Prayer for Acceptance and Opening by Bette Smith

There is only one thing going on here and now and that is God.  In every moment, in every action and circumstance, God is.  God is in the winds and rain, and in the dark of night and the same in the light of day.  God is everywhere, all around, always available, all knowing, all powerful, all wise.  God is love and peace, joy and wisdom, eternally, now and always.

I am a creative expression of God.  I am love and peace; I am wisdom and joy now and forever.  I am the light of God, showing up here and now and relaxing into this knowing.  And what is true for me is absolutely true for each one of us.  Each one is a creative expression of God, filled to overflowing with love and wisdom, joy and freedom.  Each one of us blessed with a love that has no end.    Equal in God’s love, each of us has at our center a wellspring of peace and ease, love and power.            

From this place of unification, I now claim a blessing for this New Year.  I claim a gentle and easy opening to expand into my understanding of that unifying force of God.  With open arms, I declare a welcoming to what is yet to be.  Although the end is not in sight, God lights my way one step at a time and the path is easy and clear.   I bravely take that first step now and claim my intention for 2013 realizing the power and love of God within. 

With great gratitude for this time of opening and expansion, I allow a shift of consciousness.  I am grateful and thankful, and I feel so blessed.

Feeling confident in the power of my word, I release it into the law and let it be.  

And so it is. Amen.

Affirmative Prayer for Financial Freedom

Here is a lovely prayer from a student:

PURPOSE – I want financial freedom with all bills paid.

RECOGNITION – God is the Creative Source of all that is. God is abundant supply of everything good: love, life, joy, beauty & abundance.

UNIFICATION – God & I are one. The mind of God flows through me as thought. I am a whole & complete child of God with the power for good in my finances.

REALIZATION – I totally accept abundance in my life. I have faith in my ability to thrive financially. The wisdom of God within me guides my every move. I experience unconditional love flowing through me at all times. I believe in my financial abundance & open my heart & mind to receive it. My mind is free to explore my creativity in every area of my life. I feel the joy & peace of financial freedom.

THANKSGIVING – I celebrate the freedom that comes with this shift in consciousness. I am grateful for the feeling of freedom this abundance brings into my life.

RELEASE – I release my word into the Law of Mind & I surrender, let go & let God. And so it is.

Affirmative Prayer for Peace of Mind

There is One Mind, it is the Mind of the Living Spirit Almighty. And that Mind is ever-present and all-knowing. It is the very source of peace. The peace of the Living Spirit expresses Itself through all beings everywhere. It is the ground of all being, fully available to all in every moment. The nature of life itself is deep and powerful peace.

Because the One Mind is everywhere, all the time, I know that it is my mind. I am one with the perfect mind of the Living Spirit. All of the attributes of the Spirit are alive in me, including perfect peace. As this is true for me, it is true for all beings everywhere; the deep and powerful peace of the one Mind, the Living Spirit Almighty is our very nature.

Therefore, I accept by means of this Affirmative Prayer, Peace of Mind for us all. In this time and in this season, I claim that peace is at the heart of all of our relationships. Peace is at the heart of all of our activities. This peace of the Living Spirit within cannot be disturbed or disrupted in anyway. It is a deep and powerful peace and it supports clear thinking, loving communication and right action. So I open to accept it fully in my life and in the life of anyone who chooses this peace.

I am so grateful for the way peace of mind is mine to claim right now. I feel its power moving in me and I give thanks.

I trust that this Spiritual truth will continue to make itself known to me throughout the coming season, and I rest in the power of this Word to manifest the highest good for all beings everywhere.

Prayer for Successful Surgery

There is one perfect healing Power, one supreme Intelligence that is at the heart of all of life. It is the rhythm of the seasons and the patterns of nature.  It is the complete order and  interconnectedness that expresses through all of existence. It is wholeness and well-being. It is love and peace and joy and beauty. It is the light of this one Power and Intelligence that guides every activity into the best and highest outcome. It is success.

All of us, everyone of us, are fully united with this one Power and Intelligence. Its life is our life, Its perfect order and  wholeness are imprinted on our very souls. We are each one with the all in all. The love, peace, joy and beauty of the universal Life are present in each of us.

So from this place of unity I accept on behalf of anyone facing surgery, a complete and absolute success. I accept wholeness and well-being. I declare that the perfection of the one Power and Intelligence are fully active in this person’s body. All the people who are involved in the medical and surgical care are divinely guided and participate graciously in the success of this surgery. I accept the perfect healing for body, mind and spirit. I affirm that love prevails, and where love is peace, joy and beauty also reside. 

I  rest in the gratitude that this realization has brought to me. What a blessing to remember this truth, that successful surgery is in the hands of the One. I appreciate the power of these words to manifest the highest good for anyone who accepts them as the truth.

I now, with a sense of completion, turn this prayer over to that which has in its nature the ability to make it so—the One Life.

A Prayer for Balance

There is just One; one Mind, one Heart, one Divine Infinite Source from which all things flow. And this Source is abundant, overflowing with goodness. It is the perfect harmony that coordinates every aspect of life. It is the balance between dark and light, between giving and receiving. This one Source is the giver of life, the creator of life and it is active in every moment, in every person and in every situation. Its nature is peace, balance, harmony and joy. 

Because this One Divine Source is infinite, it is everywhere all the time. It is here in me, as me. It is all that I am. Every attribute of the One Divine Source is alive and available to me. Its nature is my nature. The peace, balance, harmony and joy of the Divine One live in me and in everyone I am in contact with. 

