Inner Calm

The peace of God is ever-present. It is the deep abiding peace that is the very foundation for all of life. The flow and activity of life all takes place in the field of peace. Peace is at the very heart of all creation.

I am one with the peace of God. This peace is my very foundation. All of the activities of my life take place in this field of deep unwavering peace.

I declare that I have an inner calm that is evident in all my relationships. I communicate in a clear, soft relaxed way. This peace of God is always available to me, always present and I turn to it. It informs all of my interactions. And I experience inner calm.

I give thanks for the realization of peace that is the very foundation of my being.

I release this Word into the Law and let it be.

Love is Always Present

Love is Always Present

There is one generous, loving Spirit, one interconnected life that includes everything-all the formed and all the unformed aspects of life. Everything is interwoven in this tapestry of life. The nature of life is pure joy. Spirit delights in Its own perfect expression. All beings are included in this interconnected web of life.

I am one with the loving Spirit. It’s love and joy lives in me.

I accept for myself a deep knowing that love is ever-present, flowing to me and through me. I declare that I am a great receiver of love-both cosmic love and human love. And I am a great giver of love. This love brings me in to close connection to life and to other people. I am filled with the natural joy of being alive. My connection to Spirit is deep and strong. My capacity to experience deep connection is expanding.

I give thanks for this truth about the presence of joy and love in me.

I release this Word into the Law and let it be.

Confidence in Job Choices

There is One Life, the Life of the Living Spirit. It is pure intelligence and It is always guiding life into its greatest expression. This intelligence is ever-present and all-knowing. It includes everyone and everything. The wisdom of the ages is available through the One Mind.

This One Mind is individualized in me. I have complete access to the wisdom of the ages and I am fully guided by the perfect intelligence of the One Living Spirit.

I claim and accept absolute confidence for myself. All that I need to know about the job choices before me is clear to me. I affirm an experience of the best results for everyone involved. I know that I am guided every step of the way in this process. And as a result I am fully aligned with my true nature.

I give thanks for this deeper understanding and awareness about the truth of my job choices.

I release and let go.

Affirmative Prayer for Healing

Healing

There is an unlimited, all-powerful force for good that is forever giving itself to all of creation. It is the divine intelligence and the great healing power, creating and renewing the perfection of life. All of creation and all that is behind creation is interwoven and interconnected as the great web of life. This great wholeness is the essence of all beings.

This great wholeness is the essence of me. It is what I am and so as I speak my word all of the power of creation is aligning with this truth.

I am one with the force for good. The healing power renews perfection through me. I am one with Spirit, one with life. I accept for myself a compete healing. Every body part is coming to express a greater wholeness. Freedom from pain is my natural state and is right now being restored in me. I accept a feeling of deep connection to Spirit and a deep connection to family and friends. I accept that support is available to me whenever I need it.

I accept a complete release of any fear, pain, or belief in delay or hindrance. Instead I accept a deep faith and trust. I declare for myself a deep, abiding connection to Spirit.

I give thanks for the realization of this truth and I accept it as already done in my life.

I release this Word into the Law and let it be.

Renewal of Strength

My Strength is renewed.

There is one life. It is the life of the Living Spirit. This Spirit is always present. It lives its life in all of its creation. Its nature is strength. It is the generous creative power of the Living Spirit that is always bringing greater clarity and inspiration, always renewing life through its limitless energy. The strength of the Living Spirit is steady, flexible, forever renewing itself in every moment.

Because all of creation is included in this one life of the Living Spirit, I know that I am included. All of the attributes of Spirit are alive in me.

So I accept for myself a complete renewal of strength-a strength that is steady, flexible and powerful. I turn my attention to that which is alive in me, to the creative power moving through me. I live in alignment with the spiritual truth of Spirit’s nature expressing as me. I allow myself to be supported by this strength and power. I open to receive this goodness and renewal that is given so freely.

I give thanks for this realization of the strength of Spirit within me and all around me.

I trust the Law that governs the universe to respond to this my Word.

Love and Connection

There is one Power, one Presence, one Source of all that is, ever has been and ever will be. It is the Beloved One, the Almighty One. It is the Creator, delighting in giving of itself, endlessly giving, unconditionally giving to that which it creates; manifesting and expressing as all that it creates. It is all love, intelligence, and creativity.

The Beloved One is right here, present wherever I am, expressing in and through and as me. It is the life that I am, the love and intelligence, the wisdom that I am.

As this is true for me, it is true for each and every person sharing this planet. The Beloved One, the Almighty One delights in expressing in and through, and as each person.

With the prayer I claim, for the collective of all of us sharing this planet, a renewed and expanded clarity of our interconnectedness and our interdependence. We are each and every one of us inseparably part of the One. There is no way for anyone to be separate. There is no way for any action to be separate. We are all connected, always. Our actions, each action, is connected one to another. With this renewed and expanded clarity we recognize the need to live in peace and harmony.

With this prayer I recognize Love expressing itself as each person. I know each and every one is surrounded and enfolded in Love. Each person is Love expressing. For, as Ernest Holmes taught us: "Only love knows love, and love knows only love.'

I am filled with gratitude for this word of prayer.

I confidently and completely release it into the Law of Mind that makes it so.

And so it is.

I Deepen My Faith in Goodness

There is one creative power, one mind. It is the power if the living Spirit and it operates through the one mind to create and express goodness, to create life. This creative power is always active and present. It gives itself fully to all and all alike. It is constant, steadfast and steady. It is infinite and eternal.

