength and peace of Spirit. Whether I recognize it or not, Spirit is always present, just waiting for me to let go and trust. As this is true for me, it is true for anyone reading this prayer, for Spirit’s heart is within each one of us, the common thread connecting us with each other.

As I speak this prayer in the first person, I invite all who read this to do the same. I claim for myself a greater awareness of my oneness with Spirit. I allow myself to fully participate in this thing called life, co-creating with love and a conscious awareness of the present moment. I accept for myself a greater opening to experiencing love and joy, and I allow the peace of Spirit to fully fill me to overflowing every moment of every day.

With a heart overflowing with gratitude for answered prayer, I just say thank you Spirit.

And release this, my word, into the immutable law, and I let it be. And so it is.

Release the past and live now

One Life in and through each and every moment. One Infinite Presence enveloping all, including everything and everyone – excluding nothing and no one. A Presence that is Love, Wisdom, Connection, Joy – the very Source of all. This One Life is eternal and is always present in all circumstances and life adventures. It is the flow of Good that creates and blesses all creation. 

And I share in that Life. The One Life includes me. As the realization of God’s Life flows through me, and as I open to It, the love, wisdom, joy and reality of connection with all things become evident to me. It is what I am.

I am open to the guidance that Love inspires in me. I open to wisdom to guide me through this release and forgiveness. I open to the realization of the essential connection that I have with all that has ever occurred in my life and all that has not. Each and every experience of life has shown up at exactly the right time to be the unfolding of my spiritual evolution. I am grateful for being exactly where I am right NOW.

I am deeply appreciative of all who share this Now with me. I am grateful for any and every event, conversation or circumstance that has brought me to a deeper understanding of God as my life. This love, wisdom and connection is God acting through me. I cherish the understanding that I have the power to choose the fullness of being and with that comes Joy. Willing to release any ideas of past hurts or judgment, I claim my freedom from any thoughts or memories that may obstruct my view and experience of my Good right NOW. I choose to be right here, right now in the very heart of my heart’s desire.

The breath I breathe right now feels like a blessing of gratitude. So I give great thanks for that which brings me back to realizing my connection with All That Is.

Going forward now, I release this Word, letting the Infinite Presence as the Law manifest that which is spoken in faith and intention.

Perfect Healing

There is only one life; one power and presence that is in and through all people, places and situations, and this is what I call Spirit – the creator of all. Spirit is good and only good; it is peace, joy, harmony and balance. Spirit is health and wisdom, clarity and comfort. Every moment is filled with the all-ness of Spirit, and Spirit gives freely of itself to one and all, never judging, never holding back, just freely giving.

Because I exist, then I, too, must be a part of the creative essence of Spirit. The love that Spirit is surrounds me; the peace that Spirit is fills me; the health that Spirit is, is mine to accept in every moment, for Spirit is in every moment, just waiting to give to me my heart’s desire – all I need do is open and say YES! And as this is true for me, I know that it is also the truth about anyone reading this prayer because we are all surrounded and imbued with the health, comfort, and goodness that Life has to offer.

And so as I speak my word in the first person, I invite all who are reading this to join with me as I consciously affirm and claim perfect healing. I declare that anything I need to bring my body into perfect harmony and comfort is provided for easily and effortlessly. Perfect healing is starting even as I write this prayer, and continues up to, during, and through any medical appointment, procedures, or surgeries I may have. I claim anything standing in the way of my complete healing is easily and completely removed. And any discomfort or unease that I may have been feeling melts away into an experience of peaceful calm throughout my body. I’m also accepting an experience of peaceful assurance that I am in good hands and all will work out for my highest and greatest good.

With a heart overflowing with gratitude for knowing this truth, I release this, my word, into the creative essence known as the Law, to be made manifest in form and action.

And so it is!

Respond Lovingly

I recognize the One Life, the One Presence, the One Divine Intelligence that is Love itself—alive in all things, expressing as wisdom, compassion, clarity, and grace. This Presence is not distant; it is the very breath of my being, the quiet knowing within my heart, the steady light that has always guided me.