I accept therefore, that my life is unfolding perfectly. All of my activities are in balance. I am both energetic and restful. I am active and I am relaxed. I listen well and I speak when it is time to speak. I am an great giver and I am a great receiver. I am  a perfect conduit for the love of the Divine. I take time to sit in quiet communion with the inner intelligence of my soul and I come to know my deepest truth. I release all hurry and worry and fall in step with the natural rhythm of life. My life is in balance; both inner and outer in alignment with my best self. I accept for myself peace, balance, harmony and joy. 

I am so grateful for the new awareness of balance in my life. I give thanks for the guidance that leads me to make good choices. I appreciate the natural order of life.

I release this affirmative prayer into the receptive aspect of the Divine Mind, knowing that it is already so.

A Prayer of Thanksgiving

The One Loving Spirit that continuously creates life out of Its own generous nature, is fully present in everyone and everything. It is the infinite, eternal intelligence of this One Loving Spirit that guides all of life into its perfect expression. It is the all-knowing, abundant, healing power that brings wholeness and goodness to every situation. 

I am, we all are, a unique expression of the One Loving Spirit. I am, we all are, a perfect channel for the love of Spirit.

So today, I express my gratitude, appreciation and thanksgiving for the gift of life itself. Life, the perfect expression of the Divine, is the source of all my good and I recognize and realize Its power to make me whole over and over again. In fact, I have always been whole. So I accept for myself a greater realization of that wholeness in every aspect of my life. I realize this wholeness not only in how I see what is in front of me, but how I interact with and contribute to the life around me. I am an essential part of the perfect expression of the Living Spirit, and as such I express gratitude and appreciation to those around me. Gratitude and thanksgiving become a way of life for me. I open to the fullness of life and trust the universe to reveal more good every day.

With this grateful heart then, I release this prayer in faith and confidence that it will fully manifest in my life.

Honest, Sincere, Kind Communication

Here is a prayer for honest, sincere, kind communication. Enjoy.

There is one Life, the Life of the Divine Spirit. And this Life is love, and peace. It is  harmony and well-being.

I am one with this Life, the Life of the Divine Spirit. All of the qualities and attributes of the Divine One live in me, through me and as me.

Therefore, I accept for myself an open heart, a willingness to be visible and vulnerable. I accept a tender recognition of my goodness and of my areas of growth. I am honest and kind with myself and that naturally extends to my communication with others. I speak and write and even think in a soft and kind way. When I am upset, I take time to inquire within, to uncover false ideas and to realign myself with the spiritual Truth. I breath deeply and pause before speaking. I easily forgive myself and I easily forgive others. My communication is honest, sincere and kind. My thought atmosphere is filled with the harmony of the Divine Spirit. I claim that the universe itself is supporting me in my efforts to communicate lovingly. My highest good is at hand and I am blessed to receive it.

I give thanks for this new awareness of the Truth and for all the blessings that unfold from its  realization.

Feeling confident in the power of this word to shift my experience, I release it into the creative mind of the Spirit and allow it to manifest fully in my experience.

Recovery from the Storm

There is one all-encompassing Power for good in the universe. It is the Power of the living Spirit. Its nature is peace and love. Its nature is harmony and order. It is the unlimited in Its possibilities and potential. It is the great healing force and it is present and active in every circumstance and situation. Spirit is the almighty protector, constantly restoring life to its most harmonious expression. God, the source of life itself is the great provider.

And this Power, this almighty Force, this healing Presence is active in each and every person and each and every situation. And especially at this time, It is present for those affected by the Storm.

I accept for each one of us a deeper realization of this truth: That the Power of the Living Spirit is active in our lives. That anything that appears to be in disarray is right now being restored to order and harmony. That all grieving hearts find comfort and solace. That all needs are met, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. That those who are able to help are immediately in touch with those who need help. All relief efforts are beautifully orchestrated. I declare that Love and Peace prevail. I affirm that safety and comfort are present for each one. I accept an outpouring of resources and support that lifts up everyone providing for every need. I accept a deepening of faith in the ability of the Living Spirit to manifest full recovery from the storm.

I give thanks for this greater realization of the truth about life.

I release this Word into the natural laws that govern the universe in grateful anticipation of its complete fulfillment.

And So It Is. 

I am Motivated and Inspired

I am motivated and inspired

There is one Life, one Mind, one brilliant Intelligence. It is the one powerful, creative Presence. It is the Source of all that is, ever-present and all-knowing. This Presence is fully available to all and all alike.

Therefor it is fully available to  me. I am a creation of this brilliant Intelligence, one with It's perfect expression.

I accept for myself that I am fully motivated and inspired to express my unique gifts in all that I do, think and say. I recognize the value of my contributions and I am encouraged and supported by the power of the Divine moving through me. I am guided on my way by the same brilliant Intelligence that created me. I am open to new experiences that come to me as a result of this awareness. I am motivated and inspired from within and I appreciate the beauty all around me.

I accept this Truth of my being with a grateful and joyous heart.

I release this Word of Truth to that receptive aspect of the Divine that responds to its highest intention.

Perfect, Rapid Healing

Perfect, Rapid Healing

There is one perfect Power in all the universe and It's nature is wholeness and order. It is that perfect pattern of nature and It expresses fully and completely in all and all alike. It is the powerful healing presence of the Divine Spirit that gives Itself to every circumstance and situation.

Because this power is everywhere all the time, I know It is in me and in this prayer.

