Prayer of Gratitude
I sit still and I remain quiet. I wait for something to arrive. I wait until that moment when I land and forget everything in my mind. I wait until I feel what is happening around me.
There is but one God, One Power, One Spirit, or Universal Intelligence. God is but a name for the indescribable. It is the source of Life and Its resting place. Each universe and everything within is of God, and there is more God than can be known. Its Light shines forth equally in all directions extinguishing the facade of darkness. Its light is cast upon every moment revealing what is really happening. The Universal Soul, always available, always perfect in the singular manifestation by which It is known. God, a word for Love, for kindness, compassion, for eternal peace.
As God is infinite, I must be of God, from God--a piece of this larger life in the singular. Within me is peace, harmony, and love—all this fills my spirit. My thoughts, influenced by these qualities create my life. It cannot be otherwise. As this is true for me, I know it is true for you. Each of us are in a special relationship with the Divine. Every subjective or objective thing, known or unknown emanates from the One. As Life pours forth in Spirit, it flows through us. Our Unified Spirit is a vital force in this creative process. This creative process is not bound by precedent because God is infinite and Life expands safely and harmoniously. In quiet mediation the One Voice speaks through our soul and we live in peace by Its wise counsel.
In this quietness, what appears to be ordinary is revealed to be truly extraordinary. We are one with this moment and grateful to know we are part of this stunning miracle of Life. There is nothing to control, manage, or worry about. Life unfolds perfectly and we as ride this wave of gratitude knowing our part is to be present, nothing more. We rest in the loving arms of the Divine, the Lover of our Soul, and surrender to that still small voice within. Any weight carried on our shoulders falls into nothingness for it is not real, it is only a thought, a dream. For this awareness we are blessed. For our individual life, for our collective Life, we are grateful beyond words. We practice gratitude by sharing our presence with those who are in our presence.
This practice of gratitude is self-perpetuating and sends currents of Good into the Universe. As this prayer is reflected upon time after time by the us, it belongs to the Collective Self.
And so it is.

Affirmative Prayer to Live Now
I choose to release and forgive the past and live
NOW
One Life in and through each and every
moment. One Infinite Presence enveloping
all, including everything and everyone – excluding nothing and no one. A Presence that is Love, Wisdom, Connection,
Joy – the very Source of all. This One Life is eternal and is always present in
all circumstances and life adventures. It is the flow of Good that creates and
blesses all creation. It is God.
And I share in that Life. One Life includes me. As the realization of God’s Life flows through
me, and as I open to It, the love, wisdom, joy and reality of connection with
all things become evident to me. It is
what I am.
I am open to the guidance that Love inspires in
me. I open to wisdom to guide me through
this release and forgiveness. I open to
the realization of the essential connection that I have with all that has ever
occurred in my life and all that has not. Each and every experience of life has
shown up at exactly the right time to be the unfolding of my spiritual
evolution. I am grateful for being
exactly where I am right NOW.
I am
deeply appreciative of all who share this Now with me. I am grateful for any and every event,
conversation or circumstance that has brought me to a deeper understanding of
God as my life. This love, wisdom and connection is God acting through me. I cherish the understanding that I have the
power to choose the fullness of being and with that comes Joy. Willing to release any ideas of past hurts or
judgment, I claim my freedom from any thoughts or memories that may obstruct my
view and experience of my Good right NOW.
I choose to be right here, right now in the very heart of my heart’s
desire.
The breath I breathe right now feels like a
blessing of gratitude. So I give great
thanks for that which brings me back to realizing my connection with All That
Is.
Going forward now, I release this Word, letting
the Infinite Presence as the Law manifest that which is spoken in faith and
intention.