I know that this same Divine Intelligence lives as me, thinks as me, loves as me. There is nothing lacking in me, nothing to defend, nothing to prove. I am already whole, already worthy, already enough—just as I am in this sacred moment.

I now release the habit of defensiveness. I gently lay it down, knowing it was only ever a misunderstanding of my own strength. I forgive myself completely for moments when assumptions clouded my hearing or when I took offense where no harm was intended. I choose compassion over reaction, curiosity over protection, and understanding over fear. My heart softens, my mind clears, and my spirit remembers its natural state of openness and ease.

I affirm that I am guided—moment by moment—by Divine Intelligence. My words are thoughtful, my listening is deep, and my responses are rooted in love. I see others clearly, with generosity and goodwill, and I allow myself that same kindness. I move through conversations and collaborations with grace, trusting that clarity and harmony are always available to me.

As I step into upcoming projects, I do so with lightness, joy, and confidence. I support others with sincerity and encouragement, and I support myself with unwavering self-respect and love. What I bring matters. Who I am is enough. Love leads, and I follow.

I give thanks for this inner shift already in motion—for the healing, the awareness, and the freedom unfolding now. I trust this prayer is accepted, activated, and fulfilled in perfect ways.

And so it is.

Holiday Peace

There is a loving, wise Intelligence that permeates all of life—within me and all around me. This Presence is the source of harmony, clarity, and peace. It is always active, always supportive, and it desires only my highest good and the highest good of all. I recognize this Intelligence as the steady calm beneath every moment, untroubled and whole.

I know that this same loving Intelligence lives within me now. I am not separate from peace; I am an expression of it. As I pause, I take a slow, deep breath in… and gently release it. With each exhale, any sense of holiday pressure, urgency, or overwhelm dissolves. I remember that I am guided, supported, and held in a field of love.

I affirm that during this holiday season, I move through my days with ease and grace. I choose peace over pressure, presence over perfection. Love flows through my thoughts, my words, and my actions. Harmony is restored in my body, my mind, and my relationships. I allow joy to arise naturally, without effort.

I am grateful for this awareness of peace that is always available to me. I am thankful that love is the true spirit of the season and that it expresses itself through me freely and beautifully. I appreciate each moment of calm, each breath of relief, and each reminder that all is well.

I release this word into the creative law of life, trusting it to unfold perfectly. I let go, knowing that peace, love, and harmony are already established. And so it is.

Financial Abundance

1. Recognition
There is One Life — One Infinite Presence that fills all space and sustains all creation. This Presence is pure abundance, unending supply, and infinite good. It expresses as harmony, generosity, and the perfect flow of Divine Substance. Everywhere, in everything, the Source of all prosperity is revealing Itself — full, radiant, and complete.

2. Unification
The same Infinite Presence that animates all of life lives through both the one offering this prayer and the one receiving it. There is no separation between the Divine Giver and Its beloved creation. The Life of God is our life; the abundance of God is our abundance; the creativity of God moves through each of us right now. Together, we live, move, and have our being within the infinite field of Divine Prosperity.

3. Realization
In this sacred awareness, we open our hearts and minds to the truth that abundance is here and now. Every channel of good is active and available. Divine Supply flows freely, blessing every area of life — finances, work, opportunities, and relationships. All sense of lack or limitation dissolves into the light of Truth. Money and resources appear in perfect ways, through expected and unexpected avenues. Every need is met before it even arises. Divine Order governs all financial affairs, bringing ease, balance, and joy. We stand together in the realization that prosperity is a divine birthright — not something earned, but something expressed through consciousness. Life supports us fully, and we are guided in wisdom to use every gift with gratitude and love.

4. Thanksgiving
Gratitude wells up in our hearts, for we know that this prayer is already answered. We give thanks for the overflowing good that surrounds us — for every dollar, every opportunity, every inspiration that leads to greater freedom and peace. We bless the unseen movement of Spirit that continues to unfold prosperity in ways beyond our imagining. With thankful hearts, we rest in divine assurance.