I therefore declare that it is the healing power of the Divine Spirit that is setting everything right in my body. Every cell is responding to the realization of this truth of my being. I am made in the same perfect pattern as all of nature. The healing Power of the Divine Spirit is right now returning me to perfect balance and harmony in  my body temple. Whatever support I need from persons or technologies is freely available to me and I am divinely guided to perfect right action.

I recognize that there is nothing that can stop or interrupt this powerful healing process. The timing of it all is perfect. I release any thought of delay and accept the instantaneous results of this prayer.

I appreciate and celebrate the power of this Truth to transform my experience.

I release its full and highest intention into the receptive nature of the Divine Mind and I let it be.

I Make the Best Choices

I make the best choices

There is one all-seeing, all knowing Divine Presence which gives rise to all of existence. Its nature is love and peace. It is this perfect Intelligence which guides life into its perfect expression. Its wisdom is completely available in every moment to all beings.

I am a perfect manifestation of this Divine Presence. My nature is love and peace The perfect wisdom and intelligence of the Living Spirit  has its home in me.

So I declare that I have all that I need to make the best choices at every turn. I slow down and become aware of the wisdom of the Spirit that lives within me, guiding my every choice. The power of love prevails in every situation. My thoughts, my emotions and my actions are all in alignment with my highest good. I stay awake to this reality. I maintain my sense of awe and wonder as I navigate through my days and nights. I choose healthy foods to eat, healthy activity to nourish my body and kind words in every communication. I entertain the highest thought about every situation. I am nurtured by the quiet support of the Living Spirit within me. I release all judgment and regret and step into each moment made anew.  I am more that enough and worthy of a fantastic life. Standing in this foundation of Truth, I make the best choices and am abundantly blessed.

I am so grateful for this new awareness and for the power of affirmative prayer to bring this Truth to full manifestation in my life.

I let it be as I release this Word into the law of mind that responds fully to its highest intention.

Gentle Persistence

A prayer for gentle persistence

There is one unwavering Power for good that gives itself fully and freely to all that is. It is the abiding love of the Spirit and it cannot be hindered or compromised in any way. This pervasive Reality is the Keeper of all of life.

I am one with this Power for good, one with the abiding love of Spirit. My ways are guarded and guided by that which has created me, the Keeper of all of life. And because I am one with this Power I remember once again that my thought is creative and my prayers are effective.

I accept for myself, therefore, a gentle persistence in all good endeavors. I awaken daily to a new and fresh idea about my life and all that is present in my life. I set a course daily for that which I wish to experience, and as a result more love and more harmony become my steadfast reality. I am gentle and kind with myself and others. My way is made clear and straight by my awareness of this one great Reality. I walk the path of love and devotion with gentle persistence.

I celebrate all of the good that unfolds in my life as a result of this realization of truth. I am grateful to be once again aligned with the power that governs my life and brings to me all the good I desire.

In full knowledge and confidence of the way it works, I release this Word into that law of Mind that responds to its highest intention.

A Prayer for Contentment

There is one powerful peace. It is the peace of the divine Spirit and it infuses itself fully into every aspect of life. All needs are met by the generosity of the Spirit. Its nature is beauty and joy.

The peace of the divine Spirit lives in each and everyone, fully and completely. I am, we are each an expression of the peace of Spirit. The beauty and joy of Spirit are fully available in every person and every situation.

So therefore, I relax and trust the currents of life to carry me to that which I am seeking. I let go and open my awareness in order to take in the powerful peace of Spirit as it expresses within me and all around me. I open my eyes, my ears, my heart to the awesome joy and beauty of the divine Spirit that gives itself so freely to every aspect of my life. Deep within me I contact the natural joy of being alive and I see that I am surrounded by beauty. I slow down and take it in. I allow it to be more than enough to nourish my soul and I am content. Contentment becomes my natural state of being.

I celebrate the movement of this awareness in my mind and heart. I am so grateful for the power of prayer to renew me in this way and for the reestablishment of contentment in me.

I release this word of realization into the receptive nature of life itself, knowing it is already absolutely established in my life.

Love Divine

There is one infinite presence and power of Spirit, one love divine, one eternal life; everywhere present, all wise, all knowing, all powerful.  Spirit is light, peace and joy.  Spirit is the source of all and that source is unlimited, and ever expanding.  In each moment Spirit is creating anew. 

Each one of us is immersed in this power and presence of Spirit.  Each one of us is whole, complete and perfect in Spirit.  The eternal love of Spirit is the love within me.  The steadfast peace of Spirit is the peace within me.  I am an expression of Spirit and I am joy and peace.  The life of Spirit is the life within me.  The source of all good is the source of good for me.  I am love.

I am guided by Spirit’s wisdom in this moment and every moment.  There is nothing in me that can stop the love of Spirit.  I express joy and peace and love in each word that I speak and each thought that I think.  I let go of all hurts and shame with grace and ease.  I shake off the old ways of blame and find that place of strength within me to begin again.  I let go of what others think about me and align with the love and peace within me.  I allow the Divine Love to act through me now shattering the illusion of suffering.  As I recognize the Love of God within me, I trust my clear guidance and allow myself to be healed.  I allow for more good to show up in my life.  I allow my inner wisdom to show me the way to live fully and act lovingly with compassion and grace.  As I align with Spirit, I take up the mantle of Love and break through any barriers that impede the Love of Spirit.

With deepest gratitude for this time of remembering the truth, that Love is the only power, I rest.  I let go and I let it be.  And so it is.  Amen. 

Love is Eternal

Love is Eternal

There is one Love, one Power, one eternal Presence that exists everywhere all the time. It is the source of life itself. Its nature is peace and wholeness and beauty. It is the one creative energy that gives rise to all of existence. It is the one true Reality.