Grace and Kindness
Affirmative Prayer for Grace and Kindness
In this moment there is One. One Infinite reservoir of Grace
and Kindness, washing over all of Its Creation, present in every aspect of what
is. Beauty and Joy naturally reside right now as the breath and heartbeat
of All. It is the exquisite song of Life, resonating throughout all seen
and unseen, Mana from Heaven raining down powerfully, abundantly filling every
vessel to overflowing.
I am made of this Infinite Source, an instrument for Its
expression, a place to celebrate being-ness. This one Spirit, Heart, Mother-Father-God
is all that I am; I am a unique part of the One. It moves through me, as
me. It guides, informs, and infuses me with Beauty and Goodness; It comes
through me and surrounds me, showing up in known and unknown ways. I am
individual and yet perfectly melded into this one irrepressible, indestructible
web of Life. I am inseparable from Its Wholeness, Perfection and Infinite
Possibility, wrapped in the Beloved's Embrace, joyfully inescapable!
Right here and now I accept the Divine Invitation to more
fully know the presence of God in and around me. I open to this
borderless place of being, at Home in the One. I allow the power of Love
to lift me up and melt away discomfort and fear in the appearance of conflict,
confusion and loss. With a more welcoming heart I am present with however
life is showing up, I breathe into the moment, knowing more deeply that there
is a gem of awakening in whatever is put before me, and especially when "I
don't like it." I remember I am always held up by God's 24/7 support
system. And those times that I forget and fall short, I am more kind and
forgiving with myself. Even apparent "failure" is an opportunity to
move forward. I realize that there is no part of my life where I cannot
practice spiritual growth. I laugh more easily, with joy and kindness at my
foibles and at Life. I reach out to my spiritual community, I daily turn
to nature and music to recharge, replenish and realign myself with beauty,
glory and gratitude, which enables me to access Unconditional Joy. As the
vessel of my being grows, I am so blessed!
I lean into knowing this Truth with all of my being,
trusting that I am infinitely supported, at home in God.
With a grateful heart I simply let this prayer be, for it is
already known in the heart and mind of God.
And so it is.

In the fullness of life there is a presence of Absolute Peace, a deep abiding Peace that cannot be disrupted or disturbed. Peace without end.
I am one with this Peace Its calm lives at the very center of my being. Peace is my essential nature.
I am poised and calm as life presents itself to me in all its myriad of forms and guises. I see through to the truth, I see through to the heart of the matter. Peace is the one constant reality. I am poised and calm as life does its living in, though and around me.
I give thanks for the Peace that lives in me and expresses as me.
I release this my word into the creative medium that always responds.

Affirmative Prayer Ease, Relief and Wholeness
Ease, Relief and Wholeness
There is only one God, one infinite Presence. It is the
Presence of the perfect loving Spirit that is everywhere present, all of the
time. It is all that is known and also the mystery yet to be known. This
Presence is the giver and sustainer of all life. It is wholeness, strength,
truth and acceptance of all Good.
I am connected to this Presence that infills all life. It
infills me. This powerful and loving Presence resides at the core of my being
and radiates outward. It beats my heart and pulses in my veins. As the Universe
is all that is, I too, embody the all-in-all where everything is possible.
Spirit’s nature is my nature. Spirit’s love is my love.
I claim for myself the truth that the wholeness of Life has
always been right where I am. I accept for myself who I really am as an
embodiment of the Divine right now in this present moment. I declare that
vibrant health, gratitude and peace well up from me. Peaceful sleep free from
discomfort is my truth. Every cell, muscle and organ in my body is of Spirit
and knows how to have restful sleep. I know for myself that the source of
comfort, ease and perfect body is this loving Presence unfolding at this very
minute. In a Universe that is always for me wanting only my good, I consciously
identify with wholeness, strength and vitality. I claim the truth of my ease
and comfort as I move through my daily activities with mindful grace. I claim
now for myself freedom from pain and interrupted sleep.
I celebrate this treatment. In calm confidence and abiding
faith I rest in deep appreciation. With love in my heart of knowing that truth
demonstrated, I rejoice.
I speak this Word as the Word of Spirit and release it to
the Law. The Law always responds in the affirmative. I believe this truth and
accept its manifestation.
And So It Is. Amen

The great, all-loving, spiritual Presence, the great Giver of life, holds nothing back. There is a continuous flow of unconditional love and acceptance that flows freely from the Source of life itself.
