Affirmative Prayer for Joy

There is one powerful Presence, It is the  Presence of the Creator. That Source of all of life that gives Itself fully to Its creation. Its nature is love and peace and joy. It delights in expressing Itself. This Presence is eternal  and infinite joy.

I am included in this one powerful Presence. It is the Source of my life and It gives Itself to me fully. It delights in expressing Itself as me. Its love, peace and joy live in me.

I accept then a greater experience of joy in my life. I claim that that natural joy of the one powerful Presence  has Its home in me and finds expression through me. I live my life guided by this light, by this love. I allow joy and peace to be revealed in my every moment. All my activities and all my relationships benefit from this opening to more joy. All of my difficulties and challenges are released in the light of this joy. There is a natural joy to being alive and I delight in it, I live by it. I lay all my burdens down and rest in the joy of the one powerful Presence.

I am grateful for the joy that is expressing in my life in greater and greater ways as I open to the fullness of Its expression.

I trust the laws that govern all of life to respond to this my Word and manifest a greater experience of joy in my life.

Affirmative Prayer for the Center for Spiritual Living

There is One Life. This Life is the everlasting One. The One who’s never born, never dies. It is the One who makes All from Itself. It is the Source of All. All form in Its beautiful intricacy is the One. This One is Infinite Intelligence which is guiding all the activity and non activity of creation.  It is the fountain of love itself, flowing love in and through Its creation. The Creator and created form a dance of joy and love. This flow of Divine Love permeates the entire creation. It is one fabric of interconnection, of love, of joy. The fabric is whole and complete and Its felt sense is joy and peace.  From the vantage of this One the dance is the dance of joy, flowing between form and formless in one whole being,

 I am one with this eternal Life, this Love, this Infinite Intelligence. I am one with the dance of form and formless. I am one with the deep and abiding peace. For I am an integral part of this fabric of life. I am whole and complete at all times.

As this is true for me it is true for the Center for Spiritual Living. The Center is one with Life. It has unending Divine Love pouring in and throughout it. Each person who is part of the Center or simply has heard of the Center or come to the Center is included in this fabric of Life. Every being is one with the love, the intelligence, the joy and the peace. And the Center as a whole is an entity of love, peace and joy.

During this time of social distancing there is no distance between the individualized beings within the fabric of this Center, this Life. We are united by the teachings, the love of our Center and the ground on which we all stand, the Ground of All Being. We are guided by Divinity to act from these beliefs at this time. The Center itself is within the fabric of the Beloved and is guided and sustained by love Itself during this challenging time. During this pandemic, the Center is an ongoing entity that, with the actions of individualized beings, emanates love and peace and joy. We know the teaching that Divinity is within and can be accessed at any time and this sustains us now. We are guided by Infinite Intelligence that is lighting the way to our well being.

I give thanks for the realization of the whole fabric of Life and Its peace, joy and love that is always here. I give thanks for this sense of well being that is always present within.

Release: I release my Word to the One who already has said yes.

 And so it is.

There is one infinite, divine Presence. Its nature is love, generosity and joy. It is the creator of all of life. It is ever-present and all-knowing. It is the only power.

And It loves Its life as me. Its nature is my nature. It is present in everything I do as love, generosity and joy.

From this understanding of my unity with the creator, I accept for myself a life filled with love, generosity and joy. All of my relationships are built upon this foundation and I find happiness at every turn. All of my actions are guided by the love of the living Spirit. All of my transactions are based in generosity and my days and my nights are filled with joy, the natural joy of being alive.

I give thanks for this truth about life.

I let it be.

Knowing Love, Peace and Joy

In this sacred Now, there is an irresistible Force that fulfills and unfolds through every aspect of Itself, a power always acting on behalf of Its Creation. It is all there is, wholly inclusive, nothing outside of it. Its nature is Love, Peace and Joy, abundantly available. In every moment. It is that transforming Power, everywhere present. It is the One, Spirit, Mother-Father-God, the Nameless One. 

And so, being made by God, out of Its One Divine Stuff, Its Goodness is my nature, unfolding and expressing infinitely through and as me. I am connected to all that God is, in known and unknown, seen and unseen ways. Love, Peace and Joy are the Source and Sustenance of my being, I am made from and a part of this one Body, Mind and Spirit. I am a place where Love, Peace and Joy show up. 