And because it exists everywhere all the time it exists in me and in each and every being everywhere. The love of Spirit lives in each one of us, and this divine love is eternal.

So I accept on behalf of myself and each and everyone of us that we are made up of this divine, eternal Love. It is the very fabric of our being and it is woven into every experience and every relationship. I realize once again that love never dies, and that any love we have ever felt is alive in us. So I am remembering to let myself be consoled by this truth. Even in times of loss and shock and sadness there lives in me this flame of eternal love. I recognize that the peace of the Spirit lives in me and in each of us and this Peace cannot be disrupted by any event or situation. It is the clear light of the divine Spirit that is guiding me into perfect right thought and perfect right action as I navigate through the emotions of life. I am alive and I am well and I let myself be surrounded by loving people. I open to the subtle beauty that exists everywhere. I am patient and kind with myself and others. I am strong in my faith and I walk in peace as I know deep inside my soul that love is eternal.

I allow this beautiful truth to carry me to a feeling of goodness and gratitude. I allow myself to be lifted up by the activity of prayer and I dwell in the atmosphere of quiet joy.

As I release all ideas of making anything happen, I realize that it is the action of the Law of Spirit that responds to my hearts calling. And I let it be.

Clarity and Love

Clarity and Love

There is only one thing happening here. It is the Love of the Divine One. This infinite power is all that is. It is a power of love beyond my wildest imaginings. This energy of infinite love, truth and clarity creates all of the galaxies.

This is what breathes me. It is the breath. It is every dimension and every aspect of me. It is all that I am. And so it must be that I am infused with this infinite power of love. This is the reality of my being. This is the reality of every one reading these words now.

In this awareness, I understand that clarity lives within me, and within the reader of this prayer – clarity and love that bring with them the awareness of what is Truth. And so today I have faith that anything that is not the spiritual truth is recognized as such. Any thoughts that are not aligned with this reality and truth of Beingness Itself are seen as the misunderstandings they are. I invite any shifts in consciousness to take place that need to take place in order to bring an entirely new level of this clarity into being within the reader now. With this new level of understanding and clarity comes a deepening into alignment with Truth, the true essence of being. I understand that this realignment brings with it the possibility of walking in a whole new level of joy and celebration for this truth that is deeply known. I allow for this to bring with it a new level of ease in recognizing anything else, simply seeing the truth and releasing anything that is not this truth. It is a beautiful thing!

Grateful for this – for the transformation and the new level of clarity and love that is allowed to move more freely as a result – I give thanks.

I let this go, knowing that as I release it to the One that makes it so, it is done. And so I let it go, and I let it be.

And so it is.

There is one infinite loving Presence that is at the center of life itself. Deep within and all around all that exists, this loving Presence guides and informs life with its powerful wisdom. Harmony is its nature. All of life responds to the warmth of its love.

It is the love of this divine Presence that lives its life through me, through each of us. I am, we are, love, wisdom and harmony finding its full expression.

I declare that I am, we are each guided by the wisdom of the loving Presence. All of our relations are an expression of the harmonious nature of the divine Spirit. Beyond any appearance is Oneness


Life is infinite creative power--always loving, always whole, always creating new versions of itself in an infinite variety of forms, styles and expressions. Each one of Life’s unique expressions of Itself is whole, complete and perfect in and of itself, lacking nothing and eternally connected to the whole of creation. 

This includes me. This includes all of us.

I see many differences of expression, of thoughts, of ideas throughout the world and yet I know that we are all One. I see examples of fear and prejudice expressing in our world, and yet I know that the truth that lies beyond any appearance is Oneness. On our path of expansion we are experiencing an infinite variety of ways of being, each one adding our own flavor and tone to the richness of universal being. So, I honor the differences I see. I appreciate the contrasts. I accept for each of us a recognition of “the others” as US. We are One, we are Life, we are Infinite. We are each playing our unique roles in this amazing production. We recognize the other players as essential and important to the whole production of this amazing play called Life. 

I celebrate the recognition and I know that only good can flow forth from it with greater expressions of love and appreciation for all that is and all who play their part.

 So, with great gratitude I sit back and watch this unfolding of magnificence and I know that it is good. And so it is.

A Full and Healthy Life

A Full and Healthy Life
There is One Power and Presence in and through all Life. All that has been, is now and will ever be comes from this Divine God Source. It is the form and the unformed, the seen and the unseen. It is that which gives birth to galaxies and stars and the tiniest of atoms. This infinite universal intelligence is One, One Mind, One perfect and complete entity that is boundless. All that is, is made in its image, is illuminated with its light, is infused with its love, for God is the very essence of Love.

Right where I am and all that I am is God. Every breath, every heartbeat is the activity of this Divine Source within and as me. I am united with this Universal Presence in every way possible, all thought, all activity, all action. Through this union of oneness, through the Love that is Life I am connected to everything and everyone. As this is true for me, it is true for all.

So by means of this prayer I am remembering that the wholeness and the oneness of God does not know how to divide and that I can never be separate from the Power and Presence of God. I claim a release of any thought or idea that anything other than this is the truth of my being. I affirm that I am at home in the Universe, that my being is an integral part of a master plan and that my life is unfolding perfectly within it. I accept the One Mind of Spirit is the voice of intuition that guides my every step that illuminates the path of my experience and brings forth into my experience all that I need to lead a full and healthy life. Love is the motive power and inner impulsion that moves me forward into greater expressions of being.

In deep gratitude I celebrate this conscious shift in my awareness.