5. Release
We now release this Word into the perfect Law of Mind, knowing that it is done. The universe has heard and responded. All that needs to be set in motion is already underway. We let go, trust, and allow Divine Abundance to manifest in perfect form.
And so it is.

Prayer for Clarity

 Recognition
There is One Infinite Presence, One Living Source, One Radiant Intelligence flowing through all things. It is the ground of all being, the eternal rhythm of peace, harmony, joy, and clarity. This Presence is everywhere, timeless, limitless, and unshakable.

Identification
I am one with this Infinite Presence. Its wisdom is my wisdom, its peace is my peace, its joy is my joy. The same harmony that moves the galaxies moves through me. I am not separate, but fully immersed in the Infinite Life that expresses in, through, and as me.

Realization
In this awareness, I know that clarity is already here. Any veil of uncertainty is gently lifted, and the path before me reveals itself with grace and ease. Balance returns, harmony flows, laughter rises, and peace fills my heart. I recognize that I am guided, supported, and sustained by the infinite Intelligence that always knows the way. In the grand unfolding of Life, I am an essential and cherished part, making a difference simply by being. All is working together for the highest good, right now.

Thanksgiving
With a grateful heart, I celebrate the guidance, peace, and joy that are present in this very moment. I give thanks for the unfolding clarity, for the balance and harmony that are already expressing, and for the love that surrounds and sustains me always.

Release
I now release this word into the perfect activity of the Law of Spirit, knowing it is already done, already manifesting in beautiful and right ways. And so it is.

Support

In the midst of all there is, Spirit is always present. Spirit is love and peace. Spirit is joy and light. Spirit is the power for good that is bigger than anything in this world.

I am a perfect expression of Spirit. I have at my center unlimited peace and love. I have ever present joy and a divine light that leads me forward. I have a power within me that knows beyond anything in this world and supports me always. That is who I am. And I speak my word on behalf of my friends and family, as they too are perfect expressions of Spirit. Everyone I meet and see in my day are Spirit expressing perfectly in their own unique style.

I now claim that I am supported in every way. I know that the perfect expressions of Spirit show up in my life to provide me with any support I need. As I lean into Spirit, those loving connections show up in my life as angels with gifts of love for me. I affirm that I keep my connection to Spirit strong so that nothing in this world overwhelms my sense of peace. And when my connections to others seems frayed, I know that we are connected by Spirit and we are both here to support each other in love. I renew my sense of love and connection whenever it is needed. I silently align with Spirit’s love each day.

With gratitude for the gift of life and all of my connections, I just say thanks.

Celebrating Joy

1. Recognition
The Creative Power of Life is boundless, radiant, and whole. It is joy overflowing, love celebrating itself in infinite expressions. It is the source of harmony, the giver of abundance, the One Life shining through all. Everywhere, It delights in Its own creation, forever expanding the circle of good.

2. Unification
I recognize that I am an expression of this Creative Power. Its joy flows through me as naturally as breath. Its love fills my heart as my love, extending beyond me and delighting in the beauty of others’ happiness. This One Life is my life now.

3. Realization
The joy of the Infinite fills me, lifts me, and flows through me. I welcome the happiness of others as part of my own, for we are inseparable in the wholeness of Spirit. Every blessing, every celebration, every success is mine to cherish, for I live in the unity of divine love. I celebrate the good that shows up everywhere, knowing it does not diminish me but magnifies the fullness of life. Rejoicing is natural to me. I live in abundance, free of comparison, open to the truth that another’s joy increases my own.

4. Gratitude
I am filled with gratitude for this realization. My heart is joyous, open, and accepting.

5. Release
With this acceptance, I release my word into the action of the Creative Power, which fulfills it in my experience. And so it is.

Listening to my body’s wisdom

 
Be still and know that I AM. This divine I AM is the essence of all that is good. It is Love, Wholeness, Vitality, Wisdom. These qualities, and all the goodness of I AM infuses every particle of the Universe. At the dawn of creation I AM was all that was present. It exploded into all that is to experience Itself as Its Creation.

I know this to be true, and I know that I am part of I AM experiencing Itself as me. Divinity infuses my being and lives at the center of my soul. The Wisdom, Vitality and Wholeness of God is available to me, and everything, in every moment.