I am one with this creative power, one with the one mind.

I accept a greater experience of goodness in my life. I open to receive a deep faith in the good of life. Freedom from the Effects of Arthritis

There is one divine, creative power that is always active, continuously revealing perfect wholeness. This power is ever-present in all of life. It gives its intelligence and wisdom to all of existence. There is a natural flow to life. The power of life to renew itself is unlimited. Freedom is absolute.

This creative power, this renewal, this freedom is active in my body, forever revealing a greater wholeness. My body is the substance and creation of the divine one, made in the perfect pattern that is continuously creating and informing all of life.

I accept complete freedom from the effects of arthritis in my body. I open to a greater experience of wholeness and flexibility. I release any ideas of discomfort and embrace the complete renewal of my body.  The easy flow of movement is my natural state and I am filled with ease and confidence as I realize the activity of the one healing power at work on my behalf.

I give thanks for this realization of wholeness and I release this word into the subjective mind of the one.

Creating Peace

Creating Peace 

The Genius creator of all there is, known as God, is the divine intelligence that is everywhere present all of the time.  From the largest galaxy to the smallest atomic particle, this creative presence is amazing.  Its nature is peace, love, beauty, balance and harmony and it exists eternally.

My life is animated by this creative power and it motivates the words of this prayer.  Just as my life is a living expression of this intelligent presence, so are all of us, unique, diverse, and each a one of a kind.

This prayer affirms that regardless of circumstances in our personal world or our planet, the inner landscape of our personal experience is calm and peaceful.  Every experience is an opportunity to see the Divine cloaked in the garb of our personal expectations.  Tending our thoughts like a garden, we weed out negative, destructive, unproductive thinking.  In its place we plant seeds of love, joy, and peace.

Minding our practice, we devote time daily to commune with nature, cultivating our relationship with the Divine in our own unique ways.  This brings a sense of calm, allowing life to live through us unobstructed. 

Grateful for this deep connection with the Divine, I release this prayer to those spiritual laws that bring more love, peace and joy into our experience.

And so it is. Amen.

To Know Oneness with Spirit

To know oneness with Spirit

There is a presence in the universe that is always giving itself to all of creation. It is the creative life force that connects life to itself. It is the one mind forever conscious of itself and all creation. This presence, this life force, this one mind is ever-present, all-knowing and all-powerful. It is present in all of existance.

Therefore, it is present in me and in my life. I am one with the life force that animates my being. The one mind is my mind. This one presence is fully present in me. It is who and what I am. It is all that I am.

I open to a greater experience of oneness. I feel it and I know this oneness deep inside myself in the moments of quiet. I know and express this oneness in all the activities of my life. My awareness is bright and clear. I notice, I remember, I give my attention consciously to this experience of oneness which is always available to me. I devote myself to nurturing and supporting this connection.

I am grateful for this realization of oneness in my experience.

I release this word into the creative medium which responds fully to its highest intent.

Peace Prayer

“Peace is the power at the heart of God.”

This Power is always available, endlessly expressing in creative forms. The divine energy which everything is made up of is molded uniquely as each one of us.  We are the representation of God in the here and now.  In the endless time that brings us to this present moment, I share this prayer of peace for us and this planet as we continue to evolve.

Let common sense prevail and calm heads unite in our government and the nations of this world to bring about Good.  Everything now is aligned by divine forces of spiritual law to bring about peace.  Peace rises within the hearts of humanity to see more clearly the commandment that we love one another.  Leaders emerge that see the deep spiritual connection of our precious planet and its residents and work together to strengthen all avenues to peace.  Peace is the vision, love is the strategy, and practice is the means that we heal ourselves and our world.  Thus, I affirm that these elements are already active in our lives; and we are free to be a stand for peace in the world.  We bring it into our interactions with our self and others, and this encourages others along their path to peace.

Peace is my foundation now.  When I am shaken from it I say: Breathing in, I calm my body. Breathing out, I smile. Dwelling in the present moment, I know this is a wonderful moment.

With gratitude for the feeling of peace, calm, and wellness regardless of what is going on, I let this prayer go confident the spiritual laws have already made it so.  And looking for, we find more peace in our world as we go about our lives, and this uplifts others.

And so it is.

Healing for our Planet

Recognizing Divine Spirit, the center of all life, where at its core peace resides in an unwavering and ever expanding way, just like the ripple of a pebble dropped in a pond.   This invisible presence is the Divine Source of all life, it cannot be seen, but it can be felt in every act of love and peace, as the formless that gives rise to the formed.  It is eternal and changeless, the source of all creation.  It is the recognizing Divine Spirit, the center of all life, where at its core peace resides in an unwavering and ever expanding way, just like the ripple of a pebble dropped in a pond.   This invisible presence is the Divine Source of all life, it cannot be seen, but it can be felt in every act of love and peace, as the formless that gives rise to the formed.  It is eternal and changeless, the source of all creation.  It is the pattern of perfection in all, as all, through all.  There is nowhere this peace is not.

 I am one with this power and this presence right here, right now, as me, in me, and through me.  Every part of my body is in harmony with the Living Spirit of Peace within me.  Every thought, every action is aligned with peace, it is the true nature of my being.  It is my divine center, the sustenance of my life, and the power behind my word.  And just as I know this is the truth of my being, I know it is the truth of every being on this planet, for we are ONE, united and inseparable!   