With full faith and confidence I release my word to the Law of God, trusting that this or something greater is already so. And so it is. Amen.

The Treasure with Despair

There is one Essence, one Life, one Spirit, one Good. It exists in all things without exception. It is in the sunlight and the shadow, in the warmth and bitter cold. It is present in the loving heart, and in the defended heart, in health or in sickness, in joy or in sadness, in life or in death. There is no separation. This Essence is all there is.

This Essence, this Life, this Spirit, this Good exists within me and as me, without exception. It is present whether I am acting consciously or not, whether I am living selflessly or not, whether I am connecting lovingly toward others or not. There is no separation. Essence is all I am.

I sense, respect, and cherish this presence of Spirit in me, in all people and all things. Deep within me, I embrace the gift, the treasure, within the despair I experience. Wherever I am, Spirit is.

I thank God, Spirit, Good for the presence of God, Spirit, Good within me and I celebrate each day, the deepening of my awareness of this oneness.

I release my word into the Divine Intelligence, to the Creative Law of Mind that listens, comprehends and ALWAYS, ALL WAYS, says "Yes".

My Perfect New Home

My Perfect New Home

There is One Life.  One Spirit.  One Infinite, Loving Presence.  One Energy that molds the planets and all that is upon them.  One Divine Reality that is all knowing, all-powerful, and everywhere present.  It is the Infinite Source of all Good, the Light of Divine Wisdom, and the Creative Power of Right Action. This Perfect Life is at the center of everyone and everything as Pure Love, Eternal Truth, and Complete Wholeness & Goodness.

This Life is my life.  All that God is, I am.  The essence of this Living Spirit is my essence.  I am created from Pure Love and every aspect of my being is this Love in expression.  I live and move and have my being in the very heart of the Divine and every attribute of It is my inherent nature as Its beloved child.  This Presence and Power surrounds me, in the midst of my being, my life and my affairs, and fills me and flows through me as an individualized expression of Itself in this moment and every moment.

As I breathe in this Truth, I claim and accept that all the good of the Living Spirit Almighty is my divine inheritance and I see this good manifesting now as my perfect new home.  This home fills all my needs and desires and is a pleasure to be in where I feel safe, secure, nourished and at peace.  I release any thoughts of fear and concern and trust that the details and conditions will unfold easily and effortlessly.  I declare that the gift is already given and that my perfect new home has already been reserved in my name.  So I accept an opening in consciousness for this Spiritual Truth to come into form.

I am grateful for this revelation of Truth and I celebrate my perfect new home that is manifesting now.

There is one loving Spirit that is everywhere all the time. It is the one powerful intelligence that guides all of life into its perfect expression. This is the one great Reality, the one divine Presence.

I accept a deeper realization of the presence of the loving Spirit in my life. Spirit is right where I am in every situation and every circumstance. I am safe and protected in God's perfect grace.

There is One Life.  One Infinite Perfect Energy.  One limitless Source of all good, Light of divine wisdom, and creative Power of right action.  One Mind that is perfect Life, Light, Peace, Joy, Power, Beauty and Love – everywhere present, unlimited, all-knowing, and always available.  God is all there is.

This Life is my life.  Everywhere I go, everything I do – this Light of Truth surrounds and fills me.  The essence of this Living Spirit is my essence.  The presence and power of God is right where I am in the midst of my being, my life, and my affairs, flowing through me as an individualized expression of Itself – perfect, whole and complete.

And so as I know that there is a pattern of spiritual perfection at the center of my being and that Spirit is creating everything new in my life this day, I embrace that I am a magnificent child of God here on earth to express God.  I know that which I desire is exactly what God desires for me, and I accept an opening in my heart and mind a fuller awareness of this Perfect Life moving through me and expressing as me now.  I declare that the purpose for which I was born and the destiny that I am here to fulfill is already known in the mind of God and is unfolding perfectly, easily and effortlessly.  As Spirit now reveals Itself as me, I claim and accept that I am guided by divine Intelligence and powered by divine Love as I open to a fuller awareness of my true nature and to the perfection of God’s loving plan for me.  I trust and know that Spirit provides me with perfect ideas, plans, inspiration, and courage and I accept them now.  I now declare that right contacts, right influences, and right activities are now established and that, today, goodness, abundance, joy and success are manifest in my experience as I embrace the highest and greatest good in my career.

With deep gratitude, I wholly accept that this is the Truth.  I give thanks for this shift in consciousness and for the perfection of Spirit expressing as my life now.

The Rhythm of Life

Here is a prayer about slowing down to the natural rhythm of life.


There is a natural rhythm to the life that God has created. Perfect balance and universal harmony are ever renewing life according to the absolute law of creation. There is no end to the power of the Divine. The one perfect life of God is fully and equally present in everyone and everything at all times.

So here and now I identify myself with this reality, knowing that the rhythm of life has it expression through me. Balance and harmony live in me. I am one with the power that has created all of life.

I declare that my life is governed by this natural rhythm. Perfect balance and universal harmony express through me and manifest in my experience as a slow and relaxed pace. My awareness of the wonder of life deepens. Each moment becomes filled with awe and wonder.

I open to the powerful action of the law of mind in my life to create a beautiful experience.As slow down to the natural rhythm of life, I experience more joy, peace, balance and harmony in my life.

Oh Mother Father God, how great thou art, how magnificent, how wonderful.  All the fullness, the glory, the wonder of Spirit is present here today.  For this powerful Spiritual essence is everywhere, seen and unseen.  It is the creator of all life, it is the giver of all life, and it is the source of all.  All powerful, all knowing, all encompassing is this Spirit Divine.  God is everlasting peace and infinite love.  God is the never ending light of perfection and wholeness.  God is the vitality and energy of Life.