Divinity lives in, through, and as my body. In every moment my body has access to all Its qualities. Wisdom, Vitality, and Wholeness flow through me guiding every choice and decision I make. My choices about what to do, how to be so as to live my best life are all guided by these qualities. I need only to listen to that Guidance. I claim my ability to pay attention and listen to what my body needs and wants to express. I accept this good and feel it unfolding in my life now.

I am grateful for the truth of this gift. It brings me joy to know that I can trust my body, my decisions.

And so it is.

To See Divinity in Everything

 
There is One Infinite Power that manifests Itself throughout creation. This One is Love, Wholeness, Unity. Divinity infuses all it creates with all the qualities It possesses.

The manifest Universe is nothing other than Divinity expressing Itself, living It's life eternally. Everything we see is God in action. This includes me and everyone on the planet, all life forms. All of the qualities of God reside at the core of my being.

Because I know this to be true, I know that everyone I meet, every situation I encounter is God showing Itself to me, waiting for me to recognize It. Therefore, I polish the lens of my vision, allowing me to see clearly. I am becoming mindful of the unconscious biases that can distort my vision. I endeavor to observe rather than judge what happens around me. I challenge assumptions as I become aware of them, and ask questions for clarification. I take joy in discovering new ways of thinking and being present.

I am so grateful for this knowing and for the opportunities that arise out of new ways of being.

I release this prayer into the Law that says yes.  And so it is.

Prayer to Love My Body

 This present moment is where God is always found. It exists outside of space and time. It is Eternal, unchanging, yet ever expanding. It is the fiber of the manifest Universe. Spirit is forever pouring out Its Love, creating everything that is, all of it reflecting Its Love and Wholeness.

As part of Creation, I am made of this Spirit. Its Love and Wholeness exist at the center of my being. Everything Spirit is, I am. I am Its Love and Wholeness in action.

Knowing this to be true, I claim this body as a perfect expression of Spirit. Its Love and Wholeness move through every part of my physical being. Every cell in my body radiates with this Divine energy. My body, this body, is a vehicle for Spirit to experience Life. I release all past judgements regarding my body and the dream of some "ideal" body that never existed. I accept the gift of this body here and now.

Joy bubbles up in me as I realize this Truth. I am filled with gratitude.

I release this prayer knowing it is already accomplished.

And so it is.

A prayer for peace in unsettling times

One dynamic power, the source of all creation is present here in this very moment. Its power and presence are unmistakable as we witness the change of seasons, the plants that sprout and grow, the cycles of the moon, and the growth of children. All of these things are expressions of this intelligent source of life.

Spirit lives itself through all of its unique creations, which includes me and each one of us. Each one of us is a part of a greater fabric of all of humanity. And not only humanity we are all one with every creature, every drop of water, every wave coming onto the shore. That’s a part of us too on this beautiful planet.

I say a word of blessing that in these uncertain times we are individually anchored in peace, love, faith, and the anticipation of good to come. I hold that mental equivalent of a peaceful, loving world. I cultivate that by feeling love and peace in my own heart. And I practice the tools to be centered, grounded, anchored in spirit, leaning into that power and presence that wants to serve us good and more good. And so when the world seems overwhelming or beyond our control with conflicts on every side, I claim peace in my heart, tranquility in my mind, calm in my attitude as we face the world and share this vibration of peace and love. We may look different, just like the variety of flowers. Even from the same Zinnia seeds, a whole garden of different colored and shaped flowers is amazing. This is Spirit’s life living itself for me to behold.

With great thanksgiving, I know that this is my moment to receive the gift of this amazing life. This light, that lights my way through the darkness, sometimes too allows me to be the light for others. And with gratitude in my heart, knowing that this eternal life goes on, I can let go of old habits and ways of thinking. Anchoring myself over and over again in Spirit’s loving assignment for us - to live life fully and find joy, peace and love. I’m grateful that there’s a higher power that’s helping me do this especially during challenging times.

With a heart filled with appreciation, I release this prayer knowing it’s already accomplished. And so it is, amen.