It is through the grace of God I speak my word for and about, each and every one, knowing through the intention of this prayer, an opening for healing our planet has taken place.  I accept a greater awareness of Spirit for each transgression we may feel and replaced with a greater knowing and trusting that we are never alone and that no matter how bleak or hopeless it may seem, God is always there lighting the way to a greater power within us that transcends any seeming challenge we may be experiencing. I claim and accept for each of us, an absolute knowingness that peace resides in the hearts of each and every world leader and decision maker, and that ultimately peace, unity and inclusivity reign supreme!   

 It is with a grateful heart and joy filled expectancy I give thanks for the shift in consciousness I know has taken place in me, and in and through each of us as the One Mind, of which we are all connected. 

 I release my word into the Law with deep faith and conviction that as it is spoken, so it is done.  

 So Be It and So It Is.

Love and Peace in Every Heart

The creative spiritual substance of the universe is love. Love is forever invigorating, renewing, revitalizing, and it is pure substance. It exists throughout all creation. Love is the sole impulse and the greatest incentive. It is everywhere present as the impelling force in all life.

As we are created from this love and filled with it, we merge with the All That Is. There is nothing outside this immeasurable love. The natural byproduct of love is peace. As we love, peace merely comes to us.

So as world and national and local events arise, and we humans forget that love is all there is, I speak word on behalf of all of us in this moment. I claim and accept that as we awaken and remember the love, peace returns in each heart and mind. As each of us utilizes our spiritual tool of remembering, it affects all life. So in this moment I accept for each of us a willingness to be willing for brand new beginnings by virtue of our spiritual intention. I claim and accept that each of us is a powerful vessel of love which produces the peace that is so necessary for the world right now.

I celebrate the joy this practice brings as we each participate in unison. It is with gratitude that I release this spiritual mind treatment to the law which manifests it as our experience. I let it be done, easily, and so it is.

Peace In Our Time

There is one creative cause of all life, one powerful flow of peace-commanding Spirit. Infinite Creator, the only Presence and the only Power. God is total peace, heartfelt love, absolute calm, breathtaking beauty and unending joy.

I have a consciousness of Oneness. All that God is, I am. I live and move and have my being in the flow of peace, wisdom, clarity, wholeness and joy of Spirit. My life is rich with meaning, and I reside in an inner glow of peace and well-being. As I feel complete peace in mind, heart and soul, a feeling of well being fills my world. Peaceful is my way of life. And of course, as this is true of me, it is true of all humans, indeed of all beings everywhere. My thoughts, actions and words of peace express my God nature, the truth of who I am. As I focus my inward thoughts of peace in my life, my family, my community, the Universe become more peaceful.

I welcome and celebrate peace in our world, in all creation, in the Universe. No matter what is being said in world news, I realize and claim there is calm, wisdom, compassion, kindness, and light flowing to and through our world leaders from the one source of Divine Intelligence, Spirit itself. 

This rich, gentle, and endless stream of the peace that is the Divine fills my heart to overflowing, and I am truly grateful.  I am full of grateful appreciation as these gifts of peace show up and unfold in our world leaders, people of all nations, and on our planet  at this time.

I release this Truth into the Omnipresent Law of Mind, knowing that it is done according to my word.

Prayer for Peace

There is a Power for Good. There is a Power of Good. Its nature is Peace, Light, Life, and Love. It knows only Its own Reality of Good, Peace, Light, Life, and Love. It is eternal and infinite. 

This Thing of Good has taken form as me. This Infinite and Eternal Peace is my true nature. This Essence of Light guides my intelligence. This Energy of Life courses through every aspect of my being. This One Who is Love Itself expresses as me.

And of course, as this is true of me, it is true of all humans, indeed of all beings everywhere. We are expressions of the One Good, Peace, Light, Life and Love. It lives Its eternal Life in us, around us, through us, and as us.

So I welcome a revealing of this Good as I encounter world news. I embrace and amplify Peace as I express human kindness, caring, and compassion. I open my spiritual eyes to witness the Light of Divine Intelligence unfolding through our global leaders. I affirm and support the power and invincibility of Life as I dwell in the faith that all is well. I remember that truly Love is the only Power -- the ONLY Power. And as these mental realizations grow and expand in my consciousness, so they indeed become real -- become realized -- in my experience of myself, and my experience of those near and far, including those with political power. This Good must show up in my experience, expressing as life-affirming peace, rational intelligence, loving thoughts, words and actions, and well-being for all.

With joyful anticipation, I give thanks for the way that these things show up in my world, on our planet, at this time.

With nothing more to add, I release this Word to that which knows how to make it so.

Spiritual Practice

Prayer to keep up my spiritual practice

God is all there is. It is above, below, within, without. Behind all of life, it is the source of wisdom and power, love and peace. God is everywhere present, always available and  always right at hand.

I am one with God. This powerful presence of God within me is closer than my breath.  It is that creative force within me that lights up my path and shows me the way. The wisdom and love that God is, is right here within me. It is who I am and is a part of my very being. I have an abundance of wisdom, love, joy and peace always available to me.

From this place of unification, I declare that I open to my highest good guiding me toward a wonderful day to day spiritual practice. I allow God to move me in the direction of self-care and self-love to continue meditation, study and prayer. With that power of God within me, I claim that with each day I take the time for spiritual practice to sustain my spiritual good. I reach deep within to the steady place of love to guide me through my practice as it becomes something I want to do every day. What joy and gratitude I feel knowing that as I trust God, my way is made clear.