I am one with this holy essence of Spirit.  I am love, I am peace, I am whole, complete, and perfect.  At my center, there is a wellspring of God’s divine gifts.  As this is true for me, it is true for each one of us.  Each of us is a unique manifestation of Spirit.  Each of us is whole, complete, and perfect.    

And from this place of unification, I now invoke the Great Spirit, the one creator of all things.  I declare that this day is good, that my life unfolds perfectly and I am guided by Spirit every step of the way.  As I align with Spirit, I open myself to greater peace in my life.  As I align with Spirit, my every breath becomes the breath of God.  I allow peace to heal me, to soothe me, and bless me.

I am grateful for this time of remembering the truth and anchoring the love and peace of God.  Thank you, Mother Father God.

Fall in Love with Life

As I turn my attention to that which has created all of life, I marvel at the magnificence of the Divine. There is definitely an intelligence that is greater that I am that is orchestrating this wondrous life. I call it Spirit, or Love or Life. Love is the power that moves through all that exists. Spirit is generous all the time.

This divine Love lives in me, always. Its power and intelligence acts through me.
 
As I open to a greater realization of my oneness with Spirit, I begin to have the courage to hope for a better life. I find time to dream about living a life of love and generosity. I know that love and generosity are already present in me, so right now I am accepting their fuller expression in my life.

In my mind, I paint a clear picture of my better self and let the law of life fulfill its intention. As I gaze upon the beauty in this world showing up in nature, art, and the faces of children, I am filled with awe and wonder. And it is awe and wonder that opens me to be more loving and generous. I persevere, being gentle with myself in this opening. Step by step or all at once, I fall in love with life again and again.

I am so grateful for this natural awakening to love and generosity that is unfolding in my life.

I relax and trust Spirit to continue its creation through me.

Comfort in Times of Grief

A prayer for comfort in times of grief

There is one living Spirit almighty. It is God, and God is the eternal presence of love, peace and joy. God’s love is the only power. The perfect intelligence of this living Spirit is what has created all of life and it is what sustains all of life. God gives itself fully to all of its creation. This living Spirit has its life in each and every one of us.

So then, it must be that this living Spirit is alive in me. All of its power and intelligence is present within me. The love, peace and joy that has created the universe is alive in me.

I accept that all I need is supplied to me. In this time of grief, I accept comfort and peace of mind. I remember that love is eternal, and that nothing or no one can truly be lost or gone. I claim for myself that even as my heart feels heavy with a sense of loss, I am at the same time filled with awe and wonder at the power of love in my life. I trust the wisdom of the living Spirit to guide me through this time. I realize that I cannot be stuck or stagnant in the flow of God’s love.

I am alive and present for each moment. My heart is comforted by this remembrance of the truth of life. I allow the grief I feel to flow through me in its own time. I am tender, gentle and compassionate with myself and with those around me. I accept the loving embrace of the divine Spirit in this time of my life. I let the light of God to lead me forward remembering that joy and peace will return to me, for they live in the very fabric of my being. I am love.

I give thanks for the remembrance of this truth. That I am fully alive in God’s love even in this time of grief. I am grateful for the comfort I receive.

I release this prayer unto that which has created all of life, knowing it will manifest the highest good in my life.

Lovingly Connected to Spirit

Purpose: I am lovingly connected to Spirit.

Begin by recognizing your highest idea of Divinity: There is one universal power that has created all of life. Everything that exists is a part of the matrix of this one life. There is a pattern of perfection that extends itself across all boundaries. It is the love of the divine Spirit that connects everyone and everything. This love is infinite and eternal.

Then remember the unity of all of life including yourself: I know that I am included in this infinite, eternal love. I remember that my oneness with the divine Spirit can never be broken for I am Spirit in expression.

Knowing this Unity and knowing the power of  affirmative prayer, affirm the desired outcome is already true: I accept then that I am living the life of the divine Spirit. I claim for myself that I am able to feel this loving connection in every circumstance and every situation. I feel the love of the divine in my body, in my mind and in my soul. Love is the very fabric of my being. I realize in this moment and in every moment I am one with the love of Spirit.

Next let yourself feel gratitude for this Truth: I am so grateful for the realization of this truth that I am now and forevermore lovingly connected to Spirit.

There is one changeless Reality. It is the reality of the one loving Presence that is in and through all things. It is the perfect Intelligence that guides life into its full expression. It is the nurturing support of the universe. And it is all-powerful and eternal. It is the beacon of light that calls all of life home to itself. Divine, sacred Reality. 

And it is this Reality, this loving presence, that has its life as each and everyone of us. We are each an emanation of the perfect Intelligence that has created all of life. I am, we are, each guided by the light of the Divine. 

I accept for each one reading this prayer a greater faith in the perfect changeless reality that stands behind all changes. I accept a deeper awareness and faith in the one loving Presence that has created life itself. I remember that I am , we each are fully supported by this nurturing universe and that the power that has created life itself is fully active in our lives. I claim that I listen deeply and see clearly the guidance of the Divine that is always available to me calling me home to the sacred Reality of a life that is filled with love and peace. 

As I remember this truth about my life, about our lives, I am fully confident that I can navigate any change at work with ease and grace. I realize that the power and light of the divine One is leading me into ever greater expressions. I am, we are, allowing ourselves to be  filled with awe and wonder at the understanding of this truth.