I am simultaneously blessed and a blessing. From this place of Oneness I proclaim a deeper experience of Goodness: I surrender and release any limiting thought, idea or belief, creating a spaciousness to recognize, receive and radiate Love in the midst of however life is showing up. With greater ease I access my inner Peace--- especially in the appearance of confusion, chaos, conflict and fear. This heightened awareness of Love and Peace activates my innate Unconditional Joy. It is a Love, Peace and Joy Fest! Hanging out in one Divine Quality begets the other, they are divinely inseparable, and express more fully through me each day. I am so grateful for knowing this Spiritual Truth. 

I celebrate its abundant expression in my life. 

With deep trust and comfort I let my Word go, into the heart and arms of the Beloved, where it is already known and done.

And so it is!

Joy and Light Fill my Life

Spirit is pure joy. Spirit illuminates every corner of creation with Its powerful healing light. Life renews itself through the power of this pure joy and healing light.

I am an expression of the life of Spirit. Its joy and light dwell within me and find expression through me. I am an emanation of this revitalizing power.

I now embrace the healing power of the light of Spirit within me. I surrender all false ideas and enter into a state of pure awareness of light and joy. I embody the revitalizing power of Spirit through my thoughts, deeds, and actions. Every dawn brings a new journey as I let go of the old and accept the new with an open heart. Light and joy fill my life and radiate from me in all my relationships. Darkness dissolves as I yield to the greatness of Spirit within me.

I now accept that the law of good, the law of mind in action is bringing a greater experience of joy and enthusiasm into my life. I am impelled to take action in my life for the greater good.  RECOGNITION

There is one Creative Power of Life. This Creative Power of Life is joy in its pure state, the well of health that sustains all living things. It is the happiness that underlies every moment of existence. It is vitality itself, the surge of aliveness that moves through all creation. The Creative Power of Life is wholeness, radiance, the ever-present source of wellness. It is the laughter at the heart of the universe, the ease that is the nature of being.

UNIFICATION

I am one with this Creative Power of Life. Its joy is my joy. Its health is my nature. This same Creative Power of Life lives fully as The Center for Spiritual Living, Santa Rosa community. God is love and love is infinite, unlimited, all-powerful and all-knowing. Joy is the natural state of things. Peace is the foundation of all existence. This is the one true Spiritual Reality.

This Spiritual Reality is my reality. The love, peace and joy of God live in me and express through me. My workplace is also a part of this Spiritual Reality.

I accept for myself an experience of good at work. Love, peace and joy are in every person and every activity. I declare that creative solutions pour fourth healing all appearances of discord. I release all ideas and experiences of discouragement and blame and accept responsibility for my own experience. I choose to align my thought and feelings with the natural joy, love and peace that is always available to me. My workplace abounds with love, peace and joy.

I celebrate this, the truth about my life and my workplace.

I trust the natural Law of creation to respond to this word of prayer with a complete manifestation in my experience.

The Absolute, Universal, Creative Power is always present expressing and creating harmony and wholeness. Joy and vitality are Its nature. It is steadfast, reliable and generous.

I am a conduit through which the Creative Power of the Universe expresses. Its harmony, joy and vitality are alive in me. It makes me whole.

I bring my awareness to the full realization of my spiritual nature and the truth about me. Unlimited joy, harmony and vitality are always alive in me and I am growing every day in my capacity to experience this goodness, this reality. I allow myself to be filled with positive expectancy. I accept that all tendencies towards resistance, negativity and defensiveness are hereby dissolving. In their place comes the unlimited joy of the Divine.

1. Recognition
The Creative Power of Life is boundless, radiant, and whole. It is joy overflowing, love celebrating itself in infinite expressions. It is the source of harmony, the giver of abundance, the One Life shining through all. Everywhere, It delights in Its own creation, forever expanding the circle of good.

2. Unification
I recognize that I am an expression of this Creative Power. Its joy flows through me as naturally as breath. Its love fills my heart as my love, extending beyond me and delighting in the beauty of others’ happiness. This One Life is my life now.

3. Realization
The joy of the Infinite fills me, lifts me, and flows through me. I welcome the happiness of others as part of my own, for we are inseparable in the wholeness of Spirit. Every blessing, every celebration, every success is mine to cherish, for I live in the unity of divine love. I celebrate the good that shows up everywhere, knowing it does not diminish me but magnifies the fullness of life. Rejoicing is natural to me. I live in abundance, free of comparison, open to the truth that another’s joy increases my own.

4. Gratitude
I am filled with gratitude for this realization. My heart is joyous, open, and accepting.

5. Release
With this acceptance, I release my word into the action of the Creative Power, which fulfills it in my experience. And so it is.