I am so grateful for this time to pray about sustaining my practice. I know gratitude powers me on and gives me strength to continue.

And with grace, I can let this go. I can release this prayer into the law which makes it so.

Prayer for Healthy Finances

There is only one source and sustainer of all that is. Its nature is boundless . It is the Divine Being always acting on behalf of its creation. It is the activity of infinite love and intelligence, everywhere present in this moment and always.

I am made of this divine stuff. Boundless love and intelligence is the nature of my being. I have no edges.  I am inseparable from this Infinite Source. I live and have my being within it.  It acts through me and for me. I am a recipient of and conduit for this source of goodness. I am an activity of  infinite supply.

From this awareness I speak my word for and about myself.  I surrender any unhelpful thought or  belief in lack, limitation, separation or fear. In this spaciousness I claim the boundless good that is continuously put before me. I notice and honor the abundant nature of life. I rest in knowing that life is always for me. I trust that I am guided in ways that allow infinite sustenance to unfold through my innate gifts and meaningful work. I welcome healthy finances. This good shows up in known and unknown ways. I am an open and ready instrument for this divine activity, confident the Divine is acting for my highest and greatest good. I accept life just as it is and just as it is not.

Thank you life. I am grateful for this shift in awareness.

I let go and let God, assured this is already known and done in the mind of the Infinite One.

Prayer for guidance in making a decision

There is only one power and presence of Spirit above and overall. Spirit is love and peace. Spirit is the wisdom and power of life. Spirit is the energy behind all life, all creatures, trees, the winds and the sky. Everywhere present, Spirit shows up in all parts of life, the seen and the unseen. Spirit is as soft as a gentle wind and as strong as the summer sun. Behind all life, the loving presence of Spirit is always there. That wholeness and oneness of Spirit is rich and full.

My life is one with Spirit. I have within me all the power and wisdom of Spirit. I am a unique expression of Spirit, rich with divine love and life. I have within me all of Spirit’s qualities – love, peace, wisdom and light. Those qualities are always there within me – I can access them any time. I take up the mantle of love and open to divine wisdom within.

From this place of unity, I now declare that I know exactly what to do with this decision I have to make.  I claim Spirit’s guidance to help me make the decision that is best for me right now. I allow Spirit to move me step by step in the direction of my greatest and highest good. I listen to that still small voice within and just allow it to help. I know Spirit’s wisdom is always there and I allow myself to just relax and sense it. I let go of anything fear or doubt that might block Spirit’s wisdom.  I train my mind with faith to listen to the guidance within. I call forth my wisdom and power. I reclaim that goodness within me and allow it to work through me.

And now I give thanks for this moment of clarity and truth. I give thanks for remembering this truth and I align myself with Spirit again and again.

With gratitude, I can now release this prayer into the law.  I can let go and allow the law to transform these words into actions my life. And so it is. Amen.

Affirmative Prayer for Physical Health

There is one Life, one Law that creates, comprehends and coordinates all physical laws. This One lives as Its creation, formless Spirit has taken form in order to express and experience Its own nature. The beauty, wisdom, grace and perfection of this One is the essence and substance of all that is. There is no separation between Creator and creation.

This perfect Creator is living Itself in me, as me and through me.  It’s perfection is revealed in and as my life, my heart, my body, It is my soul and my substance.

Spirit can not be obstructed, impaired or limited.  As I open to this realization, I release any ideas of limitation for myself.  Spirit is never stagnant It is always creating and Its creation is good, I am good, my body is good.  Spirit renews Itself in my body with every breath and I am renewed.  The experience of renewal and right action is manifesting in my body right now.  I believe that my body is the substance of Spirit and Spirit only chooses good.  I trust in my own vitality as I lean into the loving Presence of Spirit as me.

With gratitude and confidence in the ever goodness of Spirit, I release this word into the divine Law, the creative action of the Spirit that always responds with Yes.

 And so it is.

Trust in Life

Trust in Life

God, Spirit, Jesus, the Buddha, however named is the source and sustainer of all that is. This creative force is always at work on behalf of creation. It is the One Consciousness moving in, around, through and as Life. It is unconditional love and compassion expressing through the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown. The allness of God is irrepressible, unshakable, everywhere present, 100% available, gathering all unto itself.

So in this allness of God, I made from the Divine's Love. It is the substance and essence of my being. God is every aspect of my body, mind, and spirit. I am inseparable from this goodness. It is the nature of my being, always poised to express in my life. It lovingly wraps itself around me as I sleep and kisses my brow as I awaken. The love, power and intelligence of God walks with me acting for my highest and greatest good. God is my very breath and heartbeat. I am a vessel and instrument of the Divine, here on purpose.

From this awareness I speak my word for myself. I claim a release of unhelpful mind chatter. When an unhelpful thought or feeling pops into my mind I kindly notice it. I allow it to direct me to its opposite spiritual principle.  If I experience fear, I claim Love.  I affirm that unhelpful thoughts and feelings become opportunities and tools to remind me of the truth of my being.  I open to a greater perspective. I trust that I am right where I need to be and God is with me. I trust Life's intelligence in the midst of situation and circumstance. I am willing to uncover the truth about myself to know more fully my oneness with Life. I more easily accept and love myself and others. I surrender to God’s will, grateful for however life shows up.