A prayer for right livelihood and perfect job

There is one divine Source, one Creator, one perfect Intelligence that gives itself fully to all of life. The universe itself is moving according to the perfect pattern of this one Love. And this Love is infinite and eternal. All of existence is included in the loving action of the one divine Life. The possibilities for greater good are limitless.

I am included in the loving action of the divine. The source of Life gives itself to me fully and freely. All my needs are met by this one perfect Intelligence.

I accept that the universe is supporting me right now. I connect with every opportunity and every possibility that presents itself to me with openness and grace. My faith is deep and full and I step into every situation with confidence. I trust that perfect intelligence that has ordered the universe to bring order to my life. Right livelihood is my divine inheritance and I am confident that the perfect job is awaiting my acceptance right now. I realize that I am fully supported, inspired and enlivened to move fully in the direction of my dreams. I am filled with happy expectancy, knowing that all is well.

I give thanks for the fulfillment of right livelihood and perfect job in my life.

Peaceful Rest, Divine Tranquility

A prayer for peaceful rest and divine tranquility

There is one absolute cause, the source of all of life, the divine Creator. This is the infinite loving presence that gives itself to everything and everyone all the time. Its nature is perfect peace. It is the divine tranquility. It is the stillness that lies within all that moves. It is that which cannot be contained and cannot be defined, yet can clearly be felt. It is the fullness of life, unwavering in its love.

And it is this One that includes all that is. So it must include me. I am one with the source of life itself. The peace of the divine creator lives in me. I am made from the stillness that lies at the heart peace itself.

From the recognition that I am one with the peace of the divine source, I accept for myself peaceful rest. I am fully able to relax and trust life to bring to me that which I need. I sleep well and wake up refreshed. I feel the stillness and tranquility of the divine One deep within me and I experience it in all of my affairs. I am able to lay aside any agitation or worry and I allow the beautiful peace of life to embrace me. My mind is quiet and calm and my body is at rest. I enjoy the blissful stillness of divine tranquility.

I give thanks for the perfect unfolding of peaceful rest and tranquility in my life. I am grateful for the gift of stillness and quiet in my life.

I release this prayer into the embrace of the receptive nature of the divine One. And I let it be.

Safe Travel

A prayer for safe travel.

There is one infinite intelligence, one loving Spirit in and through all of creation. It is the very source of life itself. God, Spirit, Source, Life- by whatever name we call It- It remains the same. It is the one true Reality and It includes everything. It is eternal and immortal, ever present and all-knowing. It is the one Mind and it guides all of life into its perfect expression. Moving and flowing everywhere all the time, this divine order aligns all of existence according to its absolute, perfect pattern. All of creation is safe and protected by the loving Spirit.

I am one with this perfect pattern, this divine order is fully present in me and as me. The source of life itself exists in its entirety in me. I move with the flow of life as it moves through me. I am included in the loving embrace of the Spirit.

And because I am one with the Spirit, I know that I am safe and protected as I travel. I open to this flow of perfection. I let the divine intelligence inform me. I accept for myself safe travel as I allow the perfect pattern of divine order bring me to every arrival and every departure with ease and grace. I accept the action of the loving Spirit in all of my activities. I rest in this knowledge of the protection of Spirit and I relax and enjoy the moment.

I give thanks for this feeling of safety and protection as I travel. I appreciate the good that unfolds. I am grateful for the joy that lives within me, available in every moment.

I release this word into the Law with faith and confidence and I accept its manifestation in my life.

Here is a prayer for inspiration and success with a project:

There exists an absolute, divine order in nature. Today I call that divine order Spirit. Spirit is the perfect intelligence that orchestrates every detail of life. The loving presence of Spirit is creative and powerful. It is the clear light of Spirit that leads the way to complete success in all things. It is the source of all inspiration.

I am an essential part of creation. Within me exists the perfect order and intelligence of Spirit. My mind is the mind of Spirit and my affairs are the affairs of Spirit. It is the power and  the creativity of Spirit  that expresses through me. The light of Spirit lives in me. I am one with Spirit.

I accept that my project is guaranteed success, for I am allowing myself to be guided by the pure light of the living Spirit. It is divine inspiration that moves me to create. Because my mind is an outlet for the perfect intelligence that orchestrates all of life, my project is infused with brilliant ideas and great outcomes. I am serene and confident as I complete the perfect project on time and share it openly. This project is a blessing to all who encounter it.

I give thanks for the success of this project and for the joy of creating it.

Begin by recognizing the highest idea of Divinity: There is one abundant universe and it is a creation of the generous loving Spirit. This Spirit gives all of its gifts fully without restriction. It is overflowing resources, infinite possibilities and opulent goodness. There is nothing held back or excluded from the generous overflow of the divine good. 

Then remember the unity of all of life including yourself: I am one with the divine Spirit, the loving God that has created me. The same intelligence, the same mind that has created everything lives in me, it is my mind. I am the perfect emanation of the generous Spirit that has its life as me. 

Knowing this Unity and knowing the power of affirmative prayer, affirm the desired outcome is already true: I accept for myself that I am naturally drawn to activities that bring financial well being into my experience. I see, hear and feel the abundance of the loving Spirit all around me and I participate in this goodness. I allow Spirit to give itself to me as freedom and overflowing abundance. I easily and joyously exceed my financial goals. My life is filled with riches. I am wealthy in my divine inheritance.

Perfect Healing

This prayer is for perfect healing including the healing power of medical treatments.

