Peace in Times of Change

The Divine is so much more than words can capture.  Its nature is seen in the changing seasons, the storms, the rainbows, flowers, leaves and daylight returning year after year and it is evident in the consciousness of its reality.  It resides within each one of us.  Its nature is our true nature as we are made of it too.

This Divine mystery that is living as my life understands the shifting sands of time much better than I. Its wisdom orchestrates the universe with grace and power.  Every cell of my body resonates with its wisdom, doing just what it needs to do to keep my body working at its best. Each breath comes and goes automatically, and with trust in this breath I begin to see the bigger picture that the Divine is expressing in me and all around me.

Like the ocean with turbulent waves on the surface, below the surface is calm, deep, and peaceful.  Our mind is immersed in this divine flow of energy only obstructed by our focus on human circumstances which sometimes create imbalance.  So I focus on releasing any obstructions to allowing this divine flow to have its way with me.  I listen to its intuition as I go about my day trusting it to guide me to calmer waters.

Grateful knowing that this Living Spirit abides within me and all those around me, allows me to feel serene and confident regardless of what appears in my experience.

And with this gratitude I release this prayer to the workings of those spiritual laws that have already made it so.

And so it is.  Amen

Affirmative Prayer for Trust

Trust in midst of not  knowing

God's divine intelligence and love bring all life into being. This boundless reservoir of power, goodness and wisdom is always acting on behalf of its creation, is everywhere present with every configuration of life. This compassionate Mother Father God is the all knowing architect and conductor of all that is. No thing is outside of Its loving care and attention. God is the doer, expressing through Its creation.

And so I am made of God's substance, here on purpose through the love of the Creator. I am an instrument of the One. The Divine moves and acts through me. I am inseparable from the One Body, Mind and Spirit. I am guided and sustained by this loving Source.

From this awareness I am willing to surrender to the all-knowingness of God. In the midst of life's messiness and shifting clarity I open to a greater experience of faith in God's infinite wisdom and intelligence. When I don't know something I am willing to trust in God's knowing for me. I rest in this space of not knowing and welcome whatever is being birthed through me. I am comforted that I will be informed of what I need to know when I need to know it. I soften and open to God's perfect timing.

I celebrate and accept this spiritual Truth for and about myself and all of life.

It is known and done in the mind of God. And so it is.

I Embrace Understanding

There is only one life. That life is God's life. It is perfect, whole and complete. It is right here, right now expressing as life, infilling all with its loving presence, the source and sustainer of all that is. This one is always acting on behalf of its creation for the highest good.

It is my life right now. I am an individual expression of God, an instrument of the Divine. I am made of this one substance of being, here on purpose through the will and love of God. There is no place I end and the rest of Life begins.

From this awareness I affirm the divine intelligence, love and power that abides in, around and through me. I embrace this understanding in the midst of life's unfolding. I trust that I am in the right place at the right time and everything I need is right where I am. I remember  I am created anew in each moment, that  balance, ease and harmony are alive in me  as my divine nature. I am kind and forgiving with myself. I rest in this idea that Life is conspiring for my greatest good and continued spiritual growth.I abide in the strength and tenderness of God's embrace. I surrender to this understanding as it informs and guides my thoughts, words and actions.

With gratitude and joy I celebrate this spiritual truth about myself and all of life.

This prayer is known and done in the mind of God. And so it is.

I am Guided and Supported

I am Guided and Supported

There is one constant, steadfast Divine Presence that is infinite and eternal. This Divine Presence is forever giving its creative power and love to all of creation. This Divine Presence guides and supports every aspect of existence.  It is the Beloved. It is the one true Reality.

The creative power and love of the Divine Presence lives in me. It is who I am. It is expressing in every aspect of my life. I am one with the Divine Presence.

I accept that the Divine Presence is right now supporting me, guiding me and meeting all my needs as I navigate this time of change. I open to a full realization of the truth of who I am. I remember to turn to the love and creative power of the Divine Presence in all circumstances and situations in my life.  I am a channel for the Divine Presence to express love in the world and I align myself with Its nature in me.