One Presence breathes life into All that is. It swirls in, around, through and as Itself, the

Creator, Sustainer and Dissolver. This irrepressible Force of Love lifts up, provides the anchor and foundation for all beingness, the Beauty and natural Music in all of Creation. It is the form and the formless, that Divine Vibration reverberating throughout all existence. It knows Itself as Unconditional Joy, and Potential, everywhere present, 100 % available, always acting on behalf of Life. It celebrates and cherishes Its Creation.

I am birthed from this One Presence, made of It, immersed in Its unlimited nature. I am inseparable from this all inclusive fabric of Life. Spirit breathes through me, in every aspect of my being, expressing, loving, and creating through me. I am a unique instrument of the Divine, a vessel overflowing with unbounded good and potential. It is Joy, as a sweet belly laugh moving through me, uncontainable giggles; I am part of It, being moved to tears in awesome awareness of Beauty and Love, tapping Godʼs foot to a catchy rhythm. There is no place I end and God begins.

From this place of Unbounded Good and Oneness I claim an ever growing capacity for love, joy and creativity. I declare an irrevocable partnering with this my Good, remembering that It is embedded in every fiber of my being, always poised, ready and willing to express through me, however life shows up. I declare a growing tendency to lean into this awareness in the midst of all situation, condition and circumstance. I recognize a lighter response and attitude in relationships and daily activities. I am willing to smile and laugh more easily. With unbound eagerness, I open to a greater experience of kindness, forgiveness and generosity for myself and others, while allowing it to spill over in new and unexpected ways. I celebrate, honor and appreciate as a daily practice. I release rigid and limiting thoughts, and welcome a lighter more relaxed and flexible body, mind and spirit as my gifts express freely. I trust that my purpose is being fulfilled. I wholeheartedly announce that my Good is here right now, I am filled with It, Good is me and radiates outward from me.

This shift in consciousness is a balm to every aspect of my being. I pirouette, leap, sing and clap my hands, as I joyfully fall into this irresistible dance with the Beloved. With bells on, I delight in this sweet knowing of my Spiritual Truth.

I am an expression of this Creating Power. The One Mind expresses through me. Its Joy lives in me. I am one with the One Life Force.

I Accept My Good

There is one Dynamic Life Force, one Creative Power, one Loving Spirit that is the essence of all creation. This One is the source and the substance of all of life and Its nature is joy, beauty and connection.

I am a channel for this Life Force. It moves through me in unlimited ways. The Creative Power that makes all things and creates all life creates through me. The Living Spirit is alive in me. Joy, beauty and connection live in me.

So today, I accept a greater experience of my spiritual nature. I am a more willing vessel through which joy, beauty and connection is activated. I see, know and feel joy with every interaction. I release all fear, doubt and judgement and embrace the beauty of life. All of my relationships with people are enriched by this realization of my spiritual nature. I accept my good.

I am so grateful for this shift in awareness, so thankful form this deeper knowing and full manifestation of the spiritual truth about myself.

I release this word into the receptive aspect of the Divine in full faith and trust. I accept it as already done.

Lighthearted and Happy

The all-pervasive peace of the Spirit is the foundation for all of existence. All of creation is guided by the wisdom and intelligence that comes from this peace. As the joy and delight of the Spirit arises from the stillness, all of life is renewed.

The peace of the Spirit lives in me. The joy and delight of the Spirit find expression through me.

I take time daily to pause and rest in the peace of the Spirit. This quiet peace guides me. In this peaceful place, I open to the power of my imagination to renew my understanding of life. I embrace my playful and lighthearted nature, and I am renewed by the joy and delight of the Spirit. I am naturally attracted to people and activities that bring this simple, direct experience of happiness into my life.

I am grateful for this revelation of the power of peace and stillness to restore me to my joy.

I surrender this prayer into the loving embrace of the Spirit.

 And so it is.

Receptivity

Receptivity

There is one divine perfect Life. It is the Life of the Living Spirit Almighty and it is filled with joy peace and goodness. This Life is always open, receptive and responsive to all that is, for It is giving Itself fully in every moment. It is generous. It is abundant and It is all-knowing.

I know that I am one with this generous Life, one with the Living Spirit.  Its joy is my joy. Its peace is my peace. Its goodness is my goodness.

Therefor I accept for myself that I live in a greater state of receptivity. I accept for myself a greater experience of listening, of paying attention, of new awareness and of deeper consciousness. I am a gracious receiver of the good that life is giving me. I respond from a place of peace and joy.