There is one perfect, infinite, almighty Spirit. It is this Spirit which creates, nurtures and sustains life. It is the flow of the divine Spirit that animates all that is. Eternal Life, ever present as unconditional love, perfect peace and creative intelligence is guiding and informing all that is into its perfect expression. This beloved Presence includes all that is. It is the only source and the only power.

I am an emanation of this perfect life. I am one with all of the power and all of the intelligence of the beloved Spirit. The flow of life animates me in every moment.

I accept for myself that my physical body is an emanation of the perfection of the almighty Spirit. I am nurtured and sustained by the unconditional love and peace of the perfect One. My well being is absolutely assured as I claim perfect healing for myself. There is nothing that can block the flow of perfect life through me. I accept that I am open to the healing power of the medical treatments as they do their perfect work in my body. I declare that every cell, tissue and fiber is right now finding its perfect way of being. I accept comfort, ease and grace for myself and for my family and for all those in service to my healing.

I now give great thanks for this perfect flow of life expressing as my wholeness. I celebrate the gift of well being.

It is with faith and confidence in the highest and best manifestation, that I now release this word of prayer into the receptive medium, knowing it is fulfilled.

Fortitude and Renewal

God is the infinite loving Presence, the all-knowing Creator of all of life, the all-powerful One-Mind-this One is all there is. Everything is included; everything is made up of and guided by this Presence. It renews itself perpetually through the creative power of its impulsion. It is the only power and strength, and it steadfast to its purpose of expressing more life.

Because this power includes all of life, I know it includes me. All that I am and all that I experience is a result of this creative power of Spirit in action.

I accept for myself today that I am renewed in the power of the living Spirit. I am made strong and steadfast by its strength. I stand in the conviction that my path is guided and guarded by the unconditional loving Presence. My mind is a center of divine Intelligence and I open to receive my good through its action in me. I say yes to the movement of Spirit in my life and I am made fresh and new and vital through its love. I remain steadfast in my purpose to express more life, more love, more kindness and more creativity in my life.

And I am grateful for the gifts of strength and renewal that are unfolding in my life. I celebrate all the good that is given to me so freely.

I am blessed and renewed by the activity of prayer

Recognition: One Love, one Power, one Presence, one Mind. The All-in-all, Infinite loving Presence, that which has created Life, guides and informs all that is with its loving grace. The interconnected web of Life unfolds perfectly for all and all alike. Peace and wholeness are Its very nature.

Unification: Because this loving Spirit is everywhere all the time in every person and every situation, I know that it is here and now in me. It is who and what I am.

Realization: I accept that I am filled with Spirit and that I am enough just as I am. I open to the Power within me. I accept a deeper faith in my ability to focus and center my mind. I accept with greater conviction that my prayers are powerful, effective and essential. I release any sense of struggle and in its place comes a peaceful atmosphere of committed assurance. As I let go of everything, I become fully present in the moment. I slow down enough to take it in and I am blessed and renewed by the activity of prayer.

Thanksgiving:I give thanks for this deeper awareness of the truth of my being, that I am an expression of Spirit in all of my endeavors. I celebrate all of the gifts that are unfolding as a result of this revelation.

Release: It is with faith and assuredness that I rest in knowing that all is well. I release this Word into the spiritual law that responds fully to the highest idea and I let it be.

To be free of back pain

Purpose: To be healthy, comfortable, with free movement and flexibility. To be strong and well.

Begin by recognizing the highest idea of Divinity: There is a power for good that underlies all of life. It is the foundation of all that exists. It is the one power and it expresses itself through all that is. It’s nature is wholeness and perfection. There can be no disturbance or disruption to the flow of good from this one power. It is perfect love and perfect peace. It makes itself new with every passing moment. Infinite and eternal, there is nothing that is outside the dominion of this great healing power. It is God and It includes all of life.

Then remember the unity of all of life including yourself. So then It includes me. I am a perfect expression of the healing power of the universe. My body is the body of God. I am one with the expression of the perfect love and the perfect peace of God. I am continually being made new by the healing power of God itself.

Knowing this Unity and knowing the power of affirmative prayer, affirm thedesired outcome is already true: My body is now perfectly healed by the power for good that flows through me. I am strong and flexible and free. I am completely comfortable in my body and my body is functioning with grace and ease. I release any idea that the wholeness and well-being of my body could be interrupted. Instead I accept that that God’s power for good is healing me now and in every moment to come. (take time now to really feel that what your are longing for is already true)

Next let yourself feel gratitude for this Truth: As I feel and know this spiritual truth about my body, I give thanks for the perfect peace that is mine right now. I give thanks for the wholeness and well-being of my body. I am grateful for God’s perfect love in my life.

There is one light of being, one clear voice, one divine Mind. It is the presence of the perfect loving Spirit that expresses through all that is. Every thought every experience is sourced in this one. One love, one light, one expression- ever available and all knowing. It is the wisdom that is beyond time and it is the source of all of life. It is the divine intelligence that orders nature itself. And everything belongs, everything is included-every thought and every feeling, every memory and every experience. This is the all-inclusive nature of the divine Spirit and it is the divine Spirit that guides life into its perfect expression.

I am included in this one Mind, all of my thoughts and feelings and experiences are taking place according to the perfection and wisdom of the One. Its wisdom guides me and lights the way before me.

I now claim and accept for myself absolute clarity. My mind and my thoughts are focused. All that I need to know and all that I need to do comes easily to me and I recognize it and take action when ever and where ever it is appropriate. I stay in tune with the loving heart of the divine Spirit that lives within me and guides me on my way. All of my feelings have their natural expression and I make space for them, I accept them.
