Affirmative Prayer for Courage and Truth

There is a single, glorious life that encompasses both the creator and its creation. This life permeates everything that is known and even that which remains unknown. Spirit is the sum total of all that exists. Attributes like Truth, Beauty, and Love are manifestations of this single source. In the natural world, beauty is evident everywhere: in the breeze, in the warmth of the sun, and in the melodies of birdsong. The sunrise and sunset, bursting with vibrant colors, further exemplify the true and honest beauty of this all-encompassing vibration. Spirit is the only reality.

I am intrinsically connected to this truth and beauty. I breathe it in, and it breathes through me. As I pause to appreciate the colors and the fragrant air of life, I recognize that I cannot be separated from this life force, nor can it be separated from me. I am confident that I am an integral part of all that is good and glorious.

I embrace this truth without fear. My daily practices and connection to Spirit bolster my courage to walk and stand in truth. All is well, and that includes me. I am sufficient just as I am and don't need to strive for more to gain others' approval. Kindness is also an attribute I possess. I am able to walk in truth and honesty, sharing my path with compassion. My best and highest self perceives, feels, and comprehends what is genuinely true. Speaking my truth fosters both personal and relational growth. I accept that my heart, mind, and body are extensions of the Divine, and this acceptance forms the basis for speaking honestly and without judgment. In place of fear and anxiety, trust emerges, and peace wraps me in a comforting sense of worthiness. All is indeed well.

I am thankful for the shift in perception I experience at this moment, with assurance serving as a delightful gift.

I entrust these thoughts to the Law of Mind, allowing the ensuing actions to unfold naturally before me.

Affirmative Prayer to Open to Confidence

Every breath I take and every heartbeat I feel are manifestations of the Living Spirit. All of creation results from the generous outpouring of Good, a gift from the Divine One. This Beloved Entity creates life through Its inherently generous nature. Infinite and eternal love governs all of existence with its inherent Goodness.

I too live within this framework, experiencing the breath and heartbeat of the Beloved. The love emanating from the Divine One is alive within me.

I consciously let go of stressful thoughts as I am able.   I gently surrender any struggles I have to the love of the Divine One. I open myself to greater confidence, the confidence of the Spirit. Both my heart and my mind understand that goodness will always triumph. Therefore, I choose to align myself more fully with this overarching Goodness today. I exercise my confidence by recognizing the Good in all aspects of life. When I stumble, I swiftly return to this spiritual truth: the Goodness of the Divine One reigns supreme over all existence.

I feel immense joy that this is the case. I relax and absorb this reality, and my heart fills with gratitude and confidence.

I entrust these words to the sacred law of life, having complete trust in its efficacy.

And so it is.

Affirmative Prayer for Medical Procedure

There is a single life that lives itself, a single song that harmonizes with itself, and a single energy that vibrates. A singular source creates everything. The notion that things are separate is a false one; all things are interconnected in the one flow of life that constitutes reality.

This one life is also my own life. I am the singer of this universal song. My body resonates with this singular energy, and I am a unique creation of this singular source. I am always connected to, and living as, this interconnected existence within the flow of life.

I understand that I possess a mind that serves as a creative force through my focus and choices. Today, I choose to trust that my medical procedure proceed smoothly and effortlessly. I have confidence in my body's ability to remain calm and comfortable, and I trust my healthcare providers to conduct the procedure skillfully. I let go of any notion that I must figure out the details of how this procedure will unfold to ensure my comfort and ease. I trust that the universe always takes care of me.

I feel immense gratitude for my newfound understanding of myself, my upcoming procedure, and my healthcare providers. This understanding fills me with a sense of relief and relaxation. I celebrate my new awareness, along with the feelings of comfort and ease that it brings.

I let go of my concerns, entrusting them to the universe, confident that the universal laws will act in accordance with my highest good. I trust that everything is taken care of and already in place. I accept the wonderful reality that exists.