In gratitude I celebrate knowing this spiritual truth for and about myself and all beings.

In the One that made me I know this prayer is known and done. All is well.

The Healing Power of Love

The Healing Power of Love

There is only one loving presence. It is the source and sustainer of all. It is the root and foundation of life. This life is an expression of God’s love, creating anew in each moment. It is God, at the center, beneath the surface, behind the veil, everywhere without exception. Love is the breath and heartbeat of existence, the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown. It is divine intelligence and potential inherent in all life.

And so I am made of this. Love is the substance of my being. It beats my heart, it breathes and expresses through around and as me. I am inseparable from this good. I call it God and Love. It is the nature
and activity of my life. This love is in, beneath and behind all that shows up in my life. I am wrapped in Its embrace always.

From this place of wholeness and inseparability, I speak my word for and about myself. I claim that in the experience of hurt and a wounded heart, love is still present. I allow my heart to open and feel that tender place. I am willing to look deeply into myself. I realize love is not absent. I turn to that indwelling Love, the source and sustenance of my being. I rest in this sanctuary. I lean into it and feel love press up against me. I allow that which is contrary to love dissolve and transform. I abide in Love that is as close as my breath. It flows through my body, swirls around me, is in all I see, say, do and think. I am assured that my trust and conviction in this truth allows life and love to unfold perfectly.

With a grateful heart I accept and embody this spiritual truth.

This prayer is known and done in the heart and mind of God.

The flowing nature of reality has no beginning and no end.  In the evolving nature of life, nothing is excluded from this creative expression.  The birds know just how to sing and make their nests; the seasons come and go, all in some perfect portrait of this one living Spirit.

I am and we all are, one with this living Spirit. We all are, included in the creative expression of life.

Understanding that our body is designed to feel deeply, to express sadness in a number of ways, I affirm easy passage of these powerful emotions through our experience.  We allow Spirit to guide us as we listen to our intuition.  Softening our experience by holding our emotions more gently, I accept that we are safe as we grieve.  Whatever support that is needed is supplied by this living source of all good. 

As we walk this earth together, sharing life’s powerful experiences,  I affirm that Spirit comforts us bringing to us just what is needed, lifting us up again.  This powerful force gratefully lives and breathes each one of us through whatever life has in mind.  Going on with our life there is a clearer awareness of the preciousness of time itself.

Honoring all those that have gone before as beacons for our own inspiration, I give thanks for the power of Spirit in, around, and through all. 

Letting my word go, I rest and relax in the faith that all is unfolding just the way it does.

Prayer for Sobriety

Creation exists through the love and will of God. There is nothing
outside of It. The Divine is the source and sustainer of all that is
known and unknown, seen and unseen. God is everywhere present in all
worlds, all universes, in all dimensions and planes of existence. God
is the formed and unformed divine substance of being. God is right
here and now in this moment and always, giving infinite, boundless
love and light to all life.

I am made from and through God's boundless love. I am a child of God.
This divine presence lives in every aspect of my being. It is my
divine inheritance. I am made of this divine substance. I am
inseparable from this good. God breathes and loves through me. It is
that divine yearning within me to fully know the whole, perfect and
complete Presence of God. There is no place in my life where God is
not. The presence of God is in, through around and as me. I live in
the allness of the compassionate One.

From this place of oneness I speak this prayer for and about myself
and all life. I affirm a steadfast willingness to be present with
life. I practice gratitude with all that shows up. However it appears
I trust that it is here for my benefit. I am willing let go of old
unhelpful ways of avoiding, escaping or numbing out. I remember my
Higher power, Mother-Father God, Spirit---however I name it, is all
powerful and loving me always.  I open to Its 100% available
support and guidance. I replace unskillful habits and reach out to
those around me. I choose connection rather than isolation. I affirm
choices, activities and relationships that support my spiritual growth
and sobriety. I am more kind and forgiving with myself. I recognize
progress and let go of the tendency to overthink. Unhelpful self-talk
is interrupted and redirected with prayer and the spiritual truth of
who I am. Occurrences I consider "triggers" now direct me to life
affirming thoughts, words, practices and connections. I welcome and
allow this boundless good into my life as it shows up in myriad ways.
I accept that I am never alone. I embody the awareness that God is my
constant friend, ever-present companion, support and guide, loving me
unconditionally.

I give thanks and celebrate this spiritual truth.

I let go and let God.
And so it is.

Surrender

That which is everywhere and all knowing envelops life in Its loving presence. It is divine activity, infinite potential and intelligence and It is always available, acting on behalf of creation. It is the source and sustainer of all it is. It is eternal givingness, creating anew in each moment. It is uncaused joy, and is completely available, as the irresistible and unshakable nature of beingness. Its will is always expressing through creation.

I am made of this divine stuff. It flows in, around, through and as me. I am a divine activity, an expression of God. I am inseparable from this, my divine nature. God is my source and sustenance. It is my breath and heartbeat. I am an instrument of the Divine. Gods' will flows through me. I am connected to and inseparable from all that is.

From this awareness I accept and surrender to God's exquisite will. I recognize and embody the divine yearning within me. I let go of attachment to outcome and trust in God's unlimited power and intelligence. The Divine's exquisite boundless capacity conspires for the highest and fullest expression of Itself through me.

With gratitude I rest in faith knowing this spiritual truth.