I give thanks for this realization of my oneness with the Divine Presence and its action in my life.

I release this, my word of affirmation, into the Law that governs creation.

And So It Is

The Healing Power

There is a Power Healing me Right Now

In the infinity of time, every moment has led up to this one.  Just as in every moment, it is filled with the same powerful force that infills everything.  This invisible current of energy is sensed in the beauty of nature and the wonder of life at all.

My breath reminds me that I am a living part of this grand life, just as each one of us is.  Just like an intricate puzzle, each of us brings our unique qualities; the puzzle would not be complete without each individual piece.

This prayer aligns my being with the power of this living source that knows how to heal and is doing so in my body now.  Any area needing special healing energy receives it now as this intention becomes reality.  Resting in the faith that everything is supporting me through this healing journey, I relax with confidence that all is taken care of.  Everything is aligned for my well-being and all the caretakers involved in this healing journey.

Resting and relaxing into the gratitude understanding at a deep level that all is well, I release this prayer to that divine intelligence that already has made it so. For so it is.

Amen

I Am Open to Life

I Am Open to Life

There is one reality; that is the presence of a divine essence in every particle in this never ending universe. It is the forward moving energy of the divine one that is this world we are a part of.  A divine idea expressed as the body of God.  The body of God includes all diverse expressions of itself, balanced, and organized moving toward fuller understanding of itself.

It lives through each one of us, just like we are its eyes and ears experiencing this mystery of life in all its beauty, joy, love, so that it may know itself better.

This prayer asserts that life unfolds in perfect timing; everything coordinated and integrated for the greatest good of all.  This divine Spirit works through each of us like a compass, inspiring, guiding, and nudging us in directions leading to our greatest understanding of ourselves and others.  Life is now seen as an endless collection of insightful moments where our unique self is appreciated for all the life experiences that have led to this perfect moment in time.

Letting go of thoughts that restrict my experience of joy, peace, love and beauty, I open to the newness of each moment, curious and eager to witness the evolving nature of life.  I relax expectations allowing life to be even better than imagined.  All bodily functions work in harmony to release where needed, heal when called upon, and to relax in an open way allowing peaceful rest, joyful awakening, and curious expectancy.

Grateful for the way the divine one shows up as wisdom, peace, and love in each of our lives, offering us infinite ideas for expression, I release this prayer in full confidence that all the details have already been beautifully worked out.

So I let it be.

Amen

I Remember My Connection

Connection

There is only One. It is the infinite in and through and as all being, the source and sustainer of all that is. This all-knowing, boundless loving presence enfolds all in its embrace. It is the formed and the formless. It brings the invisible into being, creating from itself anew in each moment. It is the breath, the heartbeat, lover and beloved of all. It cherishes and sustains all that is, acting on behalf of its creation for the highest good. There is no other, all is within the One.

And so I am made of this, inseparable from the Divine. There is no place where I end and the rest of this life begins. I am an expression of the Divine, a place where God shows up. I am a vessel and instrument that God flows through, imbued with and made of this one presence. I am within its ocean of being. I am a part of this sacred presence.

From this awareness I speak this prayer for myself and all life. I rest in its fullness and power. I embrace my intuition, that voice within, giving it more space to guide and inform me as I move through my daily activities. I slow down to notice and connect, looking beyond appearances to embrace what is before me in new and unexpected ways remembering my connection to all that is. I welcome a growing sense of awe and wonder in the midst of life showing up just as it is and just as it isn't, in all its beautiful messiness, resting in life's seamless nature. I more easily laugh, see joy, beauty and goodness, finding new ways to navigate what appears broken or disconnected. I grow in daily spiritual practice. I soften as I generously listen and think from my heart. I celebrate life, allowing a greater expression of its connection and oneness through me.

With reverence and delight I rest in this spiritual truth. It is already acted upon, known and done within the One.

And so it is.