Affirmative Prayer for Receiving

There is a singular circulation of love that serves as the Source, Spirit, Creator, and Sustainer of all. This Divine Essence encompasses everything in its Beingness; nothing exists outside of it. It represents both the Lover and the Beloved, eternally giving to itself.

I recognize myself as a unique expression of this Divine Substance, which resonates both through and as me. This Essence drives the beating of my heart and the breath in my lungs, circulating both within and around me. I serve as a cherished instrument and vessel for this Goodness and Creative Power, remaining inseparable from it.

I open myself to an ever-expanding experience of the Divine, allowing it to flow into me and express itself through me. Regardless of the situations, conditions, or circumstances I encounter in life, this Divine Essence remains the foundation of my existence. I open myself to receive this unlimited Goodness, which is both at the core of my being and extends beyond the superficiality of all experiences. This constant, loving, and powerful Presence knows what is in my highest good, and I joyfully welcome it into my life.

With gratitude, I embrace this awareness and accept the perfect realization of this prayer. I am confident that it has already been acted upon in the Heart and Mind of the Divine.

I simply release control and trust in the Spirit.

And so it is!

Affirmative Prayer for Travel

There exists a singular, perfect order, guided by one intelligence and sustained by a harmonious flow of life. This is the Living Spirit Almighty, which provides guidance and protection to all of creation. This one Power and one Life Force remain constantly present, no matter the circumstance or situation.

Every human being is a part of this Divine Order. We are all guided by this intelligence and fortified by its Power. The Creator of Life guides and protects each of us in all ways and at all times. This guidance and protection extend to all travelers everywhere.

I affirm a safe journey for everyone who is traveling, ensuring perfect departures and arrivals. Assistance is readily provided wherever it's needed. Travel routes are made clear, and movement is easy and harmonious. The Living Spirit Almighty safeguards and protects all travelers. Solutions for any apparent problems already exist, are fully active, and are accessible. The universe's great order assures resolution, and the perfection of Spirit always prevails.

I find peace and confidence in the power of these words to overcome any challenges and to bring about the highest good for all travelers. I am thankful and trust that it has already been accomplished.

And so it is.

Physical, mental, and spiritual connection to this One Life

A single, all-inclusive, loving consciousness serves as the Source and Sustainer of all life, manifesting in both visible and invisible forms. This consciousness is completely present, acting as the foundation and flow of life right here and now, even as these words are written.

I recognize myself as an expression of this all-encompassing consciousness. This loving Presence circulates within me, around me, and through me. I remain inseparable from it, connected to both the tangible and intangible aspects of life. I am an integral component of this One Life, existing purposefully by the will of the Divine.

In recognition of this unity, I claim my physical, mental, and spiritual connection to this One Life. I find peace in this awareness as the events of life unfold around me and flow through me. I allow this inherent divine nature to direct my thoughts, words, and actions, serving as an expression of love regardless of life's varying circumstances. I easily find humor in my own shortcomings, actively appreciate kindness in others, and anticipate the unfolding of goodness in unexpected ways.

With a heart full of gratitude, I release this prayer, confident that the Creative Power has already set it into motion.

I release control and trust in the Spirit. And so it is. Amen.

Willingness to Accept

 There is only one thing going on, however I name it: Life, the Allness of Being, the Living Spirit. It is the One Consciousness; The Great I am from which all is created and brought into being. It is everywhere and always present, the divine source and sustainer of all beingness. Its infinite love, intelligence, and compassion are 100% available in every moment.

And so I am made of and by this Divine One, here on purpose, inseparable from this ever-flowing Living Spirit showing up in, around, through, and as me. I am connected to all that is, the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown.

From this understanding I claim a willingness to accept more fully the divine nature of life, exactly as it unfolds before me. My challenges are my opportunities for spiritual growth. Thank you, Life, for situations, conditions, and circumstances that are full of growth opportunities and spiritual Aha! moments, and for the humor and love that are included in this divine process. I am so blessed.

With a grateful heart, I recognize that this prayer, these spiritual truths are already known and done
through the Law of Mind.