The infinite eternal one, the great giver of life is ever-present in all of creation. This is the perpetual presence that guides, sustains and nurtures all of life.  Its nature is joy and well-being. This one life, this one presence includes all beings.

I am included in this one life, this one presence. I am a recipient of all the gifts of this life. Its joy is my joy.

I accept that as I encounter changes in body and mind that I am open to a graceful acceptance. I release any limiting beliefs that hold me back from embracing my life to the fullest. I am right now living a full and rich life, filled with love and well-being. There is no limit to joy in my life

I celebrate the knowing of this beautiful and profound truth about myself.

Clear Communication

Clear Communication

Enfolded in this one loving Presence there is only God. It is the allness of being moving in and out of form, creating anew in each moment. It is active and present in all of creation, in constant compassionate communion with every aspect of Itself as Life.

And so I am a part of God's loving expression, integrated into Its allness, inseparable from the wholeness and goodness of the One. I am an instrument and activity of this holy communion, a place where God shows up. It is my divine nature to bask in this divine communication, an irrevocable unbreakable  connection with God. I have no edges. There is no place I end and the rest of God begins.

From this place of wholeness and oneness with the Source of my being I speak for myself. I accept a greater experience of clear communication in every aspect of my life. I more easily notice and release any thought, idea or belief in lack, limitation, separation or fear. I maintain an open channel with the Divine through my daily practice of prayer, meditation and communing with nature. In this I am a more sensitive listener. I slow down to hear the God in me.  I trust messages that come through my body, heart and intuition.I am more kind, transparent and undefended when I communicate with others. I notice my self-talk is more loving, gentle and forgiving.   I declare a willingness to listen more than I speak. Honesty is accompanied by kindness. I enjoy and cultivate being an ever clearer, compassionate instrument  in  communication with Life. I lean into  deeper communion with the Divine.

With gratitude and comfort in recognizing  this Truth,  I am assured it is already known and done in God.

And so it is.

Healing from an Accident

There is one Power. It is the Power of the Living Spirit and it is active in every aspect of life. This Power is the healing Power that is always restoring life to its most perfect state.  The Living Spirit Almighty is the source of all strength and all goodness. This Living Spirit is generous and is always giving the gift of energy vitality and well-being to all of existence.

I know that I am one with this creative healing Power. I am one with a vitality and energy of the Living Spirit. 

I accept that the healing Power of the Living Spirit is right now active in my life. I know that my body has the perfect intelligence of the Spirit and knows the way to recover from all injury. I declare that the strength of the Living Spirit is right now lifting me up and making me strong. I know that my body is filled with energy vitality and well-being. I claim this as my divine inheritance and as my natural state.

I accept that I am divinely guided to every healing activity and every healing modality that supports my highest good. I release all fear and mistrust and I open to life as it is presenting itself to me and every moment. I embrace my highest good as it's unfolding through me through my body.

I claim the highest mental health. My spirit is filled with encouragement and inspiration. I am made new by the vitality of the Living Spirit moving through me, and I trust life.

I give thanks for this realization and I release this Word into the Creative Law.

Peace through Oneness and Unity

God is the essence and substance of absolutely everything. It is expressed in the beauty of nature, the heart of humanity, in all Life. Love, peace, truth and beauty are at the center of all people always. We are a collective One, undivided Truth living in multitudes of form.

God is forever revealing Itself in all that is. It is revealing Itself in me, as me and through me. The presence of this divine and mysterious reality does not depend on my awareness of it. It is, in me, in all people, no one and nothing is excluded. I am unified with all that is and God is all that is.

 My awareness expands to realize that all people, including myself are the children of God. I am able to realize this even when I am faced with opposing ideas and situations that seem contrary. There is no separation between me and any other human being. I understand that the perception of God is expanding for all people and I honor the process. I believe in unity and trust in the powerful love of God to express and expand in all of humanity. Peace and harmony always triumph over what I perceive as chaos. Perceptions are not Truth and as I trust that God is indeed all things, always, everywhere, peace floods my consciousness. The peace of God guides me as I witness world events and in my relationship with all people.

 Knowing all this is true fills me with confidence and peace. The manifestation of this prayer is already expanding in my heart and so I simply release this prayer trusting it is done.

Clarity about Career Decisions

There is a perfect pattern behind all of life. It is that unique and brilliant pattern of nature that expresses fully in every moment. This is the divine life in complete expression. And it is generous it is unlimited it is full of possibilities ideas and inspirations. This is the nature of the divine life to give it's guidance to all and all alike.

I am a part of this divine expression. Within me and all around me is that perfect pattern of nature.  The divine inspiration comes to me and through me easily and effortlessly for I am one with that life force that has created me.

So I accept for myself that all my decisions are grounded in this inspired guidance of the Living Spirit. That whatever is next for me in my career comes to me through that perfect pattern, that natural pattern of the Divine One. I claim and accept that the divine life is in complete expression through me. Everything I learn and know comes from the source of all life .So I'm excepting a beautiful and powerful process of making a decision. I am filled with clarity and light and the all-good is always presenting itself at every turn for me.

I give thanks for this clarity and perfection.

Health and Wellness

There is one dynamic creative life force. It is the creative Power that moves all of Life into form. And Its nature is wholeness. Its nature is well-being. Its nature is perfection. This creative Power is the healing power that is forever bringing life back to its natural and perfect state.

Because there is only one creative Power and only one Life, I know that I must be a part of this creative Power, of this dynamic life. I know that I am whole because I am an aspect of the perfection of Life.