I give thanks for this new realization of my own receptive nature.

I release this word of prayer into the law knowing it is manifest fully.

Prayer for Upliftment, Hope and Lightness

I recognize that there is One Life, One Infinite Presence, One radiant field of Divine Intelligence that fills every corner of existence. This Presence is Love itself—alive, vibrant, ever-renewing. It is the laughter in the breeze, the dawn rising over a quiet horizon, the warmth that pulses through all creation. This Divine Life is wholeness, clarity, joy, and endless possibility.

And because this One Life is all there is, I know it expresses through every being, every heart, and every breath. Each one is a divine expression of Spirit’s perfection, a unique and beloved emanation of Love. The mind of God flows through each being. The joy of God flows through each being. The unshakeable goodness of God is the very essence of their being.

In this awareness, I speak my word for everyone reading this prayer. With passion, certainty, and deep spiritual authority, I know that right now, all heaviness, all depression, all physical burden dissolves into the limitless intelligence of Spirit. Divine Light moves through every corner of their consciousness, lifting, brightening, clearing, and restoring. The weight they have carried melts into the Infinite, replaced by clarity, hope, levity, and inner freedom.

I claim for all beings an uplifted heart—one that floats with ease, laughter, and the sweet music of life. I see them illuminated from within, filled with a renewed sense of purpose, feeling supported by the Universe itself. Hope rises in them like a radiant sunrise. Joy sparkles around them like sunlight on clear water. Their being becomes light as breath, light as love, light as Spirit.

I know they absolutely deserve goodness. They deserve happiness. They deserve love in all its pure and magnificent forms. The Universe delights in giving these things to them, and they open now to receive all of it fully. All channels of blessing are cleared, and Divine Love flows without obstruction.

With gratitude overflowing, I give thanks for the truth of this word spoken. I give thanks for the transformation already in motion, for the joy already awakening, for the divine upliftment already happening. I trust this prayer. I trust the Law. I trust Spirit’s perfect unfoldment.

And so, it is.

Treatment Acknowledging Right Body Size and Weight

 

There is a universal pulse, a rhythm, a heartbeat to everything in nature. Spirit Divine, in Its infinite allness, is nature. Its magnificent presence is all-pervading, everywhere present. It is the genius that imparts healthy well-being. It animates life with joy-filled energy, while keeping the whole in perfect balance.

Understanding that All is Spirit and that it is whole and complete in every way, I know myself as an integral healthy and energetic part of this wholeness, filled with happiness and joy. I have a divine connectivity with every single walking, talking, breathing expression of life because All is One. I realize to my core that the presence of Spirit, which is my essence, abides within me forever, revealing the vibrant health and balance of my body, mind, and spirit. I luxuriate in this feeling of perfect well-being.

 As I steadfastly keep my thoughts on the eternality of this essence that saturates my life, all heaviness is lifted from me. I see, feel, and know a lightness of spirit and soul. I realize the truth of a strong, healthy body and it fills me with a sense of tranquil well-being. I am aware that every single aspect of my life is flourishing in pure health and with flawless alignment. This awareness is made ever more concrete by the nutritional value that infuses the entirety of my being. I eat with joy and a fabulous sense of gratitude for the plenty that is Spirit’s bounty. I choose my share with mindful moderation.  As I feed my body, spirit, and mind, I make deliberate choices that promote the healthiest, most energetic me possible. I easily relinquish anything that does not support robust and vibrant health. I now embrace habits that develop with wonderful rapport in my physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional body and the body of my affairs. All work together in absolute harmony.

I receive my good with complete openness and a happy countenance. I am so very aware that it is the Divine’s great joy to provide me with all the richness of living a happy, healthy, and balanced life. As it is freely given, so do I freely accept the gifts with a lighthearted attitude.

Secure in the awareness of the truth of these words, I joyfully release this treatment to the Law of the Universe. And so it is!

Love is Always Present

There is one generous, loving Spirit, one interconnected life that includes everything-all the formed and all the unformed aspects of life. Everything is interwoven in this tapestry of life. The nature of life is pure joy. Spirit delights in Its own perfect expression. All beings are included in this interconnected web of life.

I am one with the loving Spirit. It’s love and joy lives in me.

I accept for myself a deep knowing that love is ever-present, flowing to me and through me. I declare that I am a great receiver of love-both cosmic love and human love. And I am a great giver of love. This love brings me in to close connection to life and to other people. I am filled with the natural joy of being alive. My connection to Spirit is deep and strong. My capacity to experience deep connection is expanding.