So I accept for myself that I enter into a state of perfect health, of perfect wholeness and perfect wellness for as this is the divine nature it must be my nature. I accept that I am guided to every activity and every modality that brings me to a state of great health and wellness. I declare that wholeness is my natural state and I embrace it fully.

I give thanks for this understanding and knowing of the very truth of my being; that I am well and I am healthy.

I release this word of prayer into that receptive medium  trusting fully in it's manifestation.

Receptivity

There is one divine perfect Life. It is the Life of the Living Spirit Almighty and it is filled with joy peace and goodness. This Life is always open, receptive and responsive to all that is, for It is giving Itself fully in every moment. It is generous. It is abundant and It is all-knowing.

I know that I am one with this generous Life, one with the Living Spirit.  Its joy is my joy. Its peace is my peace. Its goodness is my goodness.

Therefor I accept for myself that I live in a greater state of receptivity. I accept for myself a greater experience of listening, of paying attention, of new awareness and of deeper consciousness. I am a gracious receiver of the good that life is giving me. I respond from a place of peace and joy.

I give thanks for this new realization of my own receptive nature.

Guidance

Guidance

There is One Breath, the Source and Sustainer of all that is. It is that which brings the invisible into form, creating from Itself in each moment. It is Mother-Father God, everywhere present, eternally giving to Its creation. It is the power and movement of consciousness. It is the Love that is always acting on behalf of Life. It is Divine Intelligence that illuminates, informs and guides and It is the allness of life, There is nothing is outside of It. It is fully present and available in every moment.

I am made of this divine substance. I am a part of creation. I am inseparable from this One's body, mind and spirit. I live and have my being within It. The breath and heartbeat of the One move through me. I am at home in It, living in Its wholeness, infinite intelligence and wisdom. 

From this awareness I speak my word for myself. I accept a greater experience of my connection to divine guidance. I trust the intelligence that informs my every cell, each molecule and atom of my being. I embrace my innate intuition that is always at work on my behalf. I open and listen to the God within me which knows. I take regular time to contemplate, pray and meditate, giving my intuitive nature space in me for greater recognition and clarity. I welcome the Divine in me and allow It to guide my choices, my thoughts, words and actions. I rest in this sweet knowing of this divine process of aligning more fully with my good.

I am so grateful for this shift in consciousness, realizing my trust in that which is always for me and for all of Life.

With absolute confidence I accept this as already known and done in the heart and mind of the One.

Feeling of Connection with Mom

Feeling of Connection with mom

There is a oneness that connects all of creation. This oneness this is love. Love is all there is. It is ever present, always enveloping everything, flowing through every plant, animal.... all there is. The essence of all of creation is infinite, unconditional, complete and total love.

I am a part of this love, connected in every way. This love runs through my veins. It is my breath and it is what breathes me. I live within the container of this deep, unconditional, ever present love. It is me. I am love.

I claim a deeper recognition of the connection I have with Mom. I feel her love every moment. I know she's always nurturing, cherishing, caring for and guiding me, ALWAYS, every moment, awake and asleep. I claim a deeper recognition of that love and support no matter where I am or what I'm doing. I feel her closeness, just as I did when I talked to her every day on my way into school. I know she is now as close as my breath, always. I can feel her in the morning sun, I can see her in the sky above. I can hear her in the gentle breeze. She is always, in all ways with me. She knows and guides my thoughts and actions. She is totally connected with me always as me. She is me.

I am so deeply grateful for this deep understanding of my complete connection with Mom, for knowing that she is always with me fully and completely!

I release this word into the Law knowing that it is true and done.

Love in Relationship

Love in Relationship

Resting in the Presence of Life, I let go. I let go into the Benevolence of Life that holds all things, that embraces all things and that has made everything out of Itself. Living and breathing in all things, It is the Source, the breath of life, the Ground of All Being. There’s no place that this Presence is not, and It is good. It is the Universal Life Force Energy, the reservoir of Infinite Divine Love. Knowing this, I know It has no bounds. It feels like love. It feels like Presence. It is Grace.

This Beingness is the very Breath of my breath, the Life of my life. It is All that I am. I am one with that Infinite Love. It is one with me. Knowing that this is my truth, I know this is the truth for my relationship. It this same essence of Life Itself, of pure Grace that is living and breathing in and through me and my partner as the Core and Source of what we are. We are One with this Benevolence of Life. It beats our hearts and breathes our breath. It is the Intimate of the most intimate, in and through all that we are. Each of us are One with this Universal Life Force Energy.

In this recognition, I know that we are brought together by Grace Itself. We are held in the field of Divine Love within the Benevolence of Life. This Reservoir of Divine Love Itself is guiding us, holding us, protecting us.  I know for us beauty and perfection unfolding through both of us in support of our highest good manifesting in our lives. I know that our vision of softness, depth and peace is unfurling through us, filling our relationship with Good, Truth, Beauty, and Love. I accept for us the deepening of each of us in our own heart and our own mind and our own being, allowing us to step into who we truly want to be. I accept for us the highest vision of what is possible in each of us and in our relationship together. I accept this for us in a way that our lives are fulfilled beyond our wildest dreams, that our highest hopes and ambitions on the inner and outer are manifest for us within our own self and in our relationship. I accept this good for us deeply and thoroughly, manifest in a myriad of beautiful ways, in deep fulfillment and love. 

Reveling in the beauty and grace of Life, I celebrate this good, knowing that Infinite Life knows what It's doing, for this good and so much more. And I simply let it be so.

And so it is. Amen.

New Direction

The one power, presence and activity of Love is everywhere present. It is the Source and Sustainer of life. This fully present consciousness is always acting on behalf of Its creation. It is the formed and the formless, everything seen and unseen. It is that which moves divine substance into and out of form. No thing is outside of It. Divine Intelligence informs creation and is 100 % available.

I am made of this God stuff. I live and have my being within the One. I am a beloved child of God, a place where God shows up. I live, move and have my being within God's loving presence. I am inseparable from the One. I have no edges, I am completely integrated into the fabric of God's Life, connected to all that is. The intelligence and design of God lives in me as in all creation. The divine embrace enfolds me.

In this awareness I speak my word for and about myself, all beings and life. I recognize a willingness to release patterns of thinking and being that no longer serve me. I choose to accept what is before me, rather than turn away from it . I welcome new life affirming connections and patterns. I discover new ways to engage in life however it appears, remembering there is always something here for me to learn about myself. My patience and trust grow and enable this process. I accept a courageous allowing of Life unfolding. In my deepening awareness of God's unconditional love, I  release judgement and criticism of myself and others. I claim a greater experience of my heart softening. I declare that unskillful behavior patterns dissolve and are replaced with patience and trust that life intelligently unfolds for my greatest good.

With absolute trust I rest in this spiritual truth. It is already known and done in the heart and mind of God.

Eternal Life

Eternal Life

Divine life, ever lasting peace, explainable life living itself, is fully present in this moment. This mystical experience, with its full range of emotions, is profound, powerful, and moves forward seemingly on its own. 

I am an expression of this divine life just as the reader of this prayer.  We are fully equipped to experience love, peace, wholeness, and exquisite beauty.  

Remembering that God is eternal life, I welcome rest, restorative silence, expressions of love that are healing and help quiet the mind.  I honor and bless every life as the miracle that it is regardless of its length, and spread a warm blanket of love around the shoulders of those who carry this loss of a great friend.  God is holding us, comforting us in unbelievable times.  

With tenderness I release this prayer resting the mind in surrender to God’s will.

Prayer for Healing

Prayer for healing and a continuing revelation of wholeness

This orderly universe is whole and perfect and reflects the nature of all life. 

Just as I am made of the same elements common to all creation, so all of us are united in this common thing called life.

The body is a manifestation of perfect wholeness, knowing automatically how to heal itself, and does so whenever needed.  I affirm that healing is going on right now at top speed as this prayer is read.  The body relays messages so that healing elements within and without the cells go to work repairing tissues, organs, functions throughout the body.  Releasing anxiety about time needed for healing, relaxing into this healing state, I affirm wholeness is already perfectly present in the mind of God.  

Grateful for this shift in thinking, I release this word to the spiritual law that is doing the work already. 

And so it is.

Affirmative Prayer for Awakening

God is the source and sustenance of all that is, creating anew in each moment.  The Divine is everywhere present, never absent, enfolding all in Its wholeness. It includes the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown. Nothing is outside of God.  This irresistible, unshakable force of love and compassion always acts on behalf of creation. It brings the invisible into form from Itself, yet is undiminished. Its holiness is in, through and as all life. Each sacred moment is the eternal present.

I am made by and in God’s image, a child of God. As this is true for me, it is true of all beings and all forms of creation.  There is no place where I end and the rest of God’s life begins. The Divine breathes through me and beats my heart. I am a unique expression of the Divine, a place where God shows up. I am inseparable from the One, within God’s wholeness, connected to all that is.

From this place of wholeness I speak this prayer for myself and all human beings, all creatures and our mother earth. In the midst of political, national and world events I choose to see this time as a time of awakening where cares and concerns are brought into the light. I recognize that the wholeness of Life is greater than the sum of Its parts. In that wholeness is the power to bring together in a new way that which temporarily appears fractured and in opposition to its divine Self. It begins with me. Where there is an experience of hate and fear, I am more willing to  love, and understand. I practice kindness in my daily activities. If injustice appears, I open to forgiveness and constructive action.   When I feel or witness separation I seek ways to experience and promote inclusiveness. I appreciate our common humanity and open to other perspectives.  If I am called to advocate I do so with goodwill and methods that bring about communication and grow understanding between all concerned. For our beautiful Earth and all that dwells therein, I trust the infinite intelligence of the Universe. Humans are part of the natural world. I affirm the answers and tools are present and available through the will of God, to preserve the balance, diversity and harmony of nature, and of humankind.

I am grateful for this shift in awareness, for the divine light that is kindled through this knowing. I trust that it is already so in the mind of God.

There is one loving Spirit. It is the great source of all of life. Its nature is wholeness and perfection. All of life is guided into perfection by the light of the living Spirit. The love of this Spirit includes everyone all of the time as it is infinite and eternal. It is the creative power that is forever renewing Itself.

I am one with the perfection and wholeness of life. The creative power of the Spirit is active in me and in my body.

I declare that this surgery is an absolute success. All that need to transpire in support of the perfect functioning of my body is right now being orchestrated by the Spirit Divine. My body cooperates and the healing power brings wholeness swiftly and completely. My body is a center of vibrant health and I feel well. I am well. All those involved in my treatment and care are divinely guided.

I give great thanks for this realization about my body and my life.
